<p>Era digitalisasi perkembangan marketplace sebagai E-Commerce menjadi platform utama bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

Pada era berkembangnya teknologi di era digital masyarakat menjadi mudah dalam mendapatkan berbagai informasi melalui media sosial. Bagi masyarakat media sosial adalah sarana yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi yang sedang ramai diperbincangkan. Dengan munculnya media sosial instagram di lingkungan masyarakat, suatu kegiatan menjadi lebih fleksibel dan praktis terutama dalam aksi bertukar informasi. Instagram juga digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi, salah satunya adalah BMKG Maritim Semarang. BMKG merupakan lembaga pemerintah sebagai wadah informasi seputar bencana alam serta upaya mitigasi bencana alam. Pemasalahan mitra adalah tidak semua nelayan dapat menggunakan Instagram secara maksimal.Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial instagram oleh BMKG sebagai bentuk mitigasi bencana di lingkungan nelayan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada nelayan yang memiliki akun instagram @BMKG Maritim Semarang, mengenai bencana guna mengedukasi masyarakat akan pentingnya kesadaran terhadap wilayah yang rawan akan terjadinya suatu bencana. Hasilnya pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan instagram paling tepat dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai bencana alam adalah akun @BMKG Maritim Semarang. Dengan adanya informasi dari BMKG masyarakat dapat mengetahui kabar seputar bencana alam serta edukasi cara mitigasi bencana alam yang diberikan melalui akun tersebut.

Pregnant will experience an increase in blood volume and this causes iron requirements to increase. Iron needs can be met by food consumed daily with the addition of iron supplements and if iron needs are not met it can cause anemia. Anemia in pregnant can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child death, and infectious diseases. Anemia can affect the growth and development of the fetus or baby during pregnancy or after. The government's efforts to prevent anemia include improving the quality of health services, financing health insurance, providing 90 blood supplement tablets during pregnancy, and health education about nutrition and preventing anemia. Increasing knowledge is urgently needed to strengthen awareness in increasing knowledge and behavior in preventing anemia in pregnant. One of the efforts made is health education activities regarding the prevention and early detection of anemia in pregnant. The result of this community service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge about anemia in pregnant before and after being given health education

<p>Lulusan SMK sudah dibekali dengan <em>skill</em> yang cukup mumpuni sesuai dengan bidang kejuruannya namun semakin banyaknya lulusan SMK menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam dunia kerja. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak siswa lulusan SMK yang mengalami keresahan dalam menentukan jenjang karir yang akan ditempuh ketika lulus, diantaranya ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia kerja, persyaratan maupun seleksi serta kemajuan teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bimbingan karir dan motivasi lulusan SMK untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia kerja. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan pendampingan. Adapun hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa penyuluhan dan pendampingan yang disertai dengan diskusi terhadap siswa-siswi di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang berdampak positif terhadap motivasi lulusan SMK dalam dunia kerja melalui bimbingan karir.</p>

Statistics is the basis for studying other subjects in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. However, some lecturers have not used teaching materials such as interactive modules to help students learn statistics. For this reason, research is needed which aims to (1) develop literacy-based Flipbook-assisted interactive e-modules in statistics courses that are valid, (2) determine the practicality of literacy-based Flipbook-assisted interactive e-modules in statistics courses for students. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects were 30 Informatics Engineering students taking Statistics courses. The development steps in this research are using ADDIE, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research results obtained: 1) the literacy-based flipbook-assisted e-module that was developed was declared valid/feasible with an average percentage of material experts of 80% and media experts of 85.41%, 2) the flipbook-assisted interactive e-module that was developed met the criteria practically with a percentage reaching 75%.

