The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country.  where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP  continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

This is a correlational research, aimed to determine (1) the correlation between the work experience and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, (2) the correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers in Waingapu City, and (3) the correlation between the work experience, well-being, and work motivation of the private high school teachers in Waingapu City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The research located in private high schools in Waingapu City in 2021 (PGRI High School, Muhammadyah High School, Kristen High School, and Andaluri Catholic High School). The population of this study were 140 people, with the sample of  90 people. The data analysis technique was the bivariate correlation with the Spearman test tool, which was processed using the SPSS Version 21.00. The research results are as follows: (1) There is a significant correlation between the work experience and work motivation because the overall correlation coefficient value (r = 0.442**) is at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (2) There is a significant correlation between well-being and work motivation of private high school teachers overall (r = 0.469**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. (3) There is a significant correlation between work experience, well-being, and work motivation, with a correlation coefficient of (r = 0.604**) at a 1% confidence level with a Sig. 0.000. The suggestion is that the school foundation needs to optimize their efforts to improve the teacher work motivation through the appreciation of their work experience and also paying attention to the well-being of the teachers.

The development and widespread use of technology has made the technology sector one of the most profitable industries in the world. The company's ability to generate profits, often referred to as profitability, is very important for every company. The goal of this study is to investigate the variables that are thought to affect (become a determinant of) the profitability of technology sector companies in NASDAQ. As the first electronic-based stock exchange in the world, NASDAQ widely chooses by technology companies to conduct IPOs. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques. This study is quantitative research and uses secondary data in its testing. The factors tested include Liquidity, Capital Structure, Sales Growth, and Working Capital Turnover. Data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis models or techniques and processed using SPSS software version 24. The research test results of the study showed that liquidity; capital structure; and sales growth partially have a positive effect on the profitability of technology sector companies in NASDAQ, while working capital turnover has no effect on the profitability of technology sector companies in NASDAQ.

The Region V Airport Authority is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) within the Ministry of Transportation which is responsible to the Minister of Transportation through the Directorate of Civil Aviation, where the duties of the airport authority itself are to supervise, control, and regulate activities both from the Land Side and Air Side at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research aims to find out (1) How is the implementation of the duties of the Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in supporting flight safety at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, (2) What are the obstacles of Airworthiness Inspector for Aircraft Maintenance in carrying out duties at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research was conducted in February - March 2023 at the Makassar Region V Airport Authority Office, using descriptive research methods with qualitative analysis. Data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. And Trigulation is used to test the reliability of the data obtained.  The results of the discussion in this study are (1) in the implementation of the tasks carried out by the Airworthiness Inspector of the Aircraft Maintenance Division at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar has carried out its duties properly in accordance with the regulations listed, one of which is PM 41 of 2011 and KP 252 of 2017, but not all tasks listed in the PM are carried out at the Region V Airport Authority because it must wait for delegation from the center first such as the Advanced Standard Certificate or can be called (CoA). (2) For the obstacles faced by inspectors at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, namely in the time and skills of the inspectors, where the inspectors cannot determine how long it takes when the inspection takes place because they have to see the ground time of the aircraft to be inspected and for human resources (Skil) inspectors at the Region V Airport Authority are lacking there are some inspectors who are still confused about analyzing the findings obtained.

Shopee merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya platform belanja online yang ada di Indonesia. Shopee juga menjadi platform belanja online nomor satu dalam jumlah pengguna aktif bulanan (monthly active user). Hasil riset SnapCart juga semakin diperkuat menggunakan data yang berasal SimiliarWeb for App Performance perihal aplikasi e-commerce di Indonesia. Shopee mencatat nilai rata-rata 5,44 kali perbulan. Sementara itu, posisi berikutnya berturut-turut diisi oleh Tokopedia dengan rata-rata 3,99 kali serta Lazada dengan rata-rata 3,61 kali. Walaupun Shopee mencatat nilai rata-rata 5,44 kali perbulan, masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada aplikasi Shopee yang perlu dievaluasi seperti membuat tampilan aplikasi menjadi lebih simple, penyusunan kategori yang tidak rumit, fitur live chat, dan kredibilitas toko. Shopee dapat memaksimalkan fitur kategori kebutuhan agar pelanggan dapat dengan mudah mencari barang yang diinginkan dan fitur live chat agar pengguna dapat berkomunikasi dengan toko yang dituju. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan merancang kembali desain UI/UX aplikasi Shopee menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Testing. Hasil analisis dan rancang kembali UI/UX bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan fitur sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna agar dapat digunakan dengan mudah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 70 yang termasuk kedalam kategori acceptable dan menggunakan Single Ease Question (SEQ) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 6 masuk ke dalam kategori mudah. Daftar Pustaka (2018 – 2022)   

