This research aims to analyze Working Capital Management and Leverage on Profitability Through Good Corporate Governance (Empirical Study of Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020 – 2022 Period. The research population is all listed Consumer Cyclicals sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2020 - 2022 with a total of 139 companies, the sample that has been determined in this research is 31 companies using non-probability sampling techniques with the Purposive Sampling method. Data analysis in this research uses the SmartPLS program. Hypothesis testing using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of the analysis and discussion of Working Capital Management have an effect on Profitability, Leverage has no effect on Profitability, Good Corporate Governance has an effect on Profitability, indirectly  Working Capital Management has no effect on Profitability through Good Corporate Governance, and indirectly h Leverage has no effect on Profitability through Good Corporate Governance in Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020 – 2022 Period.
 
 

This article is to test the effectiveness of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Administering Bodies in PT Companies. LM and sanctions given to companies if they do not carry out the mandate of the Manpower Law. This research method uses an empirical method, namely a process that aims to interpret research data. The results of this research are that the implementation of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS related to employment in furniture companies has not been effective. Sanctions imposed on companies that do not carry out the statutory mandate to provide their employees with social security are sanctions in the form of written warnings and fines. 

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase every year. If the rate of population growth in Indonesia is currently stagnant. It is estimated that Indonesia's population will double every 5 years. The increase in population has an impact on issues of food security, meeting energy needs, environmental control, and the low level of Indonesia's Human Development Index (HDI). Meanwhile, in the health sector, the increase in population also has an impact on the high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and the use of injectable contraceptives for 1 month at the Lahusa South Nias Community Health Center in 2023.The type of research carried out was Descriptive Analytical with a cross sectional approach, the sample in the study was 43 people using a Random Sampling System. The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi square The results of the cross-tabulation research showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was good in using contraceptives as many as 12 people (92.3%) with Chi-Square showing a p value of 0.000. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge and the use of injectable contraceptives for 1 month at the Lahusa Health Center, South Nias in 2023. The conclusion is that it is hoped that providing a 1-month injectable contraceptive will make it easier and reduce the costs of carrying out contraception at the Lahusa South Nias Community Health Center in 2023.

This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing QR-Code-based catalogs, especially in the plant group of the Euphorbiaceae family. This research was an RD development research with the ADDIE method. This research included the analysis stage to assess the needs of the P-WEC conservation area, followed by the design stage to design a QR-Code-based catalog, then the development stage to create products in the form of QR-Code-based catalogs, especially for the plant group of the Euphorbiaceae family continued with validation by media experts and material experts and ended with the implementation phase in the form of a trial of catalog assessment by 20 visitors to the P-WEC conservation area. The results showed that based on the results of validation by media experts, they scored 4.17 and based on validation by material experts, they scored 3.95 with each having a decent category, then the trial results got a value of 4.16 with a decent category. QR-Code-based catalog development can be used because it has benefits in the form of efficiency because it prevents visitors from wasting time on search engines and being exposed to irrelevant information, this catalog can be accessed by mobile devices independently by visitors using a scanner application on Android to find out the variety and benefits of the Euphorbiaceae plant group.

Introduction: Religious moderation is launched because it concerns the order of life of the nation and state, where the internet and social media become a platform for any dynamic public discussion and change perspectives and practices in religious harmony. This study examines access to information about religious moderation through the internet and social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Line) as the most widely used platforms in Indonesia and the influence of exposure to its content on understanding and the system of relational interaction among university students.Methods: Explanatory quantitative survey method with factor and regression analysis to explain the dominant factors and the magnitude of the influence of exposure to religious moderation content on students' understanding and interpersonal relationships.Findings: That student quite often access information about religious moderation on social media through WhatsApp and Instagram. Issues related to national commitment, tolerance, intolerance, violence, radicalism, government attitudes, regulations and their consequences, correlate with the dogmatism factor. The findings show that it is not easy to change one's religious beliefs, and this should be respected. So what remains is to find common ground and give a positive impression so that social interactions continue to run normally.Originality: The research presents a novelty in the perspective of communication science on the understanding of religious moderation and its correlation with the interpersonal interaction system in students from non-religious campuses. Where previously religious moderation was widely studied in the perspective of language, civilization, humanity, culture, education and with subjects from religious campuses, especially Islam.

