Regional development is the driving force for national development, which makes regional governments the planners to carry out various kinds of economic transformation for the welfare of the existing society. Broadly speaking, the components that must be discussed in the regional macroeconomic analysis concern economic production and income, growth, unemployment, inflation, employment, external trade relations, financial institutions, regional finance, and poverty or social welfare. Regional macroeconomic analysis can at least show the face of the regional economic structure where this will determine the sustainability of the economy in accordance with development goals. The economic growth of a region, especially the City of Blitar, which of course comes from the results of regional taxes, regional levies, management of regional assets, and other legal regional revenues, which aims to provide flexibility to the regions to seek funding in the implementation of regional autonomy as a manifestation of the principle of decentralization and to increase PAD and support government activities and national development, a budget from the regional government is needed, one of which is from the regional tax sector. The problems of this research are (1) the relationship of similarities and similarities in the vocabulary of Dentong and Duri languages ??(2) the relationship between sound and meaning in Dentong and Duri languages ??(3) the kinship relationship between Dentong and Duri languages. This study aims to find out, describe the relationship of similarities and similarities in the vocabulary of Dentong and Duri languages, describe the relationship between sound and meaning in Dentong and Duri languages ??and describe the kinship relationship between Dentong and Duri languages ??and information about vocabulary comparisons between Dentong and Duri languages. Duri language. The theory used is comparative linguistic theory using 207 Swadesh vocabularies as the basis for the vocabulary being compared.This type of research is qualitative research. The techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, observation/note-taking techniques and documentation. This research was conducted for 2 weeks and the research subjects were native speakers of Dentong and Duri languages.The results of this study obtained similarities and similarities between Dentong and Duri languages ??based on five word classes, namely verbs, pronouns, nouns, numerals, and adjectives. The basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ??total 46 words or 23%, one of the data is that the word [fur] in BDNT is also called [bulu] in BDRI, the basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ??are 20 words or 10 % one of the data in the word [two] 'rua' in BDNT and [two] 'two' in BDRI.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the comparison between Dentong and Duri languages ??has similarities and similarities. The similarities and similarities, if totaled, there are 66 similarities and similarities or 33% of the vocabulary. Therefore it can be stated that the two languages ??being compared are cognate languages.
 

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.
                                              
 

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of labor inspectors at Korwil II Malang, East Java Province. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach, involving a population of 32 labor inspectors with saturated sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that leadership and work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of participative leadership styles and the provision of extrinsic motivation to increase job satisfaction, which ultimately leads to improved performance of labor inspectors.

In the competitive freight service industry, improving employee performance is key to a company's competitiveness. This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Bela Belo Transindo Malang. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, this study involved 54 permanent employees. Results show that organizational culture significantly affects performance (t = 5.095; p = 0.000), as does motivation (t = 2.340; p = 0.023). However, work discipline does not significantly affect performance (t = 0.607; p = 0.547). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly impact performance (F = 38.327; p = 0.000), with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.697. These findings indicate that organizational culture is the most dominant factor in improving employee performance. The study implies that companies should strengthen their organizational culture, enhance motivation through reward systems and a conducive work environment, and improve discipline systems to optimize overall employee performance.

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.

This research aims to clarify the description of an object to be researched, this type of quantitative research will determine the relationship between the variables being researched will be significant and produce conclusions with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data source used in this study uses secondary data and data collection in this study is taken from the company's financial statements. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies in the goods & consumption industry sector and miscellaneous industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, and the data sample is 75.  From the data obtained, processed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset intensity and liquidity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. This research is important for decision makers such as tax managers in ensuring that corporate tax planning goes well, as well as for the Directorate General of Taxes in implementing the best strategy to get tax revenue problems in Indonesia
 
 

The purpose of this writing is to analyze the position of Village Regulations in statutory regulations and to formulate a form of reviewing the constitutionality of Village Regulations in statutory regulations. The novelty of previous research is that this research does not only emphasize the position of village regulations but also examines the constitutionality of village regulations in a combined form. The Village Head and the Village Consultative Body have the authority and independence from village institutions to regulate life with the community through regulatory instruments in the form of village regulations. The existence or position of village regulations in the legal system in Indonesia is not listed in the hierarchy of statutory regulations, so that the form of reviewing the constitutionality of village regulations is unclear. Of course, this is interesting to study in more depth regarding how the position of village regulations is in statutory regulations and also how the form of testing the constitutionality of village regulations in statutory regulations. Through the method of research on doctrinal law or normative law, this research has the object of studying legal norms or rules as a building system related to a legal event. The position of village regulations also includes statutory regulations which are recognized juridically, while related to testing the constitutionality of village regulations, namely in the form of executive review by carrying out supervision which authority is given to the regent/mayor to supervise, besides that the regent/mayor can also cancel village regulations if they conflict with higher regulations and/public interest. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kedudukan peraturan desa dalam peraturan perundang-undangan serta merumuskan bentuk pengujian konstitusionalitas peraturan desa dalam peraturan perundangundangan. Kebaruan dari penelitian sebelumnya bawasanya penelitian ini tidak hanya menekankan pada kedudukan dari peraturan desa melainkan juga kepada pengujian konstitusionalitas peraturan desa dalam bentuk kombinasi. Kepala desa beserta Badan Permusyawaratan Desa memiliki wewenang dan kemandirian dari lembaga desa dapat mengatur kehidupan bersama masyarakat melalui instrumen aturan yang dalam bentuk peraturan desa. Keberadaan atau kedudukan peraturan desa dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia tidak tercantum dalam hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga bentuk pengujian konstitusionalitas peraturan desa menjadi tidak jelas. Tentunya hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji lebih mendalam terkait bagaimana kedudukan peraturan desa dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan juga bagaimana bentuk pengujian konstitusionalitas peraturan desa dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Melalui metode penelitian hukum doktrinal atau hukum normatif, maka penelitian ini mempunyai objek kajian terhadap kaidah atau aturan hukum sebagai suatu bangunan system yang terkait dengan suatu peristiwa hukum. Kedudukan peraturan desa termasuk pula sebagai peraturan perundang-undangan yang diakui secara yuridis keberadaaanya, Sedangkan terkait dengan pengujian konstitusionalitas peraturan desa yaitu dalam bentuk executive review dengan melakukan pengawasan yang kewenangan diberikan kepada bupati/walikota untuk mengawasi, selain itu pula bupati/walikota dapat pula membatalkan peraturan desa apabila bertentangan dengan peraturan yang lebih tinggi dan/kepentingan umum      

Leprosy infectious disease can cause peripheral nerve disorders and skin disorders. The problem in question is not only from a medical point of view but extends to the social, namely leprosy sufferers can be ostracized or shunned by society. So important is the role of the family in providing support for leprosy sufferers to achieve recovery through adherence to taking medication. The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in leprosy patients. The research design used a literature review conducted on a data base including Google Schoolar, PubMed, and Spinger. Article analysis found 16,776 but only 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of journal analysis showed that for each of the 10 articles, it was found that in 7 articles there was a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in leprosy patients. In addition, the other 4 articles said that the family plays an important role in providing support, encouragement, and motivation for family members who have leprosy to adhere to treatment. One of the factors that can increase treatment adherence in patients with chronic diseases is good family support.

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.
