Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, career progression and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi.

ABSTRACT, The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia has experienced quite rapid development. Islamic financial institutions have many kinds, one of which is Islamic insurance. As insurance labeled sharia, it is obligatory in its operations to comply with Islamic principles and values. This research was conducted to analyze how the implementation of the tabarru contract on Islamic insurance in order to improve the economy. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the method of analysis of literature studies or library research. The data used in this research comes from books, journals, scientific papers, to legal online searches. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the tabarru contract in Islamic financial institutions with a research focus on Islamic insurance institutions has implemented the tabarru contract in its activities. As well as having an indirect positive impact on improving the economy.

Perkembangan teknologi di dunia bisnis berdampak pada suatu. Toko Eka Putri merupakan toko yang berdiri dalam bidang penjualan sembako, yang terletak di Jl. Arwana, bertepatan di sebelah Hotel Bumi Asahan, Sidomukti, Kec. Kota Kisaran Barat, Kab. Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Pada saat ini pemasaran produk pada Toko Eka Putri masih dilakukan dengan menunggu pelanggan untuk datang ke Toko secara langsung, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya informasi yang sampai kepada pelanggan mengenai adanya produk-produk baru yang ada di Toko Eka Putri terhadap pelanggan yang berada di luar wilayah Sidomukti apabila tidak dapat datang langsung ke Toko Eka Putri dan pengolahan data penjualan yang ada pada Toko Eka Putri masih secara manual sehinga rentan terhadap kesalahan yang akan berdampak dengan hasil laporan penjualan yang tidak akurat. Dalam permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkannya suatu strategi bisnis yang efektif agar para pelanggan yang telah ada atau yang lama dapat bertahan dan tidak berpaling ke Toko lain, salah satu strategi dengan menggunakan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah suatu proses dalam mendapatkan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan yang menguntungkan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan nilai pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan puas dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Dengan hubungan ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan kepada perusahaan.

Abstract: Sipaku Area Village currently has a population of 1963 family cards with a density of 7423 people divided into 8 hamlets. Villages can still register people who do not have an Indonesia Smart Card with the concerned office by recording the data on the people who have KPS, PKH or SKTM, to get the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) program, because many people submit applications and there are many criteria that must be taken into account. faced by the Sipaku Area Village Head Office in determining the priority of potential KIP recipients is very difficult, not transparent and inefficient. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a system for determining the priority of potential KIP recipients by adding some more basic criteria. In this study a decision support system was designed using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method. The results of calculations using the pairwise comparison matrix for the use of criteria show that the most important priority is shown in the status of an active applicant of 0.391, the second priority is the completeness of the files of 0.406, the third priority is the orphanage of 0.095, the fourth priority is parental income of 0.066, and the priority the fifth is a dependent of 0.041. Meanwhile, for alternative use, the data obtained is that the highest value weight determines the recipient of Smart Indonesia Card Assistance (KIP), namely Rizky Amelia Ritonga with a value of 0.171, the second alternative is Rangga Pranata with a value of 0.141 and the third alternative is Elva Radis with a value of 0.124.

Abstrak: Desa Sipaku Area yang sekarang ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk 1963 kartu keluarga dengan kepadatan 7423 jiwa yang terbagi dalam 8 Dusun. Desa tetap bisa mendaftarkan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki Kartu Indonesia Pintar ke Dinas yang bersangkutan dengan mendata masyarakatnya yang memiliki KPS, PKH atau SKTM, untuk mendapat program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), karena banyaknya masyarakat mengajukan permohonan dan banyak kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan, sehingga Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak Kantor Kepala Desa Sipaku Area dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP sangat sulit, tidak transparan dan tidak efesien. Oleh Karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sistem dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP dengan menambahkan beberapa kriteria yang lebih mendasar. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil perhitungan menggunakan matrik perbandingan berpasangan untuk penggunaan kriteria menunjukkan bahwa prioritas yang paling utama ditunjukkan pada status Pemohon aktif sebesar 0.391, prioritas kedua yaitu Kelengkanpan Berkas sebesar 0.406, prioritas ketiga yaitu kondisi yatim piatu sebesar 0.095, prioritas keempat yaitu penghasilan orangtua sebesar 0.066, dan prioritas kelima yaitu tanggungan sebesar 0.041 Sedangkan untuk penggunaan alternatif diperoleh data yaitu bobot nilai paling tinggi menentukan Penerima Bantuan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) yaitu Rizky Amelia Ritonga dengan nilai 0.171, alternatif kedua Rangga Pranata dengan nilai 0.141 dan alternatif ketiga Elva Radis dengan nilai 0.124.

Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi memberikan dampak positif pada budaya berprestasi dan menghargai prestasi serta karya mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi, dan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dapat mengangkat martabat mahasiswa dan perguruan tingginya. Pilmapres ini akan terus ditingkatkan kualitasnya dalam rangka memberikan motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa dan menciptakan budaya akademik yang lebih baik. Selain itu diharapkan proses pemilihan ini dapat diadopsi menjadi sebuah sistem pembinaan prestasi di perguruan tinggi. Dengan demikian maka perlu adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk menentukan Mahasiswa Berprestasi dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ).

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to describe the types of politeness strategies used, the dominant language politeness strategies and determine the accuracy of using politeness strategies in Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi's video lectures on YouTube media. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data used in this study are speech fragments containing politeness in the video lectures of Ustadzah Oki Setiana Dewi. The data sources in this study were three video lectures with the most viewer views. The research instrument in this study was the researcher himself. Data collection techniques in this study were tapping and note-taking techniques. Validation of the data in this study is a triangulation technique (cross-check). The data analysis technique was carried out in the following stages. First, grouping speech fragments according to data sources. Second, provide data code. Third, classifying data. Fourth, describing and concluding the results of the research analysis. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that several politeness strategies were found in Oki Setiana Dewi's video lectures on YouTube media which include positive politeness strategies without preamble, negative politeness strategies without preamble, and vague speech strategies. The strategy of speaking frankly without further ado and the strategy of speaking silently cannot be found in Oki Setiana Dewi's video lectures. The dominant speech strategy used in Oki Setiana Dewi's video lecture is a strategy of speaking without preamble, positive politeness as much as 30 data.

Abstrak:
: Counseling and screening anxiety in adolescents is an important activity in supporting adolescent mental health. Counseling activities aim to provide relevant understanding and information about anxiety in adolescents, including definitions, causes, impacts, and effective management strategies. Through interactive methods, participants are given the opportunity to share experiences and gain a better understanding of anxiety. Meanwhile, anxiety screening in adolescents aims to early detect adolescents who may experience anxiety. Using structured questions and questionnaires, mental health professionals can evaluate adolescents' anxiety levels and direct them to appropriate sources of help. Early detection of anxiety allows adolescents to get appropriate interventions and prevent further negative impacts. Counseling activities and anxiety screening in adolescents have significant benefits. Education helps reduce the stigma associated with anxiety and provides youth with the knowledge and skills to recognize and deal with anxiety in healthy ways. Anxiety screening allows teens to get help earlier and prevent anxiety from getting worse. By actively involving adolescents in counseling and screening activities, they can feel supported and gain a better understanding of anxiety. It is hoped that through these activities, youth can develop positive stress management skills, improve mental well-being, and live a more balanced and productive teenage years.

Komodo Labuan bajo Airport is one of the companies that offers services in the field of aviation that will use air transportation services,.Before boarding the avsec officer will check the completeness of the trip before entering the area within the airport (check in ).in handling the avsec officer,of course there are several things which is an advantage for the company and Avsec officers,such as in terms of service,for service users so that the output obtained by the company will also be better.knowing the obstacles faced in the service of the airport operator unit during the pandemic.
The study use a qualitative method.the data sources used are primary data and secondary data.the method or documentation technique used in this study is to obtain interview and observation data based on the results of research that has been carried out.The results of the study show that (1) the optimization of the Airport Operator unit service includes ensuring that passengers meet flight requirements during the covid 19 pandemic.(2) The problem is that many Avsec officers do not comply with health protocols such as crowding,not wearing masks,not keeping their distance,even playing with cellphones while checking passengers,and it happened that one of the passenggers did not meet one flight requirement.however,it is allowed to enter or travel.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.
