Dunia pertanian menduduki peran penting di masyarakat karena merupakan sumber pangan utama dan menjadikannya kebutuhan utama pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Karakteristik masyarakat saat ini memiliki tempat tinggal dengan lahan yang sempit namun tetap ingin melakukan budidaya tanaman, maka metode hidroponik ini menjadi salah satu alternatif yang tepat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik untuk memperkenalkan budidaya tanaman hidroponik yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi dan kebutuhan pangan mitra. Tim PKM UPBJJ-UT Malang melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan budidaya tanaman hidroponik di Desa Rembang, Kecamatan Ngadiluwih, Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah warga mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai budidaya hidroponik sehingga warga memahami bahwa budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik dapat bernilai tambah ekonomi dan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Warga juga telah dapat melakukan budidaya hidroponik tanaman sayur pakcoy, kangkung dan selada secara mandiri. 

It cannot be denied that problems can arise due to changes in learning platforms, especially if the LMS used is still new for students. The aim of this research is to determine the design of using LMS in MKDU learning in higher education as well as student responses to the use of LMS. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research objects are LMS and STIKES Jendral Achmad Yani students who contracted for Citizenship and Indonesian Language Education in the first semester. Data collection techniques use observation techniques and questionnaire techniques. Data will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that the design for using LMS in learning is complete. LMS facilitates several features including: RPS upload, material upload, chat/discussion feature, attendance list, and assessment. The results of the student questionnaire regarding the use of LMS in courses showed a positive response. It can be concluded that the use of LMS in MKDU learning is in the good category

The researcch objective wass to determine the effecct of business credit in an effort to increase MSME sector business income around Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang City. Thiis research method is a quantitatiive method. The researchh instrument uses a questionnairee. The data collection technique was purposive sampling with 30 respondents as MSME managers or owners. The data analysis techniquee is Simple Linear.Regression. Based onthe resultsof the study that Business.Credit has. a. posiitive and significant. influence. on MSME business. iincome. This means that the greater the provision of busiiness loans and the proper use of them will increasee the income of MSME businesses. The business credit contribution to operating income is 96.5%. Increasing business income will encourage the business to grow even more.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan nilai-nilai Islam di pesantren dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang melibatkan analisis literatur terkait tentang pendidikan pesantren, nilai-nilai Islam, dan pembentukan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nilai-nilai Islam di pesantren memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada karakter santri, termasuk kedalaman spiritualitas, kebajikan moral, kemandirian, keterampilan sosial, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran Islam. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam di era modern, seperti pengaruh budaya sekuler dan teknologi, namun dengan strategi yang tepat, pesantren dapat tetap menjadi lembaga yang relevan dan efektif dalam membentuk karakter santri yang kuat secara spiritual, moral, dan sosial. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pembentukan karakter santri melalui pendidikan nilai-nilai Islam termasuk penguatan kurikulum, pelatihan bagi pengajar, pengembangan program ekstrakurikuler, kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan masyarakat, serta evaluasi berkala terhadap efektivitas program. Dengan demikian, pesantren dapat terus menjadi pilar dalam menjaga dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai Islam serta membentuk generasi yang bermoral dan beretika di masa depan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Line terbaik pada Pabrik Sepatu di Semarang guna mendapatkan hasil penilaian kinerja yang akurat maka dilakukan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan  metode WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) yang dapat membantu dalam proses pengambilan suatu keputusan, baik pada pemilihan line dengan penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada semua atribut. Pabrik sepatu di Semarang sebagai salah satu pusat produksi sepatu di Indonesia perlu terus meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksinya untuk tetap bersaing dalam pasar global dan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi setiap line produksi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dapat pula memastikan bahwa proses penilaian dilakukan secara sistematis. Ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajer pabrik membuat keputusan yang adil dan teliti, serta mempertimbangkan masukan dari seluruh tim produksi.

This analysis tries to calculate the additional income provided by restaurant levies on the Unique Income of Malang City Province between 2018 and 2022. Graphic quantitative data is the type of research used to conduct this research. The investigation findings support the theory that income from the Malang City Restaurant Tax Revenue Contribution levy for 2018–2022 varies based on annual salary; especially in 2018 it was 15%, in 2019 it increased to 18%, in 2020 it decreased to 17%, in 2021 it became 15%, and in 2022 there was a very large increase reaching 22%. Therefore, the average annual income from restaurant levies from the Malang City Territorial Unique Pay is 17.4%, which can be assumed to be relatively or moderate.

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of the work environment on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with 119 employees. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample of 44 employees. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results showed that the work environment had an effect on the morale of the employees of the Wawo Public Health Center, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment on employee morale is 41.8%.

Workload is a description of the volume of work. In hospitals, the workload covers many aspects and this has an impact on compliance with the implementation of SOPs for new patient admissions which can be influenced by high workloads. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between emergency room nurse workload and compliance with standard operational procedures for accepting new patients." This research was conducted using a cross-sectional Descriptive Analytical research method, which emphasizes the time of measurement or observation and independent and dependent variables only once. The population in this study was 23 subjekts with a sampling technique using total sampling technique and the sample for this study was 23 subjekts. Data collection uses questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the chi-square results, it can be seen that the p value is 0.026, which is smaller than p (? < 0.5), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the workload of emergency department nurses and compliance with the implementation of new patient admission procedures at RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih, Manado City. Suggestions to hospitals can pay more attention to the workload they experience so as to provide good service to patients.

Automatic detection of hate speech and abusive language is crucial for combating online toxicity. This study explores Gaussian Naive Bayes for multi-label classification of hate speech on Indonesian Twitter, including target, category, and level. We combined TF-IDF features with contextual BERT embeddings. The model achieved balanced performance for general hate speech and good non-abusive language detection. However, it exhibited limitations with imbalanced data and specific hate speech types. The classifier consistently favored the majority class (non-hateful/non-abusive) across labels, particularly struggling with HS_Gender, HS_Physical, etc. This suggests difficulty detecting less frequent but potentially severe hate speech, likely due to limited training data. Overall accuracy and F1-scores confirm that while Gaussian Naive Bayes is efficient, it lacks robustness for nuanced multi-label classification with imbalanced datasets. This necessitates exploring alternative approaches for effectively detecting specific and less frequent hate speech.

Village development activities are an integral part of the Merdeka Campus Competency Program (PKKM) in line with MBKM KKNT. Participating students perform community service as proof of their commitment to strengthening and supporting their community, in accordance with the principles of the Three Dharma Universities which include teaching, research, and devotion to the community. Village Development Program in Penangungan Village, Trawas, Mojokerto, attractive tourist destinations near the mountains, is a real step forward in providing ideas and solutions to the problems of the village community. The Trawas area is a famous tourist destination, with beautiful natural environments, cafes, and tourist attractions that contribute significantly to the village economy. Some destinations in Trawas, such as the Kecambung Valley, are newly opened on October 12, 2023, but may be missed as tourists tend to visit places that are widely discussed in the Trawas area. UPN DKV students focus Bina Village's work program on branding Agrowisata Valley Kecambung to increase the attractiveness and visibility of this new destination.
