The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the use of Instagram as a promotional medium for the Helio ITC Mangga Dua North Jakarta women's clothing store. Qualitative research through the Marketing Mix (4P) approach which includes product, price, place, and promotion. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants are Helio owners and employees.
The results of the study show: the form of marketing communication by utilizing Instagram social media through the @helioshop account is going well. Consumers can provide comments and input to accounts through photo or video sharing, Instagram stories, captions, and hashtag features. The advantage of promoting via Instagram lies in conveying messages to consumers using the features available on Instagram, and also connecting the Instagram application with other applications such as TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and WhatsApp, thereby increasing Helio sales. Meanwhile, the drawback lies in the application which must be updated regularly to get the latest features and is prone to fraud in the name of Helio.

Student management in education which includes planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the learning process as well as managing student behavior. The main objective is to create an effective, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes the holistic development of each student. ABSTRACT, PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch serves ground handling services for air transportation companies. This research is focused on Ground Handling services for pasasi officers, namely check-in, boarding and lost and found. The problem in this study is related to the lack of work discipline of pasasi officers seen in carrying out their duties or work. This study aims to determine the work discipline carried out in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers to determine the work discipline that should be carried out in the future in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch.
This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study were the head (leader) and the passation officer of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch. The data used in this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification.
The results of this study indicate that the work discipline carried out in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers is entering work on time, doing work in accordance with company regulations and supervision by the leader. Requiring employees to obey all applicable regulations at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport Branch in order to improve employee performance. Work discipline that should be carried out in the future in an effort to improve the performance of pasasi officers is that leaders must be more assertive in making decisions and providing sanctions or reprimands for employees who are not disciplined at work. In addition, it is necessary to increase wages and salaries for employees whose performance is good so that it will encourage other employees to improve their performance.

The results showed that the emotional dimension has a significant effect on purchase intention, while the entertain dimension and informative dimension do not directly affect purchase intention but still must be considered.

So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.

This research was conducted for 2 weeks and the research subjects were native speakers of Dentong and Duri languages.The results of this study obtained similarities and similarities between Dentong and Duri languages ??based on five word classes, namely verbs, pronouns, nouns, numerals, and adjectives. The basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ??total 46 words or 23%, one of the data is that the word [fur] in BDNT is also called [bulu] in BDRI, the basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ??are 20 words or 10 % one of the data in the word [two] 'rua' in BDNT and [two] 'two' in BDRI.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the comparison between Dentong and Duri languages ??has similarities and similarities. The similarities and similarities, if totaled, there are 66 similarities and similarities or 33% of the vocabulary. Therefore it can be stated that the two languages ??being compared are cognate languages.
