This study discusses the financial accounting system to achieve good governance of the Makassar City Government. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to apply accrual-based accounting standards in the local government of Makassar City and how to implement the public sector financial accounting system in achieving good governance in the Makassar City government. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of accounting standards and the implementation of the public sector financial accounting system in achieving good governance in the local government of Makassar City. The benefits of research are the benefits of theory and practice. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using interviews, documentation and library research. The results showed that the financial accounting system in the Makassar city government, especially at the Makassar City Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) was in accordance with the rules set by the government and also the financial reporting was in accordance with the principles of good governance (transparency and accountability).

Stunting is a national program that involves specific and sensitive interventions in it. Activities carried out by cadres are still limited to registering, weighing, measuring length/height, filling out KMS and distributing PMT. Infrastructure facilities at the Posyandu Kenanga are still very limited. The measurement of the body length of toddlers who cannot stand only uses a cloth meter. This will affect the measurement results in the process of monitoring the growth and development of children under five. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education about stunting to improve maternal health literacy and provision of posyandu infrastructure facilities in the form of nameplates and digital baby scales. As a result, from around 54 mothers of children under five who participated in posyandu activities, 24 of them were successfully assessed for pretest and posttest scores. There was an increase in the knowledge score from 73 to 79 with an average of 3,042 increasing to 3,291. The value of the Gain Score calculation shows that the average value of N Gain Score for the experimental class (lecture method) is 12.76% which is included in the ineffective category. The handover of nameplates and digital baby scales is expected to improve the function and role of the posyandu.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of the plan maintenance system on the smooth running of operations, there is a positive and significant influence of the readiness of the crew on the smooth operation, there is a positive and significant influence of the plan maintenance system and the readiness of the crew on the smooth operation of the MV. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on Yuditex's corporate image in Polokarto. The sample is 85 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling technique from the population of the community around the Yuditex company in Polokarto. The data collected was quantified with a Liker scale of 1-5 then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The findings of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) which includes Community Support, Diversity, and Environment has an influence on image Yuditex company in Polokarto.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan  manajemen konflik dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah di MAS Masyithah Jember. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualititaif, yaitu mendeskripsikan data yang telah didapat di lapangan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara , observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, jarak, kesimpulan, dan ferifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi penyelesaian konflik yang digunakan kepala madrasah di MAS Masyithah Jember dengan cara silaturrahmi, tabayyun, islah agar konflik didalam madrasah tidak mempengaruhi produktivitas sekolah.
 

This study aims to examine the effect of IFRS adoption on earnings management. Since 2012 Indonesia has adopted IFRS which is an internationally accepted high quality financial reporting standard. One of the characteristics of the quality of financial statements is the low level of earnings management. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange, with a sample of 115 companies before the adoption of IFRS and 115 companies after the adoption of IFRS. The results showed that there was no effect of IFRS adoption on earnings management practices.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Cartini Lingerie Indonesia unit 2 Klaten. The research population consisted of 289 people was taken using a random sampling technique of 163 people. Multiple linear regression was used in this study to manage SPSS version 25 data. The study findings show that the work environment, corporate culture, and work discipline all have an impact on employee performance, either separately or together at PT Cartini Lingerie Indonesia Unit 2 in Klaten. The results of the R adjustment coefficient is 78% indicate that the work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance, while the remaining 22% is influenced by other factors not examined such as motivation, work placement leadership, and others.

Keadaan saat ini yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran mendorong semua pihak untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara daring dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di dalam kelas melakukan penyimpanan data berupa tugas dan file materi. Semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru saat ini harus dilakukan secara online. Para guru di TK AL-Fatah terbebani dengan besarnya file penyimpanan data karena harus mengirim data satu-persatu ke siswa didiknya melalui Whatsapp sehingga media penyimpanan Smartphone penuh. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut tim melakukan pengabdian masyarakay untuk menyelesaikan maslaah tersebut.  Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar bagi guru TK Al-Fatah yang berbasis cloud yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim pengabdian melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi guru dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan guru dalam memanfaatkan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan bahan ajar.
