Based on the 2019 USM tracer data showing horizontal alignment, namely how close the relationship between the field of study and alumni work is, it appears that there is still a discrepancy in the ability of graduates with stakeholders.  The Apriori algorithm is the best-known algorithm for finding high-frequency patterns  Rules that state associations between attributes are often called affinity analysis or market basket analysis. The use of the Apriori Algorithm in data mining calculations using data from the Semarang University tracer that the limit of the minimum support is 50% and the minimum confidence is 100% so that it forms 4 rules. From the four rules produced that modeling using the Apriori Algorithm can produce several rule formations so that it can provide an evaluation to the University for compiling steps, this can be seen because the resulting rules are different because each graduate relationship with the desired desires and different styles.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembayaran zakat menggunakan aplikasi online di BAZNAS Kabupaten Demak, dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembayaran zakat menggunakan aplikasi online di BAZNAS Kabupaten Demak dalam perspektif Hukum Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis, spesifikasi penelitiannya deskriptif analitis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembayaran zakat menggunakan aplikasi online di Baznas Kabupaten Demak tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2021, sampel tersebut diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitaf. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pelaksanaan pembayaran zakat menggunakan aplikasi online di BAZNAS Kabupaten Demak dilakukan dengan cara buka laman https://baznas.go.id/ bayar zakat. Pilih jenis data dan isi jumlah zakat yang diinginkan. Kemudian masukan nominal yang akan dibayarkan. Isi data diri calon muzaki, setelah itu calon muzaki membaca niat zakat. Lalu calon Muzaki mendapatkan kode metode pembayaran dan mendapatkan konfirmasi dari BAZNAS melalui handphone atau alamat email yang didaftarkan. Pembayaran zakat secara online tersebut sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2011, dan Surat Edaran Menteri Agama RI Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Panduan Ibadah Ramadan dan Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1441H Di Tengah Pandemi Wabah Covid-19. Pelaksanaan pembayaran zakat menggunakan aplikasi online di BAZNAS Kabupaten Demak dalam perspektif Hukum Islam adalah sah, karena ijab qabul dalam pembayaran zakat secara online tidak harus menyatakan secara eksplisit kepada Mustahik, dasar hukumnya adalah : Al-qur’an surat At- taubah ayat 103, Hadist Riwayat Bukhari Muslim, dan pendapat para ulama, yaitu : Syaikh Yusuf Al-Qardhawi, Asrosun Niam, Zul Asfi, Buya Yahya.

Salah satu pemicu tindak pidana pencabulan adalah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang mudahnya diakses oleh semua orang termasuk anak. Salah satu kasus pencabulan yang dilakukan anak dalam Putusan Nomor 46/Pid.Sus-Anak/2017/PN Smn. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, penyelesaian perkara anak dilakukan dengan keadilan restoratif dan diversi. Fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian yaitu keadilan restoratif dalam tindak pidana pencabulan oleh anak dalam Putusan Nomor 46/Pid.Sus-Anak/2017/PN Smn dan pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak dalam Putusan Nomor 46/Pid.Sus.Anak/2017/PN Smn dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keadilan restoratif dalam tindak pidana pencabulan oleh anak dalam Putusan Nomor 46/Pid.Sus-Anak/2017/PN Smn dan mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak dalam Putusan Nomor 46/Pid.Sus.Anak/2017/PN Smn. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan didukung dengan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier dan kemudian data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian keadilan restoratif dalam kasus pencabulan anak Putusan 46/Pid.SusAnak/2017/PN Smn, telah ada pertemuan antara pelaku dan korban, telah terjadi permaafan tetapi tidak secara tertulis dan diversi tidak dapat dilakukan karena ancaman lebih dari 7 tahun. Pertimbangan hakim meliputi pertimbangan yuridis dan non yuridis. Dalam pertimbangan yuridis didasarkan dakwaan, eksepsi, pembuktian, tuntutan, pledoi, dan unsur-unsur pasal terpenuhi. Pertimbangan non yuridis meliputi latar belakang, akibat perbuatan terdakwa, kondisi terdakwa dan agama terdakwa. Terdakwa dijatuhi sanksi tindakan yaitu dikembalikan kepada orangtua kandungnya.

Inventory security issues are the main problem experienced by every type of retail business. A good internal inventory control system is needed by retail companies because it is able to minimize these risks.</em></p><p><em>The object in this research is CV Top Album. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the description of the internal control system for damaged products applied to CV Top Album. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research type, while the method in data collection in this research is interview, obsevation, documentation. From the results of this study shows that there are still some problems in internal control of damaged products causing material losses and production delays due to damaged products</em>.</p>

            This study aims to describe and analyze the symbolic forms, both connotative and denotative meanings contained in the Ngamuan Gunung Perak ceremony at the Dayak Maanyan traditional wedding using semiotic studies.
            The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data in this study was secondary data from video shows of Maanyan Dayak traditional wedding documentation. The instrument in this study is a documentation guide. Documentation guidelines are carried out by analyzing symbolic forms. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the semiotic study of Roland Barthes' theory of two-stage signification (Two orders of signification).
            The results of the research on the Ngamuan Gunung Perak procession that have been studied are sixteen symbolic forms of the existing denotative and connotative meanings. The symbolic forms are (1) the process of finding the complete silver mountain, (2) the process of finding and bringing the silver mountain to the bride and family, (3) the dance five times around the silver mountain by Wadian Bawo and Wadian Dadas, (4) Wadian calling the two the parents of the bride and groom, (5) lifting the silver mountain three times, (6) dancing nine times around the silver mountain by the bride and family, (7) Sangku, (8) Weah, (9) Pasike Tree, (10) Taringit , (11) Taringit's highest peak, (12) Silver money, (13) Banknotes, (14) Paper money at the end, (15) Junyung bowl, and (16) candles.

This training has several goals, namely to open insights, and observers ofIndonesian teachers about gender equality in everyday life, giving insight to analyzethe value of inequality/ gender equality, and compile teaching materials Indonesian perspective of gender equality. Implementation of this training method is applied intwo stages: the preparation stage and implementation stage. Preparation stageincludes internal coordination (: preparatory concepts, preparation of materials) andthe coordination of external (: contacting a speaker, contact the PDM Bumiayu,Bumiayu Dikspora contacted, and invited the school). Implementation stage is thestage of core training employed by interactive lectures, questions and answers, andtutorials. Training lasted for one day and 13 participants teachers. Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

The purpose of this study was to describe the structure and use of diction in anecdotal texts for class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data of this study are the structure and diction accuracy of anecdotes. The data source used in this study was anecdotal texts by class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The data collection technique in this study is the fishing technique. Analyzing the research data, namely by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, in writing anecdotal texts, class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang used the five anecdotal text structures, namely abstract, orientation, crisis, reaction, and coda. Most students are able to write anecdotal texts with a complete structure. However, there are still some structures that students write incorrectly. Second, it was found that the accuracy of diction was more dominant based on writing errors, formation and accuracy of meaning in the writing of class X students of SMKN 1 Kelayang.

This study aims to explain the effect of knowledge management on employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variable in this study is knowledge management on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The sampling method used was a saturated sample or all members of the research population. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis show that knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance.
