<p align="justify"><span><em>Many used goods that are not utilized can contribute to the production of more and more waste. Students at partner schools are not used to using used materials for science learning media. This causes students to be unable to apply theory in science in everyday life which makes students' scientific literacy in partner schools still lacking. The difficulties of students in partner schools in learning science are possible because students do not know scientific phenomena that occur in everyday life and students are not introduced to science practices. Through the management of used goods into simple science tools, it is hoped that they can be used as learning media for students in partner schools. The method used in this activity is lecture, discussion, and practice. This activity was carried out for 3 meetings at each partner. These activities included delivering materials and making simple science teaching aids using used materials. Making simple science tools from used goods makes students learn about science. It also teaches students to take advantage of used goods in the surrounding environment, so that indirectly they can also maintain the environmental sustainability. The obstacle found in this activity was the limited time needed to make science teaching aids.</em></span></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas IX pada mata pelajaran matematika di SMPN 1 Enam Lingkung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Narasumber wawancara terdiri atas 9 orang dengan 3 orang siswa kelas IX yang nilai matematikanya rendah sekaligus bertindak sebagai objek penelitian, 3 orang tua siswa, 2 guru wali kelas dan 1 orang guru BK. Dalam pengambilan data peneliti melakukan observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setelah mendapatkan hasil dari wawancara, peneliti mendapatkan bahwa faktor rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas IX pada mata pelajaran matematika, diantaranya: (1) tidak cukupnya waktu istirahat siswa, (2) kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa, (3) siswa tidak tertarik terhadap matematika, (4) adanya 2 kegiatan sekaligus yaitu sekolah dan pesantren, (5) adanya pengaruh dari efek pasca covid-19 atau pembelajaran daring.

Inflation and unemployment are the absence of quality economic development which are persistent and difficult challenges for the State of Indonesia. Judging from the absence of the Phillips curve in Indonesia, there is no correlation between inflation and unemployment. The trend of the Phillips curve stems from the correlation between unemployment and economic expansion. It depends on the state of the economy to determine which unemployment and inflation to tackle first. Reducing unemployment should be a national priority, which requires macro and micro policies.
 
 

The agricultural instructor is a party that assists farmers in developing farming. Agricultural instructors must act as facilitators, communicators, and motivators to encourage farmers to participate in facilitating the progress of their farming business. The aim of this study was to determine the role of field agricultural extension workers in farmer groups in developing food crop commodities in Kolilanang Village, Adonara District, East Flores Regency. The method used a descriptive qualitative with a Likert Scale. The results showed that the role of extension workers as facilitators in this study obtained a total score of 399 or 88.6%. For the role of the Agricultural instructors as a communicator, a total score of 398 or 88.4% was obtained, while for the role of the Agricultural instructors as a motivator, a score of 394 or 87.5% was obtained. The role of Agricultural instructors as facilitators, motivators, and communicators in farmer groups in Kolilanang Village, Adonara District, East Flores Regency is categorized as very good or farmers get support in developing agriculture, especially in food agriculture.

Teacher's Strategy in Increasing Student Learning Activeness in Natural and Social Studies Subjects. One of the problems in learning Natural and Social Sciences (Natural and Social Sciences) in elementary schools is the lack of student activity in participating in learning. This study aims to explore the most appropriate learning strategies used by teachers to increase student learning activeness. This student learning activity needs to be increased to improve student learning outcomes so that student learning objectives can be achieved optimally. The teacher's strategy used must be able to lure students to understand learning optimally and be able to participate actively in the learning process, unlike conventional lecture-based learning which tends to make students passive and feel boring. The strategy that can be used in science and social learning is the application of the discovery learning model and the Think-Talk-Write cooperative learning model which can require students not to be able to construct their own thoughts, remember material more firmly, convey the results of their thoughts, and implement them in life in nature. as well as social. This learning model is able to increase student effectiveness so that it can support the achievement of optimal learning outcomes.

