This study investigates the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), a psychological phenomenon amplified by social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, on the behavior of each individual. Focusing on the case of Agroeduwisata MarkazKomobid in Serang Regency, this study uses qualitative methods to explore how digital exposure shapes travel motivation. Referring to insights on digital culture, the psychological effects of FoMO, and social media-driven tourism strategies, this analysis reveals that online trends often serve as social benchmarks, pressuring individuals to engage in experiences that are considered popular or viral. These findings emphasize the strategic importance of social media in creating an attractive destination image and driving visitor interest, especially for active social media users.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effective the laboratory information system is in terms of data transmission and website speed at the UNTIRTA VTE Laboratory. To conduct this study, a literature review and direct observation of the data sending and receiving process, as measured by PageSpeed ​​Insights, were used. The results showed that overall, the website performance was good, with optimal FCP and LCP values ​​on desktop and mobile devices. However, elements such as Interaction to Next Paint (INP) and Speed ​​Index (SI) require additional improvements to improve interactivity and access speed. The student dashboard page is considered the main activity center, according to the analysis of user access pattern data. However, pages with large file sizes require better data transmission management to avoid bottlenecks. This study provides an overview of how effective data transmission and user experience are on the laboratory website and suggests the development of infrastructure and website optimization elements, such as caching and file size reduction. This study aims to investigate the role of SWOT analysis in the strategic decision-making process at Warcaf, Warcaf is a business operating in the culinary sector. In the context of increasingly tight business competition today, it is very important for a company to have a good strategy in order to remain competitive in the market. SWOT analysis, including the recognition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, serves as a fairly efficient instrument in designing strategies that are in accordance with the company's internal and external situations. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach, where information is obtained through in-depth interviews with Warcaf management. This study shows that SWOT analysis not only plays a role in the strategic decision-making process, but also as a basis for long-term planning. It is expected that this study can provide contributions such as information and strategies in the culinary industry.

This study aims to examine the impact of systematic risk and interest rates on the stock returns of state-owned banks (Bank BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021–2023. Using a multiple linear regression approach, the study finds that neither systematic risk nor interest rates have a significant partial or joint effect on the stock returns of Bank BUMN. These findings indicate that in the context of the Indonesian stock market—particularly the state-owned banking sector—these factors may not necessarily be the primary determinants in shaping stock returns. The implication of these results is the importance of considering other variables that may play a greater role in explaining stock return movements, such as firm-specific microeconomic factors and investor expectations regarding the banks’ fundamental performance.

The workshop “Individual Annual Tax Return Reporting 1770 S and 1770 SS” held on April 29, 2025 at SMK Puja Bangsa was attended by 59 participants. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of SMK Puja Bangsa students in Annual Individual Tax Return Reporting 1770 S and 1770 SS using DJP Online and provide an overview of how to calculate Income Tax 21 using TER (average effective rate). The workshop implementation method includes interactive lectures, simulations, hands-on practice and questions and answers. The survey results showed that the majority of participants felt a significant increase in their knowledge regarding the 1770 S and 1770 SS Individual Annual Tax Return Reporting using DGT Online.

Training and career development play a crucial role in improving the performance of health center (puskesmas) employees to deliver optimal healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and career development on employee performance at puskesmas and to identify challenges in their implementation. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach based on previous studies related to training, career development, and human resource performance in the health sector. The results show that relevant and continuous training enhances employee efficiency, accuracy, and mental readiness, while clear and sustainable career development increases motivation, loyalty, and employee engagement. The synergy between training and career development is key to successfully improving employee competence and motivation sustainably. However, program implementation faces challenges such as budget constraints, lack of policy support, geographic barriers, and less operational HR development policies. Therefore, strategic and integrated HR management is essential to improve the quality of healthcare services at puskesmas.
 

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of P4K with the innovation of the Dora Backpack to anticipate pregnancy risk in pregnant women in the working area of the Mantup Health Center in Lamongan Regency.This type of research is quasi-experimental with Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of this study were pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of the Mantup Health Center and Tikung Health Center totaling 262 pregnant women. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples was 176 pregnant women, consisting of 88 control pregnant women and 88 intervention pregnant women. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis with Mann Withney and Logistic Regression. Based on the results of the Mann Withney test in the control and intervention groups, ap value of 0.000 means that P4K with the Si Dora Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy and based on the results of the Logistics Regression test, external variables do not affect the ability to anticipate pregnancy risk factors, namely age with p value 0.341, education with p value 0.587, and occupation with p value 0.631. P4K With Si Dora's Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy.

The current global economic situation is facing various complex challenges, including climate change, economic inequality, and technological revolution. The Keynesian theory, which emphasizes the active role of government in stabilizing the economy, remains relevant for designing adaptive and sustainable economic policies. This article discusses the development of Keynesian theory in addressing future challenges, focusing on green investment, equitable redistribution policies, and strengthening technological innovation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative literature study with thematic analysis of national and international scientific sources. The findings indicate that the renewal of Keynesian theory should not only aim at maintaining short-term stability but also support long-term sustainability by emphasizing the synergy between fiscal policy, technological innovation, and social justice.

Organic waste management is an important issue in addressing environmental problems. One potential solution is bioconversion technology using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots that can break down organic waste and produce larvae with economic value as animal feed. To increase the selling value and extend the shelf life, BSF larvae need to be dried using tools such as rotary dryers. This study aims to design and analyse the strength of a rotary dryer machine frame for maggot drying with a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) approach based on SolidWorks software. Simulations were carried out on several materials: ASTM A36, AISI 1020 Steel, and AISI 1045 Steel. The analysis results show that all materials are within safe limits based on Von Mises stress, deformation, and safety factor. AISI 1045 steel material gives the best performance with Von Mises stress of 14.238 MPa, deformation of 0.59 mm, and safety factor of 7.2. These results show that AISI 1045 steel is the most recommended material for the rotary dryer frame.

This study aims to describe the psychological elements of the character Kinan based on the id, ego and superego in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy asf, to describe the form of psychological problems in the character Kinan in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy Asf, and to describe the form of conflict defense mechanisms in the character Kinan in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy Asf. The research used a qualitative approach. While the method used is the content analysis method. The source of funds in this study is the text of the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy Asf published by RDM Publisher in 2020, the first printing. The data collection technique is a written documentation technique. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive technique. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) Psychological elements of the Kinan character were found based on the id, ego and superego, namely there is an uncomfortable id, a pain id and an unfulfilled need id, there is an angry ego in the Kinan character and there is that there a high personal standard superego, (2) It was found were 5 psychological problems in the Kinan character, including: mood disorders based on subjective feelings consisting of feelings of sadness, anger and disappointment, there were anxiety disorders, stress disorders, somatoform disorders and personality disorders including: adventitious, borderline, obsessive-compulsive, histrionic and narcissistic.
