Grouper fish (Epinephelus sp.) is one of the popular marine fish species in the market in Indonesia and abroad in Southeast Asia, this fish has high economic value, good taste. Currently, the development of grouper aquaculture has been growing, so the seeds must be available continuously to meet the demand for seeds, therefore the foundation of interspecies crosses between groupers that have a high heterosis effect in growth traits, disease resistance and environmental resistance. This research activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Center located in Situbondo, East Java and was carried out from June 19, 2023 to August 19, 2023. The working method used in the Field Work Practice is descriptive method with data collection including primary and secondary. The technique of grouper hatchery conducted at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center stages include tub preparation, broodstock rearing, hybridization, hatching and egg stocking, larval development, feeding, water quality management, growth sampling and grading, pests and diseases, and harvesting and marketing. The results of the observed parameters are HR 73.25%, SR 15.98%, FR 74.16%. Water quality management carried out in grouper hatcheries is water reduction and water changes according to larval age, siphon once a week and water quality tests.
 
 

The implementation of character education focused on discipline at MTs Tanwirul Ulum involves the enforcement of school regulations such as morning flag ceremonies, complete uniforms, punctuality, and the active role of guidance counselors in addressing students' behavior that is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the support provided by parents and guidance counselors in disciplining students. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis includes condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that parental support in improving the guidance counseling program and student discipline includes open communication with counselors regarding the child's development and issues, involvement in counseling activities, and creating a conducive learning environment at home. Additionally, parents collaborate with the school through regular meetings with the guidance counselors. In improving student discipline, parents set an example of disciplined behavior, participate in school activities, maintain communication with teachers, provide guidance or reprimands when necessary, offer encouragement, praise achievements, establish clear rules at home, and teach empathy and the importance of discipline in life.

Indonesia is rich in diverse natural resources, namely animal natural resources and vegetable natural resources. One of the gifts of Almighty God which can be used as a source of the country's economy for national development. However, as time goes by, the species that breed in the forest are starting to become endangered. This is caused by the behavior of people or business entities who only think about personal interests without thinking about the impact of what they have done. A corporation involved in crimes involving protected wild animals will be charged in accordance with the applicable articles to provide a deterrent effect against the perpetrators. This research aims to find out the types of crimes against protected wild animals and to find out how law enforcement is carried out against corporations that commit crimes against protected wild animals based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Living Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. This research is normative legal research. The data collection method is by conducting a literature review of legal materials whose data sources come from secondary legal materials, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The data is described qualitatively descriptively and then analyzed to obtain conclusions from the problem formulations.

The ecoprint dyeing technique is simple, practical, easy to find materials for, environmentally friendly, and has artistic value. The lush environment of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan, which is rich in various plants, supports the implementation of ecoprint training activities that can also enhance students' creativity. This activity aims to provide knowledge, train, and guide students in creating ecoprints to enhance their artistic creativity while reducing environmental pollution. The implementation method begins with providing material, training, and guidance in making ecoprints. The result of this activity is enthusiastic students expressing their creativity and imagination through environmentally friendly creations, which can be further developed and utilized to reduce environmental pollution in the surrounding area. </em></p>

Terrorism is a crime related to humanity accompanied by serious threats that have an impact on the integrity and sovereignty of a country. In Indonesia itself, criminal acts of terrorism are a serious problem. Because in their implementation they not only involve adults but also involve children who do not know or understand anything about terrorism. Children as victims of criminal acts of terrorism really need legal protection so that these children can get their rights back. The research method used in this paper uses normative legal research methods. Meanwhile, the technique for collecting legal materials is carried out by conducting a literature study of secondary legal materials. Then, based on legal theories, it is analyzed qualitatively to obtain conclusions from the problem formulations that have been determined. This research aims to find out the process of handling children involved in criminal acts of terrorism and to find out what form of legal protection is given to children involved in criminal acts of terrorism. The results of this research indicate that the process of handling children involved in criminal acts of terrorism is carried out by implementing the Juvenile Criminal Justice System with the conceptrestorative justiceand children will receive protection from violence and discrimination, namely guaranteeing the protection of children's rights to live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity.

