Penelitian ini dilakukan di usaha Ternak Lebah Madu Di   Desa Gadu Kec. Gunungwungkal Kab. Pati Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis rahasia kesuksesan manis legitnya madu peternak lebah di Desa Gadu Kec. Gunungwungkal Kab. Pati Jawa Tengah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji kredibilitas data digunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Sumber data penelitian dalam wawancara mendalam adalah partisipan yang memiliki posisi atau kewenangan pada obyek penelitian yaitu sebanyak 5 (lima) partisipan yang merupakan para peternak lebah yang sekaligus pemilik usaha madu di Desa Gadu Kec. Gunungwungkal Kab. Pati Jawa Tengah.Dari hasil penelitian ini faktor-faktor yang menjadi rahasia kesuksesan usaha madu di Desa Gadu karena adanya strategi yang digunakan para peternak lebah di Desa Gadu, di antaranya strategi untuk meningkatkan produksi madu dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, strategi pengembangan ternak lebah serta strategi untuk tetap bertahan di ternak lebah madu ini yang membuat usaha madu di Desa Gadu Kec. Gunungwungkal Kab. Pati Jawa Tengah menjadi sesuk.Kata kunci: Kesuksesan usaha, Strategi Meningkatkan Produksi, Strategi Pengembangan, Strategi Bertahan.

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants.
The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is vomiting that occurs until 20 weeks of gestation. Vomiting occurs so intense that everything that is eaten and drunk is vomited up, affecting the general condition of the mother. The management of mild hyperemesis gravidarum is very important, namely by giving ginger extract drink. Giving ginger drink for 1 week with the rule of drinking a third of a teaspoon of powdered ginger extract brewed using warm water and drunk three times per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking ginger extract on mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women. This outreach method is by providing an explanation to the community before the intervention in the form of ginger extract drinks and after the experiment in the form of giving ginger extract drinks. The number of samples in this study were 15 respondents who were pregnant women with mild hyperemesis gravidarum in Manyampa Hamlet. The leaflets were used. Furthermore, From the results of this counseling, it is hoped that the general public, especially health workers, can socialize the use of ginger extract drinks for pregnant women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The target of this counseling is to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting in order to improve the quality and quality of services for pregnant women.

The inclusive education program is an effort to carry out the mandate of the 1945 Constitution and eliminate discrimination in the education system in Indonesia. All children with various needs can sit and study together with other normal children in the same school. This study aims to identify forms of curriculum adaptation, especially in science subjects at SDN Gajahmungkur 02 Semarang City. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a case study method. This research was conducted in April-June 2022. The data collection technique used in this study used interviews and observation methods. The subject of the interview is a special supervising teacher at the school. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it is known that the curriculum adaptation implemented at SD N Gajahmungkur is viewed from the principles and dimensions of adaptation. The principles of attendance, participation, and achievement have been well realized in this school. In terms of the dimensions of curriculum adaptation, namely, curricular adaptation is reflected in the lesson plans accompanied by special notes and adjustment of learning indicators for children with special needs who are adapted to the 2013 curriculum, learning adaptation is reflected in the presence of a special supervisor teacher in the class even though there is only one. There is a special schedule arrangement so that Class teachers still have a significant role in implementing learning. Environmental adaptation has not been optimal because schools do not yet have accessibility for physically disabled people with wheelchairs. In terms of adjustment to science subjects, teachers have not made many adaptations or modifications for children with special needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegetahui Standar Evaluasi Pembelajaran yang merupakan patokan hal metode, prosedur, serta instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar partisipan dalam pembelajaran. Standar evaluasi oleh pengajar bagi BSNP melingkupi standar biasa, standar pemograman, standar penerapan, standar pengerjaan serta peliputan hasil evaluasi dan standar eksploitasi hasil evaluasi. Tiap- tiap standar ini memiliki prinsip- prinsip serta patokan yang diresmikan oleh BSNP. Sementara itu, penilaian hasil belajar yang dicoba oleh satuan pembelajara mempunyai 2 standar utama yang wajib dicermati, ialah: standar penentuan kenaikan kelas dan standar penentuan  kelulusan.  Laporan analisis hasil evaluasi disini ada dua cara yaitu laporan kemajuan umum yang diberikan kepada siapa saja yang berminat dengan sasaran utamanya adalah orang tua, peserta didik, dan masyarakat di sekitar sekolah dan laporan kemajuan khusus yang diberikan kepada orang tua dan peserta didik saja. Dari analisis hasil evaluasi ini dapat memberikan banyak manfaat untuk guru atau peserta didik.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the sales volume of salted fish in the Aulia Putri company, Kecipir Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The population in this study was salted fish resellers at Aulia Putri Company. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to salted fish resellers at aulia putri company. This study used multiple linear regression analysis tools. The hypothesis was tested with the t test and the F test. Test results showed that (1) the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3.752 > t table 1.668; (2) the price has a positive and significant effect and is significant to the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3,488 > t table 1,668; (3) product quality and price simultaneously positively affect the sales volume of salted fish in aulia putri company with F count 7,091 > F table 3.14 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower women in the Purwoyoso village. This empowerment is able to improve the economic condition of the family. through innovative activities, enabling them to learn various skills to help increase income for women in Purwoyoso sub-district, The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching making dish soap and calculating HPP (Cost of Production). The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making dish soap and calculating HPP so that they can determine the price of goods when sold. With skills in making dish soap, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtained.

Gold mining activities in Padesa Village are carried out traditionally, namely with simple and relatively inexpensive techniques using traditional tools and the process of binding gold from the ground using mercury. The mercury residue in the waters of the village of Padesa is 0,002 mg/L anda the average mercury content in yhe waste reservoir is 0,0695 mg/L, which means that is hhas passed the Permenkes Standard No. 32 of 2017. The strategy for implementing mercury-free alternative technology requires very large costs. This causes people to continue to choose to use coils and mercury. The urgency of this community service activity, the low knowledge and awareness of the Padesa Village community about the dangers of mercury and the management of waste water from logs. It is hoped that this service avtivity aims: (1) Increase the knowledge of the Padesa Village community, Lantung Sub-District on the impact of mercury on health and the environment, (2) Encourage the Padesa Village community, Lantung sub-district to change their behavior in managing waste water from logs, (3)Encouraging the community of Padesa Village, Lantung sub-district to take part in controlling environmental pollution caused by mercury waste, (4)Avoiding the negative impact of mercury pollution on health for workers and residents of Padesa Village. The method used is the provision of education to the community through socialization and counseling activities. The result of this activity was that the average target knowledge before being given counseling (Pretest) was 33,89% and increased to 77,22% after being is an increase (Posttest). The impact of this activity is an increase in target knowledge by 43,33% and a change in the behavior of waste water management.

ABSTRACT
This community service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing the understanding and awareness of high school students about the Three Basic Threats (TRIAD KRR) which includes sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and NAFZA as well as improving reproductive health in adolescents. The activity is carried out through the provision of health education with the technique of providing information or education about TRIAD KRR which consists of three materials, namely sexuality, HIV/AIDS and NAFZA. The material is given using power point media. The activity was carried out online (online) through the Zoom application and was attended by 31 participants from several high schools throughout the Sumbawa Regency. From the educational activities that have been carried out, students are enthusiastic in listening, asking questions and discussing, and the impact of this education is that students get an increase in students' understanding and awareness about the dangers of the Three Basic Threats (TRIAD KRR) which includes sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and NAFZA. improve their reproductive health by limiting association and doing lots of positive activities, this can be seen from the statements of the students during discussions and the speakers asking questions.
