Potensi pengembangan wisata terpadu di desa Petungsewu masih sangat tinggi, namun fasilitas umum yang menarik bagi para wisatawan belum tersedia. Dengan memanfaatkan kondisi topograsi di lokasi perlindungan udara yang berkontur, pemanfaatan area disekitar tempat perlindungan udara sebagai sentra kolam renang terpadu yang terdiri dari kolam renang anak, kolam ikan, pedagang buah dan restoran merupakan salah satu solusi yang tepat guna untuk rest area. Daerah Petungsewu memiliki tanah desa yang belum dilakukan pemberdayaan terhadap aset yang dimiliki. Luas tanah yang belum digarap sekitar 3500 m2. Hal ini perlu perencanaan lokasi perencanaan terutama daerah rest area agar dapat merencanakan pembangunannya secara bertahap. Penduduk Desa Petungsewu ingin memberdayakan tanah untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung dengan merencanakan kolam renang kolam ikan, tempat mengingat merupakan daerah yang sejuk dan dilalui oleh wisatawan dari Kota Batu.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of funding, investment, and profitability decisions on the company value of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX between 2019 and 2023. Associative descriptive research using a quantitative approach is used in this sort of study, and secondary data from journals, the corporate website, and yearly financial reports published on the BEI website www.idx.co.id are used as research data sources. Purposive sampling was the method utilized to choose the research sample. Using SPSS 23, multiple linear analysis is the analytical technique employed. The study's findings indicate that: (1) Company value is influenced by funding, investment, and profitability decisions taken collectively. (2) Investment choices and profitability have an impact on a company's worth. (3) The value of the company is unaffected by funding decisions.

Gemah Beach, a prominent tourism icon in Tulungagung, has gained popularity on social media and substantially contributes to both local and governmental revenue. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 led to a significant decline in visitor numbers, necessitating strategic development efforts to revive interest in the post-pandemic era. This study aims to analyze the policies and factors influencing visitor interest, as well as the role of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in managing the beach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. The data was processed qualitatively using purposive sampling, and validity was ensured through interactive analysis techniques and triangulation. The findings reveal that Pokdarwis successfully increased visitor numbers post-pandemic by improving human resources, enhancing infrastructure, and promoting the beauty of Gemah Beach through trending social media campaigns.Pantai Gemah, ikon pariwisata di Tulungagung, populer di media sosial dan signifikan bagi pendapatan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Wisata ini mengalami penurunan pengunjung akibat pandemi 2019. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan untuk menarik kembali minat pengunjung pasca pandemi. Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di Pantai Gemah telah berusaha mengembangkan kelembagaan dan pengaturan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pengunjung serta peran Pokdarwis dalam pengelolaan pantai. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama dan diolah secara kualitatif menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis interaktif dan triangulasi digunakan untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pokdarwis mampu meningkatkan kembali pengunjung pasca pandemi melalui peningkatan SDM, perbaikan dan penambahan sarana prasarana, serta penyebaran informasi tentang keindahan Pantai Gemah melalui media sosial.

One of the learning activities that can improve the quality of student learning is to provide a variety of teaching methods and learning media that can engage students' enthusiasm during the learning process. Based on the results of reading literacy tests, Indonesia has not yet reached the standard score of 493 set by the OECD. Literacy is very important for daily life, therefore the Ministry of Education in Indonesia provides opportunities for students to develop their creativity in improving literacy, numeracy, and the quality of learning in schools. Students assist educators in varying teaching methods or media to make learning active, interactive, and enjoyable. One enjoyable learning media is utilizing technology, such as the Let's Read digital library. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design, and the techniques used in this research include observation, practice, and direct documentation in teaching activities in the classroom using the Let's Read media.

In the rapidly growing era of digitalization, significant changes have occurred in consumer behavior, especially with the existence of e-commerce platforms and online marketing innovations. Today's consumers frequently browse for information about fashion products before making a purchase. Goals of the study to examine the impact of product searches on impulsive buys, Together with the relationship's moderating effect of flash sales, as well as sharia business perspective. Purposive sampling is a quantitative research method that is utilized. involving Shopee users in Bandar Lampung City. Data were collected using a Google Form-based questionnaire with a Likert scale. The findings indicated that the chance of making an impulsive purchase increased with the amount of time spent searching.. In addition, flash sales were shown to moderate this relationship, increasing impulse buying tendencies when found during browsing. These findings imply that the management of product browsing and flash sale offers needs to be considered in marketing strategies, taking into account the Shariah perspective to ensure fair and non-wasteful transactions.

