Abstrak:
Sekolah merupakan sarana utama dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku individu melalui pendidikan yang terencana. Pendidikan yang berkualitas tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang kompetitif, tetapi juga bermoral, berakar budaya, dan mampu mengelola sumber daya secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen kelas dan efektivitas pembelajaran di MAN 4 Jombang serta hubungan keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas di MAN 4 Jombang mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran, pengaturan ruang, penegakan disiplin, dan penciptaan suasana belajar yang kondusif, dengan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dan motivator. Efektivitas pembelajaran ditandai dengan partisipasi aktif siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar, dan penggunaan metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Manajemen kelas yang efektif terbukti memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran, melalui terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang tertib, menyenangkan, dan mendukung tanggung jawab serta prestasi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya profesionalisme guru dalam menerapkan manajemen kelas sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Tax Knowledge, Tax Amnesty Program, and Tax Sanctions on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in Surakarta City.
This study used motor vehicle taxpayers in Surakarta City. The method in this study uses a quantitative method. In this study, SPSS version 27.0 was used to analyze the data. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers in Surakarta City, totaling 517,790 vehicles registered according to the Surakarta City Central Statistics Agency. The sample in this study was 100 taxpayers, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique in this study used Accidential Sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. In this study, descriptive analysis, multiple linear tests, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination tests were used. The results of this study stated that Tax Knowledge had no significant effect, meaning that tax knowledge had not been able to increase taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. Meanwhile, tax amnesty and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect, meaning that with the implementation of the amnesty program and the increasingly strict sanctions given, it will increase taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to examine how deep learning influences students’ mathematical critical thinking skills. In mastering mathematics—which requires reasoning, analysis, and systematic review—critical thinking is essential to address the challenges of the 21st century. This research employs a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group model. The subjects of the study were eighth-grade junior high school students, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The main instruments used were a mathematical critical thinking skills test and a learning activity observation sheet. The findings indicate that students who participated in instruction based on a deep learning approach showed a significant improvement in critical thinking skills compared to those who received conventional instruction. Unlike students who underwent standard learning methods, those exposed to deep learning strategies experienced a notable enhancement in their critical thinking abilities. Based on these findings, the implementation of deep learning is recommended more broadly in mathematics classroom instruction.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic conditions, capital, and good corporate governance on earnings, financial risk, and yield to maturity bond, with bond rating acting as a moderating variable. The research focuses on banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). A Quantitative approach with a secondary data from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and Indonesian Bond Market Directory (IDMB) Purposive sampling method was applied, resulting in 102 active banking bond samples listed on the IDX during the 2020–2023 period. The hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Out of 14 proposed hypotheses, 4 were supported with statistically significant results, while the remaining 10 were not. The results show that capital has a significant effect on financial risk, while earnings significantly influence both financial risk and bond yield to maturity. Overall, this study shows that internal factors like earnings and capital have a stronger impact on a company’s risk perception and debt cost than implementation good corporate governance and macroeconomic conditions. It also highlights the important role of bond ratings in reflecting a company’s reputation and credit quality in the banking bond market.

Abstrak:
This study investigates the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), a psychological phenomenon amplified by social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, on the behavior of each individual. Focusing on the case of Agroeduwisata MarkazKomobid in Serang Regency, this study uses qualitative methods to explore how digital exposure shapes travel motivation. Referring to insights on digital culture, the psychological effects of FoMO, and social media-driven tourism strategies, this analysis reveals that online trends often serve as social benchmarks, pressuring individuals to engage in experiences that are considered popular or viral. These findings emphasize the strategic importance of social media in creating an attractive destination image and driving visitor interest, especially for active social media users.