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. The difficult navigation route passed by children who are suspects of criminal acts has depicted sadness in children that can disturb the child's mental state, in order to avoid this possibility, another method has emerged in child criminal acts, namely restorative justice (diversion) which is in accordance with the principle of ultimum remedy in criminal law. This study aims to understand the concept of implementing restorative justice which is associated with the principle of ultimum remedy, where this study works using qualitative methods and is sorted in descriptive, so that concrete solutions can be found regarding the matter being studied. The results of this study found a match between the concept of restorative justice and the principle in criminal law, namely ultimum remedy where criminal witnesses are the last step in handling child criminal acts. However, in its application, several obstacles were found, one of which was due to the different meanings of justice between the parties.
 
 

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Problem Solving learning model in improving the mathematical critical thinking ability of elementary school students. Through the Systematic Literature Review approach, this study analyzes a number of relevant studies. The results of the study show that the Problem Solving model has significant potential in improving students' critical thinking skills. This model encourages students to be actively involved in the problem-solving process, relate mathematical concepts to real life, and stimulate creativity. However, the implementation of this model requires careful planning, support from various parties, and teacher competency development. Further research is suggested to delve deeper into the factors that affect the successful implementation of the Problem Solving model, as well as develop more specific instruments to measure students' critical thinking skills.

Nowadays, being apart from gadgets is impossible, gadget fever doesn't matter according to age, in fact, many children are addicted to it so parents need wise attitudes in using technology [1]. Using gadgets for too long is very dangerous for children's eye health [2]. Eye contact with the gadget automatically reduces the frequency of blinking. As a result, the eyes are dry, sore and painful. Then, the eyes become red and itchy, and the child even feels nauseous and dizzy [3].
About 83 percent of the information humans obtain comes through the eyes. Research data shows that the prevalence of blindness in children is 0.2 – 0.3/1000 children in developed countries and 1.0 -1.5/1000 children in developing countries, including the majority of countries in Asia. Around 85 percent of the causes of blindness can be avoided or prevented, namely 78.6 percent can be treated and 7 percent are preventable causes [4].
Carrying out regular eye examinations on children from the age of 3 -5 years is very important to detect problems in children from the start. Usually, an eye examination is carried out if parents notice early symptoms such as the child having difficulty seeing up close or far away or if there is a family history of eye problems.  In fact, eye examinations for children are very important to ensure that the child's eyes are healthy and do not have vision problems that could interfere with school performance and have the potential to further affect the child's health [5]. This service activity was carried out through material presentation lectures, practice of using APE Fun Thinkers, Role Play, discussion, evaluation and mentoring of posyandu cadres with the result that there was an increase in knowledge from posyandu health cadres about the importance of visual stimulation which can help improve the play experience of early childhood in recognizing the surrounding environment carefully and well through the sensors they have.
 

The research entitled Juridical Analysis of the Sale and Purchase of Plots of Land That Have Not Been Certified in Kampung Tengah Nongsa, Batam City, the problem is How is the Legal Regulation of the Sale and Purchase of Land Plots that have not been certified, How is the Implementation of the Sale and Purchase of Plots of Land that have not been certified and What are the factors that become obstacles to the practice of buying and selling land plots that have not been certified in Kampung Tengah Nongsa, Batam City. This research method uses empirical legal research methods using qualitative techniques and the approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. To obtain primary data, this was done by means of in-depth interviews (depth interviews). From the research results, it is known that the legal regulations governing the practice of buying and selling land that has not been certified are contained in the Civil Code in articles 1457 and 1458. Apart from that, there are also regulations for buying and selling land according to Customary Law, Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Registration Land, Land Management Rights by the Batam Authority as regulated in Presidential Decree Number 41 of 1973 concerning the Batam Island Industrial Area and Arrangements for Transfer of Land Rights and Permits for Transfer of Land Rights as regulated in the Regulation of the Head of the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port Concession Agency Number 27 of 2017 concerning Implementation of Land Allocation. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee.
