Compliance of healthcare and medical personnel with established procedures—particularly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)—is crucial for ensuring patient safety, high-quality healthcare services, and the sustainable operation of hospitals. This study analyzes the influence of Organizational Support, Motivation, and the Completeness of ERM SOPs on personnel compliance at Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo Hospital. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. The study population included all healthcare and medical personnel directly involved with ERM SOPs. Through purposive sampling, 85 respondents were selected. Data collection used closed-ended questionnaires tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25. The analysis found that Organizational Support (X1), Motivation (X2), and ERM SOP Completeness (X3) simultaneously had a statistically significant effect on Compliance (Y), with the F-test showing F_calculated > F_table and significance < 0.05. Individually, all three independent variables showed a positive and significant relationship with compliance. Among them, ERM SOP Completeness had the greatest influence, followed by Motivation and then Organizational Support. These findings emphasize that clear, comprehensive, and accessible SOPs are essential in guiding staff behavior and ensuring consistent adherence to risk management protocols. Additionally, motivated employees supported by the organization are more likely to comply with procedures and internal policies. Therefore, organizational strategies should not only focus on developing complete SOPs but also on fostering a supportive work culture and enhancing staff motivation through training, recognition, and leadership support. In conclusion, the study suggests that hospitals aiming to improve compliance with ERM procedures should adopt a holistic approach by investing in SOP development, providing consistent organizational support, and maintaining high levels of employee motivation. These efforts will contribute to better risk mitigation, service quality, and overall hospital performance.

Drinking water is a basic human need that must meet health requirements to be suitable for direct consumption without causing health risks. Drinkable water must be free from various contaminants, both physical, chemical, and microbiological that can harm the human body. One of the sources of drinking water that is widely used by the community is refillable drinking water (DAMIU), which is now growing due to its affordable price and ease of access. However, the water quality from DAMIU is often a concern due to potential contamination due to sanitation that does not meet standards. This study aims to analyze the sanitary conditions of the refillable drinking water depot (DAMIU) and assess the quality of drinking water based on physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters in the working area of the Punti Kayu Health Center, Palembang. A total of 15 DAMIU are the object of research that are examined through laboratory tests and direct observation of the sanitary conditions and equipment of the depot. The results showed that all DAMIU (100%) had met the general sanitation requirements, such as room cleanliness, equipment, and workers. However, microbiological testing found that 33.4% of the water samples contained E. coli and Coliform bacteria, indicating the presence of contamination. In addition, all samples (100%) did not meet the ideal drinking water pH requirements, and as many as 40% of the samples had aluminum content that exceeded the threshold set by the Indonesian Minister of Health. From these findings, it can be concluded that although the sanitary conditions of DAMIU are relatively good, the quality of the drinking water produced still requires serious attention.

This qualitative case study investigated the factors and impacts of English language learning anxiety among students at SMP Muhammadiyah Tanjungpinang. The research focused on students from the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades during the academic year 2024/2025. A total of 32 students across all grade levels were involved in the study. The researchers initially conducted classroom observations to identify students who exhibited signs of anxiety during English lessons. Based on these observations, eleven students were selected as participants for semi-structured interviews and more detailed classroom observations. The research aimed to explore how anxiety manifests in the classroom and how it affects students' language acquisition in a unique socio-educational environment. The data collected through interviews and observations were analyzed qualitatively by interpreting students’ responses and behavioral patterns in class. The findings revealed that three primary types of language anxiety—Communication Apprehension, Test Anxiety, and Fear of Negative Evaluation—were commonly experienced by the students. These forms of anxiety were often interconnected, compounding the emotional barriers students faced in English learning. One of the key contributing factors was the students’ fear of peer ridicule, especially within a tightly bonded student community. Many of the participants were affiliated with orphanages connected to the school, which created a unique emotional and social environment. This setting, while supportive in many ways, also contributed to heightened sensitivity to peer judgment and a strong fear of making mistakes. As a result, the affective filter among these students was notably high, significantly hindering their willingness to participate and ultimately affecting their English language acquisition.

In addition to improving interpersonal communication skills, this training also emphasized the importance of strategic communication in the context of advocacy and social mobilization. NGO administrators were trained to design campaign messages tailored to audience segments, including potential donors, corporate partners, and government stakeholders. An understanding of the importance of framing and emotional appeal was also emphasized, so that the messages delivered were not only informative but also able to inspire empathy and concrete action from the audience. During the training process, participants were also equipped with a basic understanding of digital communication, particularly in utilizing social media platforms as a tool to expand the reach of messages. Creative content strategies, effective posting scheduling, and the use of visual storytelling were introduced so that NGO administrators could build a positive image of their institutions in the digital space. These skills are crucial considering that the dynamics of public communication today are influenced by the speed and reach of social media. The positive impact of this activity was felt not only individually, but also institutionally. The NGO "Kakak Asuh" began to show an increase in public engagement through social media, an increase in the number of new volunteers, and the opening of opportunities for partnerships with external parties. This demonstrates that persuasive communication is not merely a means of conveying a message, but also a strategy for building strong, credible, and sustainable relationships with the wider community. Going forward, the sustainability of this training program is designed through a system of ongoing mentoring and support. This approach is expected to strengthen the implementation of the communication strategies learned and enable a comprehensive transformation of organizational communication. Thus, this PKM activity will not only have a short-term impact but also build a solid communication foundation to support the NGO's social mission in the future.