The industrial revolution 4.0 requires elementary and secondary education institutions to improve, even evaluate the learning system of each field of study taught. Around 30% of the world's population has used social media in order to connect, seek information and learn. The same is true for the development of social studies education which continues to experience changes in materials or learning activities that are in accordance with the conditions of students and their environment. The focus of the research in this thesis is: (1) How is the formation of social behavioral character of students in social studies learning of class VIII MTs Al Ma'arif Tulungagung in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Generation Z?, (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of social behavioral character of class VIII MTs Al Ma'Arif Tulungagung students in social studies learning in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Generation Z, (3) What are the positive and negative impacts of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era on the formation of social behavioral character of class VIII MTs Al Ma'arif Tulungagung students in social studies learning in Generation Z?. This study aims to examine the formation of students' social behavior through social studies learning, as well as the factors that influence and the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era on class VIII students of MTs Al Ma'arif Tulungagung. This research approach uses a qualitative method known as an artistic method because the data produced is in the form of interpretations of data findings in the field. Furthermore, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research by collecting accurate data by going directly to the field by utilizing the method of answering and describing a phenomenon that is the focus of the research. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Social studies learning at MTs Al Ma'arif Tulungagung forms students' social behavior through the values ??of empathy, responsibility, and communication, (2) This character formation is supported by technology, the role of the family, and the school environment, but is hampered by the negative influence of social media and the tendency of Generation Z to seek instant solutions. (3) The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a positive impact on access to information and critical thinking, but also has negative impacts such as gadget dependence and cyberbullying.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, capital structure, company size on profitability and Sustainable Growth, with profitability as a mediating variable and Financial Flexibility as a moderating variable. Data is obtained from secondary sources, namely audited financial reports from heavy construction and civil engineering subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that investment decisions, capital structure, and company size have a significant effect on profitability. However, only company size has a significant effect on Sustainable Growth. Investment decisions and capital structure have no significant effect on Sustainable Growth. Profitability also has an insignificant effect on Sustainable Growth and does not mediate the relationship between variables. In addition, financial flexibility does not moderate the relationship between profitability and sustainable growth. This finding indicates that increased profitability is more influenced by investment strategy, capital structure, and firm scale, but does not necessarily translate directly into Sustainable Growth.

Abstrak:
This study aims to describe the implementation of game-based learning through the Kahoot platform as a form of learning innovation in the digital era, especially in history teaching at the Junior High School (SMP) level. In the era of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasises differentiated and participatory learning, the use of interactive digital media is a strategic solution in increasing student engagement and motivation to learn. Kahoot, as a game-based quiz platform, offers interactive features that teachers can utilise to deliver material engagingly, conduct formative evaluations, and create a fun and competitive learning environment. This study was compiled using a descriptive approach through a literature review from various scientific sources related to the use of Kahoot in learning. The results of the survey indicate that implementing Kahoot can increase students' enthusiasm, enhance their understanding of the material, and foster the development of 21st-century skills, including collaboration and digital literacy. Additionally, the technical steps for using Kahoot, including account creation, quiz design, and student participation, are explained in detail to provide educators with practical guidance. Thus, the integration of Kahoot in history learning is considered relevant and effective as part of an adaptive and meaningful digital education transformation.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of regional government information systems, human resource competence, organizational commitment, and internal control on the quality of financial reports. The study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, and data were processed using SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that human resource competence and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports. In contrast, the implementation of regional government information systems and internal control do not show a significant effect. These results indicate that improving the quality of financial reports in regional governments is more dependent on the quality of human resources and the level of organizational commitment rather than the sole reliance on information systems or internal control mechanisms. The study provides insights for policymakers to prioritize competence development and foster a culture of organizational accountability to enhance financial reporting outcomes.

This qualitative study analyzes the role of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in regenerative soil management practices, focusing on global best practices that can be replicated in Indonesia. As a vital resource, soil plays a crucial role in supporting agricultural productivity and food security, yet it faces significant threats from degradation due to unsustainable agricultural practices and chemical overuse. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating IoT technology to monitor and manage soil conditions in real-time, enhancing decision-making for sustainable agriculture. Key questions addressed include how IoT supports regenerative practices, examples of successful global implementations, and the effectiveness of IoT in improving soil quality and organic carbon content. Findings highlight that IoT can significantly enhance soil health by enabling precise monitoring of key parameters such as moisture, pH, and temperature, thereby facilitating timely interventions. The research also explores the challenges and opportunities associated with IoT adoption in regenerative agriculture, particularly in developing countries. Ultimately, the integration of IoT in regenerative soil management presents a promising pathway to achieving sustainable agricultural practices that meet the growing global food demands while restoring ecosystem health.
