The purpose of this research is to ascertain the significance of the Kombuik Dance Movement in Gunung Sahilan Village, Kampar Kiri Regency's Gunung Sahilan District. The study comes to the conclusion that each of the nine movement kinds has a distinct significance. In addition to the message conveyed by this movement, the dance's main goal is to express gratitude to Allah SWT, who has provided the local community with an abundance of sustenance through the rice harvest. It also aims to demonstrate to the larger public how the local community expresses gratitude for the gifts and sustenance they have received. This dance is often done in the village of Gunung Sahilan's major festivals. For instance, the Ka Gun holiday is usually observed on the second of Syawal, which is Eid al-Fitr..        

The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of celebrity endorsers, Brandequity and customer bondingon Tokopedia customer loyalty. In this research, the population consists of people who have used Tokopedia as a place to shop online at least twice, and the sampel was taken from 150 respondents using non-probability sampling methods, especially purposive. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. Tokopedia must concentrate on customer loyalty to build Brandequity by considering Brandequity and existing customer connections. The results found that celebrity endorsers had no significant effect on Tokopedia customer loyalty. However, the Brandequity variable has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia customer loyalty. Customer bonding also has a positive and significant effect on Tokopedia customer loyalty.

The tourism industry plays an important role in economic growth, both at the international and national levels. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global crisis that has hit the tourism sector around the world, including Indonesia. Restrictions on movement and mobility of people between regions, health concerns, and uncertainty have led to a drastic decline in tourism activity and the tourism sector has seen a significant drop in revenue. This has had a social impact, with many workers in the tourism sector losing their jobs or experiencing significant pay cuts. To recover the tourism sector, business innovation in the tourism sector can be done, including in terms of marketing and finding new markets. The government and tourism industry players work together to develop policies and strategies for sustainable tourism growth. This article discusses business innovation in tourism in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially regarding improving the attractiveness and experience of tourist visitors, as well as operational efficiency while supporting nature and animal conservation efforts at Taman Safari Indonesia in Bogor. The method used in this article is a literature study using qualitative data. The data used comes from journals, scientific papers, and news from several online news sources that have been published in advance, which represent several cases and situations of the tourism industry in Indonesia before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this research are several innovations including improving Virtual Experiences, developing Digital Applications and Platforms, Using "Contactless" Technology, focusing on natural attractions that encourage tourist interest and visits. These innovations can help tourism businesses in Indonesia overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the number of tourist visits and tourism revenue. In addition, these business innovations can also help overcome the negative impacts and support the recovery of the tourism sector in Indonesia.

Justice collaborators have an important role because they have a key role in uncovering criminal acts that are difficult to uncover, providing information to law enforcement officials and provide witness statements in the judicial process. One case of a justice collaborator is in decision number 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel, in that decision RE was designated as a justice collaborator and the defendant was declared legally proven to have committed a criminal act of participating in premeditated murder. A person who becomes a justice collaborator has the right to receive legal protection. The focus of the problem in this research is how justice collaborators are regulated in the criminal justice system in Indonesia and what is the legal protection for justice collaborators in decision number 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel. The aim of this research is to analyze the regulation of justice collaborators in the criminal justice system in Indonesia and analyze the legal protection for justice collaborators in decision number 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel. The type of research used is normative juridical research using a case approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive and data collection methods using library research. Next, the data was analyzed qualitatively. The regulation of justice collaborators in the criminal justice system in Indonesia has been regulated in the ratification of laws originating from international documents and national laws which provide regulations regarding the existence of justice collaborators. RE defendants receive a form of legal protection in the form of physical and psychological protection, special treatment in the form of separate places of detention, separate filings, giving testimony in front of the trial without dealing directly with other defendants, while awards are given in the form of reduced sentences, conditional release, and additional remissions. AbstrakJuctice collaborator memiliki peranan yang penting karena mempunyai peran kunci dalam mengungkap suatu tindak pidana yang sulit untuk diungkap, memberikan informasi kepada aparat penegak hukum dan memberikan keterangan saksi di dalam proses peradilan. Salah satu kasus adanya justice collaborator yaitu dalam putusan nomor 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel, dalam putusan tersebut RE ditetapkan sebagai jusctice collaborator dan terdakwa dinyatakan terbukti secara sah melakukan tindak pidana turut serta melakukan pembunuhan berencana. Seseorang yang menjadi justice collaborator berhak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum. Fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaturan justice collaborator dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi justice collaborator dalam putusan nomor 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaturan justice collaborator dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi justice collaborator dalam putusan nomor 789/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt Sel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kasus. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif analitis dan metode pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan kualitatif. Pengaturan justice collaborator dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia telah diatur dalam ratifikasi undang-undang yang berasal dari dokumen internasional dan undang-undang nasional yang memberikan pengaturan terkait keberadaan justice collaborator. Terdakwa RE mendapatkan bentuk perlindungan hukum berupa perlindungan fisik dan psikis, penanganan secara khusus berupa pemisahan tempat penahanan, pemisahan pemberkasan, memberikan kesaksian di depan persidangan tanpa berhadapan langsung dengan terdakwa lain, sedangkan pemberian penghargaan berupa keringanan penjatuhan pidana, pembebasan bersyarat, remisi tambahan.