The efforts of fisher women in Purworejo Village to obtain justice are within the scope of the concept of civic politics. For dozens to decades, fisher women in Purworejo Village have been going to sea without obtaining legality regarding their employment status on their KTP. The aim of this research is to study the various disparities experienced by fisher women in Purworejo Village, the efforts made to achieve justice, and the effects realized from these efforts to achieve justice. Qualitative and descriptive are the methods and approaches used in this research. Secondary and primary data resulting from participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation are the data sources for this research. Meanwhile, the researcher uses Kristian Stokke's political theory of citizenship as a theoretical framework to strengthen the analysis in this research. The results of this research found that there are two forms of inequality experienced by fisher women in Purworejo Village, namely social inequality and rights inequality. Efforts to resolve this injustice include identification and education, advocacy for the transition of employment status on KTPs, and monitoring the realization of rights for fisher women. The effect obtained from these efforts is the handling of various social inequalities and gaps in rights faced by fisher women in Purworejo Village.Upaya nelayan perempuan di Desa Purworejo dalam memperoleh keadilan adalah cakupan dari konsep politik kewargaan. Selama belasan hingga puluhan tahun, nelayan perempuan di Desa Purworejo telah melaut tanpa memperoleh legalitas terkait status pekerjaannya di KTP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari berbagai kesenjangan yang dialami nelayan perempuan di Desa Purworejo, upaya yang digencarkan untuk mencapai keadilan, serta efek yang diwujudkan dari upaya mencapai keadilan tersebut. Kualitatif dan deskriptif merupakan metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data sekunder dan primer yang dihasilkan dari observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi menjadi sumber data pada penelitian ini. Sementara itu, teori politik kewargaaan Kristian Stokke peneliti gunakan sebagai kerangka teori untuk memperkuat analisis pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat dua wujud kesenjangan yang dialami nelayan perempuan di Desa Purworejo, yakni kesenjangan sosial dan kesenjangan hak. Upaya untuk menyelesaikan ketidakadilan tersebut diantaranya dengan melakukan identifikasi dan edukasi, advokasi peralihan status pekerjaan di KTP, serta pengawalan realisasi hak bagi nelayan perempuan. Adapun efek yang diperoleh dari upaya tersebut adalah tertanganinya beragam kesenjangan sosial dan kesenjangan hak yang dihadapi nelayan perempuan di Desa Purworejo.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah saat ini berkembang dengan pesat di Indonesia, Pemerintah menyambut baik upaya tersebut, banyak program-program yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mendukung UMKM agar terus tumbuh subur dan berkembang menjadi usaha yang berkelanjutan. Disisi lain dengan pertumbuhan UMKM yang pesat dapat menimbulkan persaingan ketat baik antar UMKM itu sendiri maupun dengan produk perusahaan menengah dan besar. Masih rendahnya pemahaman mengenai manajemen usaha dan kualitas produk termasuk packaging membuat UMKM mengalami kesulitan untuk bertahan dalam jangka panjang. Bertujuan untuk upaya meningkatkan omset penjualan dari UMKM Opak Gepit rasa jahe tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk KKN Tematik memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait manajemen usaha mikro dan kecil, kualitas produk termasuk packaging, serta pelatihan mengenai penjualan di media sosial Instagram dan WhatsApp. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu UMKM Opak Gepit rasa jahe memahami pentingnya manajemen dalam mengelola usaha, memperhatikan kualitas produk, saat ini sudah mengganti kemasan menjadi lebih baik dan eye catching. Program pengabdian ini mampu mendorong UMKM untuk mengelola usahanya dengan baik dan mengikuti tren terkini yaitu penjualan online di media sosial.

The development of Technology and Information (IT) in the world of education is changing the way teachers convey knowledge to students. Teaching that has been carried out traditionally in one direction needs to be further developed with new learning methods that are interactive and interesting, more creative and participatory in order to increase student learning motivation. The aim of implementing PKM is to equip teachers to develop lesson materials in the form of IT-based interactive learning by utilizing the Canva and Microsof Excel applications. The activity was carried out at SDI PK Muhammadiyah Delanggu which was attended by 24 teachers by the PKM STIE STEKOM team. The training included making interactive quiz learning videos with the Canva application and processing student data with practical Microsoft Excel formulas. The results obtained from this activity were that all teacher participants gained skills and knowledge in developing learning media in the form of learning videos that were more interesting and interactive and completing administrative tasks could be done more quickly. Teachers succeeded in increasing their competency in using Canva and Microsof Excel as interactive learning media and completing assignments.

SA survey by the Indonesian Ministry of Health found that 25% of fracture sufferers died, 45% experienced physical disabilities, 15% experienced psychological stress due to anxiety and even depression and 10% recovered well. Both open and closed fractures will affect nerve fibers which can cause pain and discomfort. Efforts that can be made to reduce pain in fracture patients are with one of the non-pharmacological techniques, namely guided imagination. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of guided imagination on reducing pain intensity in fracture patients at Bumiayu Hospital 2024. The type of research is Quasi Experiment research with a One Group Pre-test Post-test design. The population in this study were all fracture patients at Bumiayu Regional Hospital in the period 4 March - 2 April 2024, totaling 52 people and the sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, namely 35 people. Data collection used a numerical scale research instrument sheet or The Pain Numerical Rating Scale (PNRS). The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study show that statistical analysis showed that the difference in average pain intensity in fracture patients before guided imagination was 6.83 and after guided imagination was 3.46 with a probability value of (p=0.000), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that guided imagination had an effect on reducing the intensity. pain in fracture patients. In conclusion, there is an effect of providing guided imagery on pain intensity in fracture patients at Bumiayu Regional Hospital in 2024.

<p>Era digitalisasi perkembangan marketplace sebagai E-Commerce menjadi platform utama bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>