Indonesia is currently facing a triple burden of nutritional problems, including stunting, wasting, and obesity, as well as micronutrient deficiencies such as anemia. These issues are particularly prevalent among adolescents and adults, with common problems including undernutrition, overnutrition, and iron deficiency leading to anemia. This study was conducted in the Nutrition Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. It aimed to examine the relationship between macronutrient intake (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins), physical activity, and the nutritional status of students. A cross-sectional study design was employed to collect data at a single point in time and analyze the associations between variables. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between carbohydrate intake and nutritional status, as indicated by a p-value of 0.217 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.135. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) was accepted. However, a significant relationship was found between fat intake and nutritional status, with a p-value of 0.049, suggesting that fat consumption plays a role in determining the nutritional status of students. On the other hand, protein intake did not show a significant relationship with nutritional status, as indicated by a p-value of 0.470. Similarly, physical activity was not significantly associated with nutritional status, with a p-value of 0.228. In conclusion, the study found that among the variables examined, only fat intake had a significant effect on students' nutritional status. Carbohydrate intake, protein intake, and physical activity did not demonstrate meaningful associations. These findings can serve as a basis for evaluating and improving dietary patterns and healthy lifestyle habits among university students.

This research aims to analyze the production factors that influence the production of cayenne pepper and see the level of efficiency in the use of production inputs in cayenne pepper farming in Bocek Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The data analysis method used in this research to determine the effect of using production factors in cayenne pepper farming is Cobb Douglas model analysis. The research results show that cayenne pepper farming in Bocek Village uses production inputs simultaneously and influences the production of cayenne pepper. Partially, the use of land area input, NPK fertilizer and KCl fertilizer has an effect on cayenne pepper production in Bocek Village. Meanwhile, the variables of seeds, manure, pesticides and labor have no partial effect on cayenne pepper production in Bocek Village. Technically the use of each Input variable is inefficient. Allocatively, the use of input variables such as land area, seeds, manure, pesticides and labor has a value 1, meaning the use of production factors is inefficient. Meanwhile, NPK fertilizer and KCl fertilizer have a value of 1, meaning that the use of production factors is not allocatively efficient. Economically, the use of input variables such as land area, seeds, manure, pesticides and labor is inefficient and the variables NPK fertilizer and KCl fertilizer are not economically efficient.

This study aims to analyze in depth the structure of production cost components and determine a reasonable and competitive selling price for shrimp farming in the Venambak Shrimp Farm. The background of this study is the need to determine the cost efficiency and profit potential of shrimp farming activities, so that business actors can make the right decisions and be oriented towards sustainability. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the full costing method to calculate the total production costs, and the cost plus pricing method to determine the selling price. The data used consists of primary data, such as details of operational expenses during one cultivation cycle (six months), as well as secondary data obtained from internal company reports and records. The results of the analysis show that the total production costs incurred in one shrimp cultivation cycle reached Rp16,085,208,000, with a total harvest of 1,000,000 kg. Based on these figures, the cost of goods manufactured (COGS) was obtained at Rp16,085 per kg. In determining the selling price, the company used the cost plus pricing method and set the selling price at Rp80,000 per kg. Thus, the profit margin obtained by the company reached Rp63,915 per kg. Gross profit generated during one cultivation cycle reached Rp63,915,000,000. If cultivation were conducted in two cycles per year, the annual gross profit could potentially increase to Rp127,830,000,000. These findings indicate that with efficient cost management and the right pricing strategy, shrimp farming has significant profit potential. Therefore, intensive and sustainable shrimp farming development at the Venambak Shrimp Farm is highly feasible to improve the competitiveness and welfare of fisheries business actors.

This community service activity aimed to provide guidance and capacity building for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), specifically chicken satay vendors operating in the parking area of Taman Anggrek Mall, Jakarta. These culinary MSMEs have strong potential due to their strategic location, which attracts high foot traffic. However, many of these business owners still face challenges in managing and developing their businesses, particularly in terms of managerial skills, financial record-keeping, and marketing strategies. Therefore, this program was designed to enhance their business competitiveness by improving their managerial abilities, introducing simple bookkeeping practices, and promoting the use of digital platforms for marketing. The implementation of the program began with an initial observation to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by the MSME actors. This was followed by interactive training sessions covering topics such as the importance of basic financial management, how to create simple financial reports, and effective yet low-cost digital marketing strategies. In addition to the training, the team also provided intensive one-on-one mentoring to ensure that participants could apply the materials in their daily business operations. The outcomes of the program showed positive developments. The MSME participants began to recognize the importance of keeping financial records as a basis for making business decisions. They were also able to identify internal management issues such as inventory control and business planning. In terms of marketing, most of the vendors have started using digital platforms like WhatsApp Business and Instagram to promote their products, allowing them to reach a wider audience. It is expected that this community engagement initiative will continue and serve as a model for similar training programs targeting culinary MSMEs in other busy urban areas. Such efforts are essential to developing more independent, professional, and competitive MSMEs in the digital era.

This study aims to describe the role of school management in developing local culture-based education. Local culture-based education is a learning approach that integrates local cultural values as a contextual, relevant, and meaningful learning resource for students. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in an elementary school that has successfully implemented local culture comprehensively in various aspects of learning activities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that school management plays a strategic role in formulating policies, supporting culture-based learning programs, and establishing partnerships with the community for cultural preservation. The principal, teachers, and education staff actively integrate local cultural elements into the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and the learning environment. Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and lack of training for educators, this school is able to demonstrate a strong and consistent commitment to making local culture the foundation for character and identity formation for students. This study confirms that collaboration between stakeholders is key to success in realizing education rooted in local wisdom. By involving parents and the community, schools can create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. These findings demonstrate that community involvement in the educational process not only enriches students' learning experiences but also strengthens their sense of belonging to local culture. This research significantly contributes to the development of educational models that focus not only on academic aspects but also on the development of student character and identity rooted in local cultural values. Through this approach, it is hoped that students will grow into individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also have an awareness and appreciation for their own culture.