This article discusses the importance of reaching mutually beneficial solutions in international conflicts, focusing on negotiation and mediation as key elements. Negotiation allows both parties to resolve each other's differences, while mediation facilitates dialogue and promotes compromise. This research uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and case approach to analyze relevant laws and regulations related to the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime boundary, using the technique of collecting legal materials for literature studies. These disputes also impact social, political, economic, and environmental life, and both countries must accept the consequences of the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime dispute, such as dispute resolution costs, potential conflicts, and environmental impacts. The results of this study show that negotiations aim to achieve mutually beneficial solutions by providing a forum for communication, identifying common interests, constructive negotiations, and dialogue with regional, national, or international organizations such as the United Nations. Meanwhile, mediation plays an important role in reaching mutually beneficial solutions, assisting effective communication, information and education, claims actions, compromises, facilitating the negotiation process, and reaching mutual agreements.

Participants were elementary school age children in the Lampu Satu Indah housing complex in Merauke. The method uses lectures and practice. The socialization activities were carried out well, the participants were very enthusiastic. After participating in the socialization activities, participants gained new experiences and new knowledge.

The TNI Commander issued a decree on this matter based on acts of terror and violations of human rights committed by the group in the Papua region, which have threatened national security. One of the principles of the rule of law owned by the State of Indonesia is the guarantee of human rights by law. The Indonesian government wants to resolve this conflict not only through a military approach, but also with economic, educational, health, and political approaches. The name change has raised public concerns about an increase in military operations that could harm civilians because there is no guarantee of protection from weapons activities that might occur. In addition, this name change is only carried out by the TNI alone and needs support from many parties.

This research aims to describe the values of struggle contained in a film and find out the implications for literature learning in junior high schools. This research focuses on the values of struggle, willingness to sacrifice, unity, respect, patience and the spirit of never giving up, and cooperation. This research uses a qualitative approach, a research approach in which data is collected in the form of words, images, and not numbers. A qualitative approach is used to describe the value of struggle in the film Pencil Bridge directed by Hasto Broto and its implications for literature learning in junior high schools. The data source for this research is the film Pencil Bridge, directed by Hasto Broto. Researchers found 53 values of struggle in the film Pencil Bridge and have outlined their implications for literature learning in junior high schools. The value of struggle that is most often found is the value of struggle of respect consisting of 16 data, followed by the value of struggle for being willing to sacrifice consisting of 14 data, and the value of struggle for patience and the spirit of never giving up consisting of 10 data, while the value of struggle that is least found is the value of the cooperative struggle consists of 8 data and the value of the united struggle is found in 5 data. The film Pencil Bridge is suitable to be used as a medium for teaching literature in junior high schools because the film Pencil Bridge, directed by Hasto Broto, contains exemplary values, especially the value of struggle.

In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, major changes have occurred in the world of education, especially in Indonesia, with a shift from direct learning in classrooms to distance education based on digital technology. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area. Through this approach, it is hoped to obtain a clearer picture of the effectiveness of the curriculum in improving the quality of education as well as identifying obstacles and opportunities that arise in its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area. Research conducted by researchers at SDN 060826 Kec. Medan Area, it can be seen that they always regularly attend training from both the principal and teachers and to strengthen teachers' understanding of the Independent Learning Curriculum, teachers always hold monthly meetings with the Teacher Working Group (KKG) to resolve various problems related to the Independent Learning Curriculum. as well as to increase teacher competence in the process of teaching and learning activities.