Vocational training in Indonesia is organised based on cooperation or mutual agreement between educational institutions and companies. This research highlights the unavailability of legal regulations that specifically protect vocational trainees. The lack of specific regulations causes the implementation of existing labour regulations to be limited to companies where vocational training is held. Through this normative jurisprudence research, it can be seen that the vacuum legis condition, namely the existence of a vacuum of specific legal rules, has begun to have a solution. The Indonesian government has actually started to improve the quality of human resources through vocational education and training by making three new regulations related to vocational training. There are three new regulations that have been issued, namely: Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2033 concerning Revitalisation of Vocational Education and Vocational Training issued on 27 April 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 5 of 2022 governing the Organisation and Working Procedures of the National Coordination Team for Revitalising Vocational Education and Vocational Training, promulgated on 14 September 2022. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Regulation No. 6 of 2022 on the National Strategy for Vocational Education and Vocational Training, also promulgated on 14 September 2022. It is expected that these regulations can be implemented to protect the individual rights of prospective workers in vocational training in Indonesia.

Philosophy plays an important role in shaping meaningful educational systems. Many schools develop curricula without considering philosophy, resulting in meaningless learning for students. This research aims to explain the application of the philosophy of Tut Wuri Handayani in the curriculum of MTs Al-Mardliyyah Pamekasan using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then processed through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The implementation of the Tut Wuri Handayani philosophy includes honesty, fairness, good moral character, and motivation for students to learn well. Challenges such as laziness, shyness, and pessimism are addressed with strategies of awareness, understanding, and changing students' mindset. The impact is that students develop into better individuals morally, caring for their peers and the environment, and forming productive and adaptive learning processes. In conclusion, the implementation of the philosophy has been successful with positive effects on schools, teachers, and students. This research contributes as a reference for schools to apply philosophical aspects in education and learning.

Long-acting contraception is one effective method of family planning. However, sufficient knowledge about long-acting contraception is still low among birth control acceptors in the North Bogor Region. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of the use of booklet and audio-visual media on the knowledge of birth control acceptors regarding long-term contraception in the region. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the use of booklet and audio-visual media can increase the knowledge of family planning acceptors about long-term contraception in the North Bogor Region. This study used a pseudo-experimental design with a control group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 100 KB acceptors selected by purposive sampling and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that received intervention using booklet and audio-visual media, and the control group that did not receive the intervention. The study data were collected through knowledge questionnaires before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed using independent t-test and t-paired test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in knowledge of birth control acceptors after receiving interventions using booklet and audio-visual media. The experimental group showed a higher increase in knowledge compared to the control group, in the treatment group with audiovisual media the increase in knowledge was better when compared to the health education control group with Booklet media The average level of knowledge of the control group before being given treatment was 12.5 After being given treatment the average score of the control group rose to 13.4. While the average Audio visual group average score was 13.25. After being treated, the average score increased by 14.6. The t-test result shows a p value (0.000<0.05). The use of booklet and audio-visual media is effective in increasing the knowledge of birth control acceptors about long-acting contraception.

Environmental issues and a lack of attention to open space as rainwater catchment areas cause flooding problems in urban areas. Constructing environmentally friendly roads with permeable capabilities is one way to prevent waterlogging along the road in the rainy season. This study evaluated the type of porous asphalt concrete called Open Graded Friction Course specification Japanese standard. This study modified porous asphalt concrete using bamboo fiber and hydrated lime. Stability testing is conducted by the Marshall method, and the volumetric mixture is analyzed. Stability testing is carried out by the Marshall method and analysis of the volumetry of the mixture is carried out. The results showed that adding bamboo fiber and hydrated lime increased stability and maintained the porosity of the porous asphalt concrete.

Speech acts in pragmatic science are divided into several types, one of which is representative speech acts. Speech acts that bind the speaker to the truth of what he says are representative speech acts. Speeches that include speech acts can be found in learning videos. Based on this, this study analyzes the representative speech acts contained in the learning video. The data used in the research is in the form of learning videos in the "Summary of Indonesian Language Materials Class 7 K-13" playlist on the Youtube channel "Edukasi Portal". This study aims to provide exposure and describe various representative speech acts contained in the data source. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. It was found in Chapter 1 ''Description Text'' material, 1 0 data were produced, 1 2 data was found in Chapter 2 ''National Text'', 9 representative speech data were found in Chapter 3 ''Procedural Text'' , and 12 speech data were found. on the material of Chapter 4 ''Text of Observation Results'' and as many as 12 data on the material of Chapter 5 ''People's Poetry''. This research is useful for readers in facilitating understanding of representative speech acts. With the analysis of representative speech acts, it is hoped that readers can fully understand and comprehend representative speech acts.
