Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the influence of inflation, monetary policy, and market volatility on interest rate changes in state-owned banks in Indonesia during the 2019–2024 period. A quantitative associative approach was applied using secondary data collected from official financial reports. The analysis involved multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The t-test results revealed that only inflation had a significant and negative impact on interest rates, while monetary policy and market volatility did not show significant effects. Simultaneously, the F-test indicated that the three variables did not significantly influence interest rates, supported by a low Adjusted R² value of only 13.4%. These findings suggest that other external factors outside the model play a more dominant role in determining interest rate fluctuations. The results emphasize the critical importance of inflation control and the need for a more comprehensive approach in shaping interest rate policy within state-owned banking institutions.

Abstrak:
This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between budget participation and organizational culture on improving managerial performance in the government sector. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA guidelines, a total of ten relevant national and international scientific articles in the period 2020 - 2025 were analyzed thematically and comparatively. The results showed that budget participation generally contributes positively to managerial performance, especially when supported by an adaptive, collaborative and inclusive organizational culture. Organizational culture plays an important role as a reinforcing factor, which can maximize the effectiveness of the participatory budgeting process. However, there were also variations in results that were influenced by organizational characteristics, leadership styles, and internal cultural readiness. This study concludes that the synergy between participatory systems and organizational culture is a key prerequisite for creating superior managerial performance in government environments. The findings provide strategic implications for policy makers in designing more participatory budget governance and building an organizational culture that supports bureaucratic transformation.

Household waste is one of the major contributors to environmental problems. Waste management based on the 3Rs is an important strategy in reducing negative impacts on health and ecosystems. This study aims to review the literature on the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and practices of the community in managing household waste based on the 3R principles. The method used was a literature study by collecting literature from Google Scholar and Science Direct. The results showed that good knowledge encourages positive attitudes and more effective waste management practices. Education, especially to housewives, is proven to increase awareness and active participation in sorting and processing waste. Successful waste management requires active community involvement, infrastructure support, and ongoing mentoring. In conclusion, the strong relationship between knowledge, attitude and practice shows the importance of an integrated approach to household waste management based on the 3R principles to create a clean, healthy and sustainable environment. The contribution of this research to science is through the review of various field studies from a number of regions in Indonesia, and emphasizes the urgency of community-based education, especially for strategic groups such as housewives. Educational efforts to increase active participation and awareness of the 3R principles can be used as a reference in designing intervention programs by both the government and non-governmental organizations.

This study aims to examine the relationship between healthy food consumption and character development in students. The research is based on the premise that healthy eating plays a vital role not only in physical well-being but also in shaping students' behavior and moral values from an early age. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, employing a theoretical and conceptual analysis design. The findings indicate a strong relationship between healthy eating habits and the development of positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Based on a regression analysis simulation, healthy food consumption was found to contribute approximately 46% to character formation. These results highlight the importance of integrating healthy eating patterns into character education programs both in schools and at home. The study recommends collaboration among schools, parents, and government bodies to promote healthy eating as a foundation for building strong and positive character in young generations.
