Micro-enterprises are one of the businesses that are also affected during this pandemic. In order to support the development of micro-enterprises and business actors, the Trenggalek district government, especially the Watulimo sub-district, launched an innovation called lapak 215. 215 was held to bring licensing services closer to users, namely business actors in Watulimo sub-district where the geographical conditions are mostly mountainous and coastal areas. The research method used is descriptive qualitative based on Rogers' attribute theory, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, Observability. As a result, the innovation of lapak 215 is more flexible, making it easier for business actors to make procedures and processes easy for users to understand and most importantly bring the government closer to the user community.AbstrakUsaha mikro merupakan salah satu usaha yang juga terdampak di masa pandemi ini. Guna mendukung berkembangnya usaha mikro dan pelaku usaha ,pemerintah kabupaten Trenggalek khususnya kecamatan Watulimo meluncurkan inovasi yang diberi nama lapak 215. Lapak 215 diadakan guna mendekatkan pelayanan perizinan ke para pengguna yaitu pelaku usaha di kecamatan watulimo yang mana kondisi geografisnya lebih banyak daerah pegunungan dan pesisir pantai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan teori atribut milik Rogers yaitu Relative  Advantage (Keuntungan  Relatif),  Compatibility  (Kesesuaian),  Complexity  (Kerumitan), Triability  (Kemungkinan  dicoba),  Observability  (Kemudahan  diamati). Hasilnya inovasi lapak 215 ini lebih fleksibel, lebih memudahkan pelaku usaha dengan mudahnya prosedur dan prosesnya dimenegerti oeh pengguna dan yang terpenting mendekatkan pemerintah dengan masyarakat pengguna.

Child labor is a term for employing children under 18 years of age. Child labor is the exploitation of a child for work usually on a low salary without other guarantees. The background of child labor due to poverty causes children to have to work to support their families. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, seeks to describe the causes of children working and the impact of children working. The research was carried out in Indramayu Regency, Sukabumi Regency, Ponorogo Regency, Malang Regency, Central Lombok Regency as the locations that contributed a lot of migrant workers abroad. The number of respondents was 150 children working in the informal sector, including migrant workers. The background of workers comes from poor families with low parental education levels. The findings of the cause of working children are parental poverty due to low parental education levels, lack of work skills, low income. The impact of working children experiencing exploitation includes 70% working more than 9 hours, getting wages but being cut without the child's knowledge, getting wages but not in accordance with the minimum wage standard, the promised work is not in accordance with reality (67%), loss of communication with parents 83%, and the occurrence of violence in the workplace such as discomfort, coercion, threats, prone to sexual harassment (50%). The impact of working children has a contribution to their family as much as 80%. Recommendations need to prevent the exploitation of child labor through empowering poor families in pockets of poverty. Preventive protection measures mean that the state, government, local governments, communities, families, and parents or guardians are fully responsible and obliged to implement child protection.
 
 

Medical terminology becomes an important course because it supports the main competence of medical recorders as a clinical coder. The number of medical terms studied requires students to practice more by utilizing various learning media. Digital Game Base Learning is a method of blending learning and playing patterns by utilizing computer devices and smartphones, this is expected to bring joy, increase the enthusiasm of learners in the learning process and grow the power of competition. This study aims to determine the acceptance or response of students to the use of Kahoot as a medium of exercise in medical terminology courses. The type of research used is qualitative research. The informants in this study were 15 2nd semester students at the D3 RMIK Poltekkes Study Program of the Ministry of Health Malang. The research instruments used are interview guidelines and Kahoot quiz questions. Quiz results are analyzed descriptively and interview results are transcribed by general findings. The results of this study are (1) identification of educational game needs using Kahoot including mobile phones, laptops, internet networks, materials and medical terminology questions, (2) all students respond positively to the innovation of using Kahoot as one of the training media of medical terminology.

Character education is essential for the life of a nation. The condition of the nation's character is alarming, marked by the number of bullying in schools, promiscuity, and increasing drug cases infecting school-age children. This can threaten the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore a special strategy is needed to shape the character of the nation's young generation. Character education is carried out in schools by being integrated into various activities at school. The implementation of the PPK program needs to be evaluated to find out all the things that happened during program implementation. The evaluation research conducted is program evaluation research. The evaluation model used is a goal-free evaluation model. Michael Scrieven developed the goal-free evaluation model. This evaluation model determines the planning, implementation, analysis, and follow-up of the character education strengthening program at Gugus Teuku Umar Salatiga. The planning stage of the character education supporting program at Gugus Teuku Umar has been carried out well. The character education strengthening program has been implemented in every activity in the school. The character education strengthening program implemented at Gugus Teuku Umar has a positive impact on student behavior and student achievement.1. The planning of the character education program at Gugus Teuku Umar from the planning stage has been carried out well. 2. The character education program has been implemented well but not yet to be optimal. 3. The stages of practical examination (check) have been carried out so that the implementation of the PPK program can influence the character education program to positively impact students both on behavior and attitudes as well as learning achievement. 4. 5. There has been a follow-up to implementing the PPK program in schools. This was done based on the results of the analysis. Programs with positive impacts will undoubtedly continue their implementation. Programs with more negative side effects will be updated or replaced with other programs.