Indonesia dikenal dengan sebutan negara agraris dimana sebagian besar penduduk bekerja di sektor produksi pertanian. Kabupaten Kendal merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang sebagian besar wilayahnya merupakan daerah produksi pertanian yang sangat subur. Data yang digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah hasil produksi produksi pertanian buah dan sayur pada 20 kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal tahun 2022. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui potensi produksi pertanian dari wilayah kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal adalah dengan mengelompokkan wilayah yang memiliki karakteristik hampir sama menggunakan K-means clustering. Tujuannya adalah mendapatkan hasil pengelompokkan yang optimal dari masing-masing kelompok yang terbentuk. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh pengelompokkan wilayah kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal menggunakan K-means menjadi 3 cluster. Dimana Klaster 1 terdiri dari 2 kecamatan dengan identifikasi bawang merah, mangga, pisang, dan jambu air memiliki tingkat persentase hasil produksi buah dan sayuran tertinggi. Klaster 2 terdiri dari 2 kecamatan dengan identifikasi pepaya, nangka, petai, dan melinjo memiliki tingkat persentase hasil produksi buah dan sayuran tertinggi. Dan klaster 3 terdapat 16 kecamatan dengan identifikasi cabai rawit, cabai keriting, memiliki tingkat persentase hasil produksi buah dan sayuran tertinggi. Dengan nilai evaluasi yang didapatkan dari Silhouette Index sebesar 0,5546 yang berarti termasuk kedalam kriteria medium structure.

Dalam evolusi industri digital saat ini, aplikasi permainan telah merevolusi bagaimana manusia berinteraksi dan menghabiskan waktu luangnya. Salah satunya, Epic Games Store, yang telah muncul sebagai platform distribusi permainan digital utama, memberikan berbagai konten berkualitas untuk komunitas global. Akan tetapi, agar tetap unggul dalam industri yang cepat berubah, pengalaman pengguna harus diperhatikan dan dioptimalkan. Dengan latar belakang ini, sebuah penelitian diinisiasi untuk mendalaminya dengan memanfaatkan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden, penelitian ini berupaya untuk menilai keandalan dan validitas pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor rata-rata untuk: Attractiveness (1,460), Perspicuity (1,343), Efficiency (1,168), Dependability (1,200), Stimulation (1,305), dan Novelty (0,985). Hasil-hasil ini mencerminkan bahwa pengguna secara umum merasa puas dengan Epic Games Store. Namun, meskipun ada respons positif, masih ada peluang untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek tertentu, khususnya dalam hal inovasi dan kreativitas, untuk memastikan platform ini tetap relevan di masa mendatang. Setelah melakukan perhitungan rata-rata didapatkan hasil nilai perbandingan aplikasi Epic Games Store berada dalam kategori Above Average pada setiap variabel.

Toko Tuah Bunda adalah salah satu toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan pakaian yang menjual beberapa macam jenis produk seperti gamis, oneset, tunik, dress, dan rok. Pada operasionalnya, Toko Tuah Bunda mengalami penurunan jumlah penjualan pakaian sejak 2 tahun belakangan yang sangat berdampak pada pendapatan yang diperoleh. Selain itu, pencatatan penjualan masih dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, saat transaksi jual beli perhitungan jumlah produk dan harga masih menggunakan media kalkulator sehingga terdapat resiko terjadinya kesalahan dan memakan cukup banyak waktu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Dengan menerapkan sistem e-CRM yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman framework codeigniter dan MySQL sebagai database server maka dapat mendorong loyalitas pelanggan di dan membantu Toko Tuah Bunda mendapatkan pelanggan yang lebih banyak sekaligus mempertahankan pelanggan dengan berbagai fitur dan promo yang tersedia

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.
