The Teaching Campus Program through the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy is a strategic step for the Ministry of Education and Culture in improving the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia. Involving students directly makes a significant contribution in strengthening learning at the elementary school level, according to the needs and conditions the school is facing. With this activity, it is hoped that teachers can be motivated to create a more enjoyable learning atmosphere, especially students who are motivated to continue learning and develop their potential. The School Literacy Movement (GLS) is one of the names of the activities we provide to study literacy in children to increase interest in reading. Increasing students' literacy competency is a positive result of the implementation of the Class 6 Teaching Campus Program at SDN 027977 West Binjai. Hopefully this program will continue to provide positive benefits for education at the school, especially in grades II, IV, V and VI.

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The partial influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. Color Warni Investama with an Fcount value of 57.061 in Sig. (P) = 0.000.  or Fcount > Ftable (57.061 > 3.14); (2) To determine the influence of leadership style and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Colorful Investama; (3) The leadership style variable is the dominant variable that influences employee performance. The sample used in this research was 65 people. In this research, data analysis uses multiple linear regression statistics with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that: (1) leadership style and work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) leadership style and work environment variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 6.346 in Sig. (P) = 0.001 or tcount > ttable (6.3469>1.998); (3) that work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance; (4) The leadership style variable is the dominant variable that influences employee performance. This can be seen from the standard leadership style beta coefficient of 0.551 > the work environment beta coefficient of 0.374.

Family business, businesses owned and inherited by family members, play an importantrole in the Indonesian economy. Despite its long-term benefits and legacy potential, familybusinesses are also challenging. In carrying it out, maintaining the good name of the family,providing business knowledge to family members, and overcoming difficulties in reachingagreements are key factors. Several figures such as Moores and Barrett, Marpa, Dussault, andPoza provide different views regarding the definition of a family company. However, thepoint is that this company is family owned, involved in management, and has the potential tobe sustainable across generations. In the Indonesian context, several successful familycompanies include PT. DJARUM, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Trans Corp, Bakrie Group,and Sampoerna. Knowing the various types of promising family businesses, such asrestaurants, learning courses, plantation industries, automotive businesses, and eventorganizers, can be a guide for starting a sustainable family business.
 
 
 

This study aims to explore the effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsement on consumer buying interest in Wardah Beauty products. The research was conducted from April to June using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. Partial test results show that social media marketing (X1) has a significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y), with a calculated T value of 4.092> 1.661 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsement (X2) has no significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), with a T value of 1.469 < 1.666 and a significance of 0.145 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect of social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) has been tested using the F test, which shows a significant effect with an F value of 12.771> F table 3.090 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) together have a positive influence on consumer buying interest (Y) in Wardah Beauty products.

Responding to the problem of low critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya, this research aims to determine the direct influence of learning independence and self-confidence on critical thinking skills, the indirect effect of learning independence and learning self-confidence on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research and uses saturated sampling techniques. The population of this research includes all students in classes X and XI concentrating on Office Management skills at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya with a total sample of 175 students. The questionnaire data collection technique was analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that independent learning has a direct positive and significant effect on critical thinking skills. Self-confidence also has a direct positive and significant influence on critical thinking abilities.

The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis for further development. The results of this literature review article are: First, educational personnel influence Islamic education management, second, educational management influences Islamic education management, and third, the education system influences Islamic education management.

Important conceptual activities are carried out to deal with the environmental crisis by preserving the environment through reforestation. The condition of developing areas and the changing function of space for development requires the concept of greening. Humans are one of the determining factors for efforts to preserve the environment while having the role and responsibility of empowering environmental wealth for the survival of the ecosystem. The purpose of this community service activity is to revive natural aesthetics, trees as air fresheners, and flood mitigation. Community service with greening efforts to preserve the environment uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method as a basis. The results obtained include the creation of a fresh, healthy, and cool atmosphere, nature becomes maintained and clean, and the addition of new knowledge to do reforestation through planting tree seedlings.

Kemiskinan, perceraian, dan permasalahan lain dalam keluarga yang ada di Indonesia membuat mereka memiliki kesulitan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan anak remaja, yang menyebabkan terdapat remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Situasi baru yang tidak dikenali, maupun perubahan kebiasaan, merupakan hal yang ditimbulkan dari pemisahan anak dari keluarganya. Kurangnya perhatian yang berkualitas yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya remaja yang berada di panti asuhan dengan pengasuh yang sedikit mengakibatkan remaja mengalami tekanan psikologis yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan remaja yang tidak tinggal di panti asuhan. Untuk tetap berjuang dalam tekanan tersebut, remaja perlu memiliki resiliensi dalam menjalani hubungan dengan pengasuh maupun teman sebaya dalam kesehariannya. Selain itu, remaja juga perlu memiliki penerimaan diri dalam menjalani kehidupannya sehari-hari, karena penerimaan diri juga mampu membantu remaja untuk menerima kekuatan dan kelemahannya, dan orang lain. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerimaan diri dengan resiliensi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan Woro Wiloso Salatiga. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi pearson. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 partisipan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala (kuesioner) penerimaan diri dan resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penerimaan diri dan resiliensi pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan (rhitung = 0,282 dengan sig. = 0,055). Hasil penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa kemampuan untuk mengatasi situasi yang sulit dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan diri.

BONA GLOVES produces PU Gloves, Knit Gloves, Rubber / latex gloves, Nitrile Gloves, PVC Gloves, Cotton Fabric Gloves, Nylon Fabric Gloves, Aprons and masks. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchase satisfaction of PT BONA MESTY GEMILANG gloves on Jl. Villa Mutiara Cikarang No.1 Blok G5 19, Ciantra, South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17530. This research method is a quantitative method with data collection techniques based on a questionnaire of 100 people. In determining the sample, the researcher used a nonprobability sampling method and the data collection technique was measured using a Likert Scale from primary and secondary data sources. After the data is collected, the analysis method used by the research is Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, the bona gloves variable had a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. The quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction. The production quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.