Aljabar memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari – hari di masyarakat, sebab aljabar memberikan metode untuk memecahkan persamaan dan mengekspresikan rumus yang lebih mudah (bagi mereka yang memahami konsepnya) daripada metode konvensional, yaitu menulis semuanya dalam kata-kata.Salah satu peran Aljabar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah untuk menentukan harga jual dalam berdagang.Penerapan aljabar pada  perdagangan digunakan untuk menghitung besar kemungkinan keuntungan dan kerugian yang didapat, serta dapat menentukan jumlah modal yang dibutuhkan untuk membeli dan menjual barang tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu dengan mewawancarai narasumber yakni beberapa pedagang ayam geprek yang ada di wilayah kelurahan Gegerkalong. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa mengenai metode yang dipakai oleh para pedagang untuk menentukan harga jual, para pedagang umumnya menggunakan cara yang sama yang didasarkan pada tiga faktor utama. Yaitu : berdasarkan harga kompetitor dan pasar ; penentuan harga secara dinamis ; dan menghitung harga dasar. Nyatanya para pedagang tidak menyadari bahwa metode yang mereka pakai adalah metode perhitungan aljabar. Hal ini disebabkan para pedagang yang kurang mengetahui dan memahami tentang materi aljabar.

Through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, In-depth Interviews, as well as field assistance, it is hoped that it will be able to add insight and understanding to the people of Jatirejo Village, who previously thought that it was enough to work in the rice fields only half-heartedly in their free time managing leftover rice as crackers, now they are more daring to innovate to market on social media. The results of community service related to digital literacy training as a MSME generator are that the Jatirejo Village community welcomes digital literacy training, the ease of making rice crackers and the affordability of raw materials for making rice crackers gives new enthusiasm in developing local products from Jatirejo Village, considering relatively affordable prices in the media social services increase the motivation of all levels of village apparatus and village communities to support the revival of MSMEs.
 

The PKM science and technology program has carried out the application of appropriate technology to the community for the 2023 Fiscal Year with the theme Design Innovation and Digital Technology in MSME Pottery Production Sales in Pagerjurang Bayat Klaten Towards Go International. The activities carried out were socialization of the importance of pottery innovation and management of sales using the internet/e-commerce, guiding the people of Pagerjurang Bayat village to manage the sale of pottery production. The implementation of the PkM community partnership is planned in 8 months, with the main output target in the form of E-Commerces for Pottery Sales, another expected impact of the IBM Science and Technology Program for the community is the emergence of public awareness in the sale of pottery production to go international, thus increasing the added value of the Pagerjurang community's income. freshman. Sales were severely constrained due to the Covid 19 pandemic, which had an impact on the economic decline of the Pagerjurang people. This is as a result of the decline in domestic and foreign tourists visiting the pottery tourism village in Pagerjurang Bayat. PkM partner collaboration was carried out with Carik and Kadus on the Bayat ravine pager. In order for the implementation of the IBM Science and Technology Program for the community to run more directed, the method used is in three stages, namely the planning stage (plan), the implementation stage (do) and the reflection stage (see). At the planning stage, the main activity carried out is introducing digital technology as a tool for selling pottery. In the implementation stage (do) the participants tested how to use the digital platform. This situation encourages researchers to examine in depth the Advertising Management Policy with a Triple Loop perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out how the billboard management policy is with a Triple Loop perspective in Malang City. To obtain the expected information, this research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research results show that understanding the triple loop is how to structure the relationship between organizational structure and habits are fundamentally changed as organizations learn how to learn. Outcomes of this learning include improving ways of understanding and changing goals, developing a better understanding of how to respond to the environment and deepening our understanding of why we choose to do things.AbstrakPemerintah melalui Disnaker PMPTSP mengoptimalkan penerimaan retribusi iklan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai bagaimana kebijakan pengelolaan reklame dengan perspektif Triple Loop di Kota Malang. Untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diharapkan tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman Triple Loop adalah bagaimana menata hubungan antara struktur dan kebiasaan organisasi diubah secara fundamental karena organisasi belajar bagaimana untuk belajar. Hasil dari pembelajaran ini termasuk meningkatkan cara untuk memahami dan merubah tujuan, mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai bagaimana menanggapi lingkungan dan memperdalam pemahaman kita tentang mengapa kita memilih untuk melakukan sesuatu.
