This research aims to determine the effect of TPAK and inflation on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2013 - 2022. The object of this research is TPAK and inflation as well as economic growth in Jambi Province. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive quantitative and the analytical tools used in this research are hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, R square coefficient of determination test, all data is processed using SPSS. The results of this research reveal the R-square value or coefficient of determination 0.247, which means that the influence of TPAK and inflation in Jambi Province can have an ability of 24.7% in explaining economic growth in Jambi Province, while (100% - 24.7% = 75.3%) is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. The significant test carried out on the TPAK (X1) table is seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was -0.205 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table ( -0.205 < 2.365) with a probability sig value of 0.843 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that TPAK has no influence and is not significant on economic growth in Jambi Province. The significant test carried out on the Inflation variable (X2) can be seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was 927 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table (927 < 2.365) with a probability value of Sig 0.385 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that inflation has no influence and is not significant on economic growth (Y) in Jambi Province.

The purpose of this study is to find out the inheritance status of children outside of marriage and the division of inherits based on MK decision No. 46/PUU-VIII-2010. The results of the study show that because the out-of-marriage child and his biological father have a blood relationship, the Constitutional Court's ruling can be regarded as reinforcing the status of the off-marital child to acquire the right of inheritance from his biologic father. MK Decision No. 46/Law-VIII-2010 only deals with civil relations and does not regulate the inheritance. Therefore, the decision does not specify how much inheritance children can acquire outside of marriage.

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo. This study uses the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model in the mathematics subject of fraction multiplication material. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) uses the Kemmis and Taggart model. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques through evaluation tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) students become more active in learning activities. (2) there was an increase in math learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes during the pre-cycle was 5 students or 25% of 20 students, then cycle I there were 10 students or 50%, and in cycle II there were 16 students or 80% who reached KKTP ?70.

Concentration of learning in children is how children focus on doing or doing something until the job is done in a certain time. In some 6th grade children at Eben Haezer Family Elementary School have difficulty concentrating which causes a decrease in learning achievement due to the fact that children often play gadgets, experience low thinking levels such as memory disorders, and children have a history of illness since childhood so that teachers who also complain and are confused in improving and overcoming children who have difficulty concentrating when learning takes place. Brain gym is a collection of simple movements that aim to connect or unite the mind and body so that not only will facilitate the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain, but also movements that can stimulate the work and functioning of the brain optimally. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Brain Gym on the level of learning concentration in students at SDS Eben Haezer Family. This study is a quantitative research pre-Experimental approach one group pre-post test with a sample of 21 respondents with a total sampling technique. Analysis of the data in this study using the Wilcoxon test with the analysis test obtained the value of p value =0.000 (p<0.05) so that the conclusion of this study there is the influence of Brain Gym on the level of concentration of learning in students at SDS Eben Haezer Family.
 
 

This research aims to analyze how the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies influence the formation of children's character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation of five women who work as night butterflies and their five children aged between 5 until 10 years old. The results of the research show that the reproductive role of women who work as night butterflies tend to be less involved in the development of their children. They often focus more on their work and have less time to accompany their children. Meanwhile, socialization carried out by women who work as night butterflies tends to have a negative influence on children's character. Children of night butterfly women often experience emotional instability and lack of adequate attention from their parents. Thus, the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies can have a negative impact on the formation of children's character. Therefore, greater efforts are needed from the government and society to provide support and protection to women in the night butterfly profession so that they can provide adequate attention to their children and help in forming their character.

This study aims to determine the values contained in the Rewang (kojo samo) tradition in the community of Delik Village, Pelalawan District, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. This research uses the theory of Uu Hamidy (2014: 49). The method used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of 1 Batin Dolik (Delik Village tribal leader), 1 Delik Village customary leader, 2 Rewang members (kojo samo). The results of this study conclude that the Rewang Tradition (kojo samo) is a hereditary tradition that is preserved and considered important by the Delik Village Community because of cooperation and can help ease the burden in a celebration event activity, namely marriage. Rewang (kojo samo) tradition contains educational value, religious value, social value and tradition value. The value of education in the rewang tradition is to receive teachings that the community or the younger generation does not know in cooking. The religious value of the rewang tradition is eating together and praying (thanksgiving) for the smooth running of the wedding tomorrow. The social value of the rewang tradition is the existence of mutual help, and cooperation between the community and other communities. The value of tradition in the rewang tradition (kojo samo) is that it has become a community habit that the elders used to do until now.
               
 

The use of E-Commerce platforms has a significant impact on students' shopping patterns and consumption behavior. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce and its impact on students' consumptive behavior from the perspective of consumption theory and modernization theory. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with sources collected through literature studies, data analysis, validity of analysis with data triangulation techniques. The results show that factors such as ease of use, price, product quality, availability of goods, emotional benefits, and tangible evidence influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce. The impact is a significant change in students' consumption patterns, which includes satisfaction with purchases, ease of product access, but also uncertainty about future needs and changes in shopping priorities. The implication is the importance of financial awareness and wise financial management skills for university students in dealing with the use of E-Commerce to minimize the negative impacts and maximize the benefits in improving their quality of life.
 
 

The research issues include the performance of three-phase induction motors and the impact of load on three-phase induction motors. This study aims to develop a driving system for empty fruit bunches (EFB) processing machines using induction motors at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng in South Sumatra, from May to June 2024. Primary data in this research were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data were gathered from document analysis. In the context of this research on three-phase induction motors, document analysis techniques can be used to analyze various documents such as scientific literature, technical specifications, maintenance reports, production records, or other documents related to induction motors. The research methods include system requirements analysis, system design and implementation of the driving system, and performance testing of the developed system. The results show that the use of induction motors can provide better operational efficiency in EFB processing. This research is expected to contribute positively to improving the efficiency and productivity of PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng's operations.

The study focuses on the construction conflict of the Bendungan Bener in Desa Wadas. The aim of the study is to provide an overview of the Desa Wadas community as well as to analyze the conflict taking place using conflict theory by Ralf Dahrendorf. This research is carried out using a qualitative approach that aims to provide a description of the theoretical analysis of a phenomenon in a holistic and in-depth manner. Research data is obtained using documentation study techniques and library studies supported by relevant sources. Based on the analysis of Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory, the results of this study explain that the Bendungan Bener construction conflict is an inter-class conflict in which the society as an impotent group is harmed and the government as a powerful group has hidden interests. This research can have implications both internally and externally. Internally, this research can be research material for researchers in analyzing inter-class conflict in society. Externally, it can be a reference for relevant parties who have the same subject of research.

This research aims to determine PT Textile Boyolali work effectiveness: analysis of work environment, organizational culture and motivation. The variables used in this research are work environment and organizational culture as independent variables, work effectiveness as the dependent variable and motivation as the intervening variable. The data used in this research is primary data with the data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research uses smart (PLS) Partial Least Square. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation.