In simplifying the process of monitoring the temperature of electric vehicle batteries, especially in discharging conditions, a remote electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring system was created. The problem with the previous monitoring system was that there was no electric battery temperature monitoring system, so users could not monitor the temperature condition of the vehicle battery when in use. The purpose of this study is to design an Internet of Things (IoT)-based electric vehicle battery temperature monitoring device system using the web and add a data logger to monitor battery temperature remotely and find out the difference in temperature values from the device with a thermogun. And the addition of a cut off feature when the battery overheats as one of the safety.
The research method uses experiments, namely by comparing the speed between 30km/h and 50km/h and comparing the readings of the monitoring device with a thermogun. In proving the performance of the monitoring equipment, it is carried out with a distance of 1km, 2km, and 3km and in sloping road conditions. The data obtained were then analyzed using the paired T-test method. The results of the study showed that the tool worked quite well with the highest error value of 3.88%. And the battery temperature value between the speed of 30km/h and 50km/h is a significant difference with a P-value result of 0.035 which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Kendala yang dialami oleh peserta dari UMKM ini adalah masalah pembukuan keuangan yang banyak yang belum melakukannya secara digital sudah diatasi dengan cara melakukan pemaparan tentang pentingnya melakukan pembukuan dan pelatihan melakukan pembukuan keuangan secara digital agar para pelaku UMKM ini dapat bersaing pada pasar saat ini. Dalam pelatihan ini dikenalkan fitur-fitur aplikasi bukuwarung, pembuatan toko digital, melakukan pembukuan, dan melakukan pembayaran digital. Peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam mengelola pembukuan keuangan untuk UMKM ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi dengan melakukan pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum dilakukan pelatihan para peserta yang merupakan perwakilan dari kelompok UMKM ini beberapa melakukan pembukuan keuangan secara manual. Bahkan masih banyak dari perserta yang belum melakukan pembukuan keuangan meski sudah mengetahui pentingnya dalam pembukuan keuangan.

Both open and closed fractures will affect nerve fibers which can cause pain and discomfort. Efforts that can be made to reduce pain in fracture patients are with one of the non-pharmacological techniques, namely guided imagination. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of guided imagination on reducing pain intensity in fracture patients at Bumiayu Hospital 2024. The type of research is Quasi Experiment research with a One Group Pre-test Post-test design. The population in this study were all fracture patients at Bumiayu Regional Hospital in the period 4 March - 2 April 2024, totaling 52 people and the sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, namely 35 people. Data collection used a numerical scale research instrument sheet or The Pain Numerical Rating Scale (PNRS). The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study show that statistical analysis showed that the difference in average pain intensity in fracture patients before guided imagination was 6.83 and after guided imagination was 3.46 with a probability value of (p=0.000), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that guided imagination had an effect on reducing the intensity. pain in fracture patients. In conclusion, there is an effect of providing guided imagery on pain intensity in fracture patients at Bumiayu Regional Hospital in 2024.

The Indonesian Red Cross is responsible for the distribution of blood products to hospital blood banks. The daily blood distribution route will vary due to the fact that the number of blood requests and the number of hospital blood banks vary on a daily basis. The implementation of a cold chain system is one method of optimizing blood distribution and transportation activities. The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the temperature and quality of PRC components in relation to their delivery time and distance. This research method is quantitative-descriptive. The population of this study consisted of all blood that was donated to the hospital blood bank in Sidoarjo Regency between October and November 2022. The blood sample used in this study was collected from the UDD PMI Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique of accidental sampling would be employed to visually identify the quality of PRC and temperature. The results of this study indicated that 460 PRC bags were delivered to three hospital blood banks in the UDD PMI Sidoarjo Regency. The PRC did not experience lysis, and 50 bags (10.86%) of the 460 PRC bags experienced a temperature change of over 10 °C. Conclusion: The temperature of the dropped PRC components is influenced by the delivery time and distance. The SOP must be strictly adhered to by all officers who distribute and transport blood to guarantee that the quality of the blood remains in good condition.

: Current technological developments that are increasing can have a positive impact on SMEs. At wholesale egg shops, they still use a manual cashier system with only being recorded in large books, so the service is less than optimal and less accurate. So it is not uncommon for customers to be disappointed in payment and refund services. By doing this research, it is hoped that it will be able to create a cashier system that runs at egg grocery stores that is able to increase cashier performance efficiency.