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan sosial yang cepat di masyarakat. Perubahan tersebut membuat masyarakat harus mengubah perilakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perubahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat serta dampak yang terjadi di masa new normal akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis perspektif sosiologi dengan memakai teori fungsionalisme Talcott Parsons. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan mencari berbagai referensi dari buku, jurnal, penelitian terdahulu, dan sumber-sumber terpercaya lainnya yang dapat memberikan informasi untuk membantu penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan sosial masyarakat yang terjadi di masa new normal merupakan isu sistem sosial untuk menekan virus Covid-19 beserta dampaknya. Sejak lama, Talcott Parsons telah memberikan kunci untuk mencapai keberhasilan sistem sosial yang baru, yakni melalui AGIL (Adaptation, Goal attachment, Integration, Latent pattern). Untuk mencapai masa new normal secara maksimal, maka harus melalui berbagai indikator dan pertimbangan yang matang serta didukung dengan kolaborasi yang baik antar komponen masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah dan upaya pelaku usaha dan peran sistem digital bagi pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan permintaan konsumen di Distrik Abepura. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2019-2022 pada 15 Driver Gojek  dan 85 Bisnis makanan di Distrik Abepura . Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masalah yang dihadapi pelaku usaha pada masa Covid-19 adalah penurunan pendapatan dan upaya yang dilakukan pelaku usaha untuk mengatasi masalah adalah dengan melalukan inovasi, penjualan online dan menjual makanan kekinian. Peran Aplikasi sistem digital sangat membantu dan meningkatkan permintaan konsumen driver gojek dan bisnis makanan di Distrik Abepura sebesar 30-50 persen . Tahun 2023  bisnis makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di aplikasi gojek di wilayah Distrik Abepura sebanyak 175 usaha. Belum semua usaha menggunakan sistem digital atau penjualan secara online karena belum semua penjual memahami cara penjualan dengan sisem digital atau penjualan secara online. Program pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah, dunia akademisi, pakar sehingga penggunakan sistem digital dapat digunakan  dengan cara  tepat.
 
 

<p><em>Information is an important part of communication between individuals and groups. Information is closely related to archive search. Archive searching is an important part of archive editing because searching allows researchers to find important information in archives. Based on the results of an archive search survey at one of the archival institutions, namely the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service, archive searches are still limited through Microsoft Excel and there are no other innovations. Seeing current technological developments, researchers offer solutions for searching archives through the AppSheet website at the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service. The purpose of this study, among others, is to find out how to use the AppSheet website, use the AppSheet website in related agencies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the AppSheet website. The research method in this study is a qualitative method through interviews and observation. The informants in this study were 4 archivists in related agencies. The results of the study show that how to use the AppSheet website consists of 22 steps. How to use the AppSheet website in related agencies include: 1) The features provided are quite easy to use. 2) Retrieval components that are fulfilled include: users, queries, documents, and matching. 3) The description is complete. 4) The retrieval step is quite easy. 5) Available metadata include: processing unit, file number, file number, description of archive information, time period, and amount. 6) Obstacles in the operation of the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives so far not all users can access and cannot be operated offline. 7) The solution for operating the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives is that later users who really need access to these inactive photo archives will be allowed to view them to get information to support their final thesis or assignment. In addition, active photos need to be placed on a flash disk to back up data. 8) There is no comparison with other applications. 9) Criticism and suggestions follow technology and regulatory developments in politics and law and features are added. Disadvantages of the AppSheet website include: users must understand technology and need to share links so that other users can access them. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Kinerja Pustakawan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Di Perpustakaan Sekolah SMAN 1 Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pustakawan dalam memberikan informasi kepada pemustaka sudah cukup baik, dengan jumlah TCR yaitu 81,7% yang di perolah dari 93 responden. Berdasarkan hasil mengenai deskripsi varibael X dengan Y diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: hasil ini menunjukan bahwa nilai variabel x mulai dari nilai minumun 7,00, nilai maximum 35,00 dan nilai mean 26,7 dari seluruh responden 93 orang. Sedangkan untuk nilai variabel Y terbagi menjadi beberapa, maka dari seruluh variabel Y yang lebih dominan yaitu pada nilai Y. Information of control dengan nilai minimun 9,00, nilai maximum 16,00, dan nilai mean 10,8. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh responden memberi presepsi terhadap kinerja pustakawan sudah baik, yaitu dalam membantu menemukan informasi/ koleksi yang dibutuhkan pemustaka, sikap dan penataan ruang koleksi, kedisiplinan serta efektifitas layanan

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.
