This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activity on profit growth. Also to determine whether fiem size can strengthen the relationship between liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activity on profit growth.
The type of data used in this study is secondry data, which was obtained from the annual financial reports of manufacturing company during 2017-2020. The data analysis techniques used in this research were Descriptive Statistical, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Testing, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
The result of this study indicate that liquidity and leveragehave no significance effect on profit growth, but profitability and activity indicate a positive and significant on profit growth. Meanwhile, firm size only strengthens the effect of liquidity on profit growth.

This study analyzes the effect of the variables contained in the Theory of Planned Behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control on taxpayers' intentions. The sample in this study were taxpayers registered with MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The number of samples is 125 taxpayers. The sampling technique used was the solvin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that attitudes have a direct effect on taxpayer intentions, while subjective norms and perceived behavioral control do not directly affect taxpayer intentions.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami makna dari puisi karya Sapardi Djoko Damono “Percakapan Malam Hujan” dengan menggunakan pendekatan mimetik. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan model penellitian kualitatif yang bersifat deksriptrif. Subjek data dari penelitan ini ialah karya sastra puisi dengan data hasil penelitian yang berupa sebuah kata-kata, kutipan, dan kalimat yang dianalisis maknanya dengan pendekatan mimetik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan (1) membaca puisi Sapardi Djoko Damono yang berjudul “Percakapan Malam Hujan”; (2) mengumpulkan kata-kata, kalimat atau kutipan yang akan dianalisis; (3)  menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan tersebut dengan pendekatan mimetik; (4) menyajikan hasil data dalam bentuk dekriptif.

 
Tindak tutur ekspresif adalah tindak tutur yang dirancang penuturnya agar ujarannya dimaknai sebagai evaluasi mengenai hal yang disebutkan di dal am tuturan tersebut. Tindak tutur ekspresif dapat berupa tuturan memuji, mengucapkan terima kasih, mengucapkan selamat, mengkritik, menyindir, mengeluh, menyalahkan, dan lain sebagaianya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menginterpretasikan tindak tutur ekspresif, menguraikan jenis tindak tutur ekspresif dan menganalisis wujud tindak tutur ekspresif yang ada dalam film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak, dengan teknik sadap, dan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat, karena data berupa tuturan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan tindak tutur ekspresif memuji, tuturan mengucapkan terima kasih, tuturan mengkritik, tuturan mengeluh, tuturan menyalahkan, tuturan mengucapkan selamat, dan tuturan menyanjung dalam film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini. Manfaat penelitian ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia, agar hasil dari penelitian dapat berguna dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber data atau referensi oleh peneliti yang akan melakukan penelitian kajian pragmatic khususnya mengenai tindak tutur ekspresif.
 

The use of information technology in the learning process can help visualize abstract concepts and be able to involve students' active roles in the learning process. The use of instructional media in the classroom is also an important component of the learning process in constructing basic mathematical concepts. The importance of using information technology in the learning process also has a positive impact on student motivation and learning outcomes. One form of application is the use of learning media using GeoGebra software. Through this Community Service (PKM) activity, the PKM team helps partners by providing training on the use of GeoGebra software.
This training aims to make mathematics teachers more skilled in utilizing media in learning. This PKM activity was carried out in a demonstration, namely the PKM team first gave a seminar on GeoGebra software, then continued by providing training using GeoGebra software. With this, it is hoped that teachers can use GeoGebra software in the learning process.

Abstract. The Koinonia ministry is one of the tri-duties of the church's vocation which at this time seems to have begun to weaken quite a number of churches due to the development of the times which requires that the koinonia strategy must be improved or in other words quality. Therefore, a quality Koinonia ministry is able to protect the congregation to remain faithful in fellowship. A good Koinonia is to divide certain categories to improve the quality of the congregation in its growth in quality and quantity. In this paper, I provide Koinonia services by dividing into five categories, namely: Child Category (Age 0-2, 2-5, 6-12), Youth Category (Age 15-35 years), Early Adult Category (Age 17- 22, 22-28, 28-33, 40-45 years), Middle Adult Category (45-65 years old), and Advanced Adult Category (over 60 years old). Each category has its own portion and needs according to their psychological condition and situation, which should be seen from the point of view of their age. This will make it easier for the church to improve or even improve the quality of Koinonia's service to the congregation, especially in today's churches that require an increase in their Koinonia.

The formation of interaction, communication, and collaboration between lecturers and students, and or students in assignment management during the Covid-19 period requires lecturers to change their pedagogy quckly through choosing the right strategy. This study aims to present information as a measure of the success of lecturers’ strategies in managing assignments to write books with ISBN as an implementation of the quality of academic services during the Covid-19 period. This cross-sectional descriptive survey research method was conducted on 128 fifth semester students of A-D class, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang, Academic Year 2020/2021, with 52 web-based questionnaires distributed online using the google form application, measured using 4 response point Likert data format without middle category, using 4 answer options: Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. The management of the assignments to write books with ISBN is very appropriate to do as a lecturer strategy to maximize the quality of academic services in curriculum development courses during the Covid-19 period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Instalasi Sterilisasi Rumah Sakit Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh karyawan sebanyak 75 orang di Instalasi Sterilisasi Rumah Sakit Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sensus, yaitu teknik penggunaan seluruh populasi tanpa harus menarik sampel penelitian sebagai unit observasi. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data melalui kuosioner dan analisa data menggunakan SPSS 21 yang meliputi : uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, uji R2 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun stimultan (bersama-sama). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 69,2 % sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Harga saham merupakan salah satu indikator yang penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Harga saham yang tinggi akan memberikan keuntungan perusahaan untuk menarik para investor menanamkan modalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh earning per share, price earning ratio, dan return on asset terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 8 perusahaan dari 11 perusahaan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan tahunan dari perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral tahun 2016 - 2020. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) menggunakan software SPSSV.25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel PER berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel ROA berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel EPS, PER, dan ROA berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at the GRBK UMKM in Kadilangu Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency.This type of research uses a qualitative case study method, with data collection using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and documentation. Testing the credibility of the data using the data source triangulation technique and the data triangulation technique. The informants in in-depth interviews were as many as 3 (three) participants who were considered to understand, understand and master information related to the problems that occurred in the study.The results of this study indicate that the financial management of GRBK MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic applies financial management by implementing 4 indicators, namely the use of the budget, recording, reporting, and controlling. The company's financial performance is in good condition. Financial management is carried out independently by the owner with manual but routine record. However, it is not in accordance with the accounting regulated in SAK ETAP. SAK EMKM is due to the lack of financial literacy and inclusion for GRBK business owners.
