Implementation of E-Government can improve the quality of public services through the use of information and communication technology in the government administration process. The Sidoarjo Regency Tax Services Agency also takes advantage of technological developments by issuing the Sidoarjo Regional PDS-Tax Application. The PDS Application System has been implemented at BPPD to improve services in tax activities. The success of implementation can be seen from the positive response given by Taxpayers. Although there are still obstacles faced in implementing the PDS application, such as not everyone being technologically literate. These obstacles are not a serious problem, because BPPD Sidoarjo Regency carries out outreach at all times, both directly and indirectly. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation put forward by Merilee S. Grindle. The method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is through field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the PDS Application Policy is going well, this is made clear by the implementation being right on target, the socialization carried out is going well as seen from Taxpayers who already know and use the PDS Application in carrying out tax activities.
 

Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo menyadari akan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tetapi semua guru di sekolah tersebut belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajara. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan Moodle untuk guru-guru di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo. Kegiatan ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan guru-guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Moodle. Dengan demikian, maka akan tercipta pembelajaran uang menarik dan inovatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo yang terdiri dari 20 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialiasi dan peatihan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar. Semua guru antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini. Respon guru pada kegiatan ini juga baik.

This research discusses the role of information technology in implementing the Islamic Education curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sangata Utara. In researchusing qualitative methods,this method uses the results of uinterviews and direct observation questions and answers with informants,principals and PAI teachers to find out the role of information technology in implementing the PAI curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sangata Utara secondly,what are the information technologies in implementing the curriculum is a student learning design in information technology learning,the use of learning resources such as educational videos,interactive simulations and other online resources to enrich the learning experience with a deep understanding of Islamic concepts. Information technology in implementation at SMAN 1 Sangata Utara has applied learning using technology, for example the technology used is the use of PowerPoint and the use of the Canva application. The role of information technology in implementing the Pai program includes information technology as a tool to support the implementation of Islamic religious education.

This research discusses educational psychology which has a significant contribution in increasing the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. By understanding the learning and teaching process as well as individual student needs. This research uses a literature review method (library research), where the discussion in this research is based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on psychology and the learning process. The results show that educational psychology is very important in learning Arabic, as in learning other languages. The following are several reasons why educational psychology is important in this context, including (1) Understanding the Learning Process, (2) Student Motivation and Engagement, (3) Effective Classroom Management, (4) Assessment and Feedback, and (5) Needs Special for Students. By utilizing these educational psychology concepts, Arabic teachers can create a supportive, motivating, and effective learning environment for all their students.
 
 

This study aims to re-examine the information that has existed in previous studies by proving that Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility have a significant influence on firm value. In this study using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a total of 41 previous journals have been taken from several websites such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Garuda Rujukan Digital, and Connected Papers. The number of previous journal publications on GCG and CSR is still fluctuating from 2020 - 2024. This research technique predominantly uses quantitative types. In collecting these research data, instruments that are widely used are mainly documentation techniques.

Fine motor skills are movements carried out by the fingers with a central nervous cell arrangement that regulates the use of small muscle groups such as the fingers and hands, and often require precision and coordination with the hands. One type of game that can optimize children's fine motor development is puzzle games. Puzzles are a type of game that improves thinking skills, makes it easier to remember and understand concepts, and increases creativity. Puzzle games are simple games that are played in pairs and require precision because children are trained to focus their minds so they can concentrate. The aim of this activity is to improve fine motor development in children through puzzle play therapy. It was found that respondents were very enthusiastic about carrying out play therapy. The conclusion from this activity is that fine motor development in children can be trained using puzzle play therapy.

The purpose of the article writing program and publication strategy for PPKn high school teachers in the city of Surabaya is to support Surabaya teachers who do not understand article writing. This program aims to increase knowledge and improve the quality of writing for PPKn teachers, as well as support the process of applying for promotion. This training uses methods, including lectures, discussions, and simulations. The subjects of the training were 29 PPKn high school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this training is to motivate teachers to be more motivated in writing scientific articles and understanding how to publish. In addition, teachers will gain skills in writing articles and understanding the publishing process so as to improve their professionalism.

This study aims to determine the effect of business capital, business location, information technology, and length of business on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Boyolali Regency. This study used a quantitative type of research. The data in this study is primary data. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in Boyolali Regency. The population in this study is MSME actors in 22 sub-districts in Boyolali Regency. The number of samples was calculated using the slovin formula with the results of 100 respondents. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS with data analysis methods, descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests consisting of validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests used are normality tests, multicollinearity tests and auto correlation tests. The feasibility test of the model used is the F test. While the hypothesis test used is a multiple linear regression test, t test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that the independent variables of business capital, business location, information technology and length of business each partially had a positive and significant influence on the income of MSMEs in Boyolali Regency.
