The implementation of teaching and learning activities in Indonesia is guided by the Curriculum. The curriculum is developed and refined in line with the rapid development of science and technology and the evolution of society. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, major changes have occurred in the world of education, especially in Indonesia, with a shift from direct learning in classrooms to distance education based on digital technology. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area. Through this approach, it is hoped to obtain a clearer picture of the effectiveness of the curriculum in improving the quality of education as well as identifying obstacles and opportunities that arise in its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area. Research conducted by researchers at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area, it can be seen that they always regularly attend training from both the principal and teachers and to strengthen teachers' understanding of the Independent Learning Curriculum, teachers always hold monthly meetings with the Teacher Working Group (KKG) to resolve various problems related to the Independent Learning Curriculum. as well as to increase teacher competence in the process of teaching and learning activities.

The formulation of the problem in this research is, do Word of Mouth and Brand Image influence the decision to purchase Mie Gacoan at the Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch? What is the influence of Word of Mouth and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for the Diponegoro branch of Mie Gacoan which is studied from an Islamic business perspective. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Word of Mouth and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan at the Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch. And also viewed from an Islamic business perspective. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this research is consumers of Mie Gacoan, Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch. The sample used in this research was 96 people who had bought Mie Gacoan at the Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch. Sampling used purposive sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM model using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this research are that Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan at the Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch. Brand Image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan at the Diponegoro Bandar Lampung branch. Islamic teachings do not prohibit humans from fulfilling their needs or desires, as long as with this fulfillment, human dignity can increase. Everything on this earth was created for the benefit of humans, but humans are commanded to consume goods/services that are halal and appropriate in moderation, not excessively. Fulfilling needs or desires is still permitted as long as it can add to the benefit or does not bring harm.

The results of this activity can show that the role of MSIB 6 students as Companion of Population Administration Services has a significant influence in increasing public awareness of the importance of population administration in today's masses. Patriarchy is a social system that considers men as the main authority which influences the views and treatment of women in various aspects, including education and the distribution of domestic roles. Women are often thought to not need higher education or work, being assigned more to housework, while men are prioritized in education and decision making. To overcome gender inequality in the family, contextual theological efforts are needed by applying religious and moral values ??that teach equality, justice and compassion. With religious teachings that emphasize mutual love and respect, families can create a more just and harmonious environment, where roles and responsibilities are divided based on ability, not gender. This approach aims to support equality and justice in the family, so that religious teachings can become an inspiration for positive social change, including overcoming gender inequality.

A person or legal entity that acquires rights to land must register their land ownership. However, land ownership can also lead to disputes, such as the dispute over former eigendom verponding land numbers 3740, 3741, and 3742 in Dago Elos. The Defendants have occupied the land for years without issues, and some have certificates of land ownership or building rights. In the verdict of Judicial Review Case Number 109 PK/Pdt/2022, the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land were deemed illegal. Therefore, the author is interested in analyzing whether the Defendants' actions meet the elements of illegal actions according to Article 1365 of the Civil Code and related regulations, and to what extent the Defendants are protected by the verdict. The research was conducted using a normative juridical method, with literature review generating descriptive notes and data, and utilizing a statutory approach. The results show that the Defendants' actions in occupying the disputed land do not constitute illegal actions under Article 1365 of the Civil Code due to the lack of elements. No legal protection can be provided because the verdict is final. The judge did not provide legal reasoning based on the juridical alignment between legal facts, evidence, and the legal basis of statutory regulations.

For the public, electronic newspapers are an important medium because they contain a lot of information. However, as wise citizens, we must also ensure the clarity or truth of the information contained in electronic newspapers. In this case, the method or method used is to collect data and analyze errors in the electronic newspapers studied. The results of this research are to discuss errors such as grammar, unclear sentences, and errors in the contents of the newspapers analyzed. Therefore, this research functions as a provider of new insights for newspaper writers in order to improve the quality of the writer's writing and the quality of the language, especially in the April 2024 edition of the electronic newspaper "Sinar Indonesia Baru".

This study builds a conceptual model from an Islamic point of view: the value of maslahah in all cases provides benefits or goodness from radical innovation. Maslahah means the good rewards promised by God in this world and the hereafter, thus maslahah implies the benefits of this world and the hereafter, which encourages people to always think and produce new things that are beneficial.

In the rapidly developing digital era, social media such as Twitter has become part of everyday life and facilitates the rapid dissemination of information, including information about criminals. This research aims to analyze public sentiment towards information about criminals spread on Twitter using the Naive Bayes algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because of its simplicity and effectiveness in text classification. Data was collected through a crawling process from Twitter, followed by a preprocessing stage to remove noise. The research results show that public sentiment towards information about criminals on Twitter is divided into three categories: positive, neutral and negative. After classification, it was found that neutral sentiment increased significantly to 63.4%, while positive and negative sentiment decreased to 10.5% and 26.1%. These findings indicate that people tend to be more careful in reacting to sensitive information. This research provides important insights for related parties in managing information about criminals on social media and can be a reference for developing further policies and strategies.
