Abstrak:
Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with multiple etiologies characterized by high sugar levels. Patients with chronic illnesses are very susceptible to depression. This can be overcome if the respondent has good enough resilience and self-efficacy so that he can manage self-care and regulate glycemic levels and strive for better health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area.
This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests.
The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ? ? 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ? ? 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ? ? 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ? ? 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables.
Self-efficacy, good resilience can reduce depression in chronic patients such as gangrene so that patients have adequate self-care management.

Abstrak:
Healthy financial conditions are key to reducing risks and ensuring business continuity. Company management must carry out wise management in making decisions and preparing budget policies carefully. This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance through profitability, liquidity and solvency of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT. Indosat 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Karunia Ultima Kemasan. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes the entire population of employees at PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk. A saturated sample was used, comprising 76 employees of PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk, selected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research was conducted to see the impact of personal relationships on job satisfaction at Cv Permata Karya Jaya. Researchers use quantitative techniques. Quantitative research, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, all employees 64 workers from all departments as a sample. The results of the study show that personal relationships (X) have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). In this case it proves that one way to increase employee satisfaction is by providing good interpersonal relationships. With good relationships and interactions, job satisfaction is created.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine "The Effect of Using Slogans in Advertisements on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for Sosro Bottle Tea Mediated by Brand Awareness". In this research there are three variables, namely, slogans in advertisements as the independent variable, purchasing decisions as the dependent variable, and brand awareness as the mediating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach distributed to 100 respondents using a questionnaire distributed online with a Likert scale technique. Based on the problem formulation and discussion of research results, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Slogans have a significant effect on brand awareness. (2) Slogans have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Slogans do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness as a mediating variable.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all MAN 2 Kediri City teachers. Saturated samples were used in sampling a total of 87 teachers obtained from questionnaires directly to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and commitment positively influenced organizational citizenship behavior.

A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

The problem of the quality of academic services for each faculty is different. The aim of this research is to describe the level of student satisfaction regarding the quality of academic services based on the Parasuraman dimensions. The assessment used a 5-point Likert scale of satisfaction with lecturers with the respondents being students from three study programs, namely the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law, with 192 students. The results of research on Tangible students feel satisfied with the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law. At Emphaty, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Reliability, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Responsiveness, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. In Assurance, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. This research is very useful for improving the quality of academic services.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research was to analyze the application of piercing the corporate veil principle regarding forced delising issue. which caused losses to investors. The importance of the responsibility of directors in the management of a company can be illustrated in the Principle of piercing the corporate veil, as in the event of a violation or deviation from the duties and obligations of a director which causes losses in the company will be responsible up to his personal assets. This research uses normative juridical legal research methods.. The problem approach used in this research is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The novelty of this research lies in an in-depth analysis of the application of piercing the corporate veil principle regarding forced delisting cases, thus providing a comprehensive understanding of whether or not modern corporate principles can be applied in forced delisting cases. So it is hoped that this research can provide more insight about the abuse of authority as directors for personal gain which causes losses is an act that deserves to be accounted for by the directors by referring to the application of the principle of piercing the corporate veil. In this case the directors of the company cannot be held responsible for investor losses caused by the Indonesian Stock Exchange's policy in the form of forced delisting. However, this concept does not apply absolutely because in certain condition it is possible that the Board of Directors cannot be responsible for the loss as long as the Board of Directors can provide opposite otherwise. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan dari prinsip piercing the corporate veil pada permasalahan forced delisting yang menyebabkan kerugian bagi investornya. Pentingnya pertanggungjawaban direksi dalam suatu pengurusan perseroan dapat digambarkan dalam Prinsip piercing the corporate veil, seperti pada hal terjadinya sebuah pelanggaran atau penyimpangan dari tugas dan kewajiban seorang direksi yang menyebabkan kerugian dalam perusahaan akan menjadi tanggung jawab hingga pada harta pribadinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Pendekatan masalah yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu statuary approach dan conceptual approach. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada analisis mandalam mengenai penerapan prinsip piercing the corporate veil dalam kasus forced delisting sehingga memberikan pemahaman komperehensif tentang dapat tidaknya suatu prinsip modern perseroan diterapkan dalam kasus forced delisting. Sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih mengenai penyalahgunaan wewenang selaku direksi untuk kepentingan pribadi sehingga menimbulkan kerugian yang mana perbuatan tersebut patut untuk dipertanggungjawabkan oleh direksi dengan mengacu pada penerapan prinsip piercing the corporate veil. Dalam permasalahan ini direksi perseroan tidak dapat bertanggung jawab atas kerugian investor yang disebabkan oleh kebijakan Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu berupa force delisting. Tetapi, konsep tersebut tidak berlaku mutlak sebab pada kondisi tertentu dimungkinkan direksi tidak dapat bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tersebut sepanjang direksi bisa memberikan bukti sebaliknya.
