This study aims to analyze the use of the Al-Ma’any Online Dictionary in supporting the development of Arabic vocabulary mastery among students in PBA 2 class at UIN Sumatera Utara. The primary issue observed among students is the lack of optimal utilization of the online dictionary due to certain challenges in its usage. The focus of this research is to explore how students utilize the online dictionary to enrich their vocabulary and its impact on their Arabic language proficiency. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through interviews with students, observations of dictionary usage, and analysis of student assignments. The findings indicate that the Al-Ma’any Online Dictionary is effective in helping students expand their vocabulary, particularly in discovering word meanings and their usage in various contexts. However, some challenges were identified, such as limited understanding of subtle word meanings and dependency on internet connectivity. This study suggests that vocabulary development through the use of online dictionaries can be optimized by providing guidance and further training for students in utilizing the dictionary's features more comprehensively.

This research aims to implement the marketing strategy of Pempek Palembang FC (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) MSMEs through Instagram social media. Established in May 2022 in Bangka Belitung, Pempek Palembang FC offers Palembang specialty food products, namely pempek and tekwan. Despite its high market potential, this MSME faces serious challenges due to its lack of social media presence, resulting in limited marketing reach. This research used qualitative methods with interviews and observations to explore the problems and solutions faced. The results show that the creation of social media accounts, creative content development, and consistency in uploading can increase visibility and sales. Through digital marketing strategies, Pempek Palembang FC can reach a wider market, build a customer community, and increase competitiveness in the digital era.

In this modern era, technological advancements have reached their peak, impacting almost every aspect of human life. In education at schools, educators must also be able to provide innovation to their students so that they are more motivated to learn. To do this, educators can use digital technology to create different and still educational learning content, but there are several obstacles faced at SDN 1 Rejosari, namely the lack of a computer lab, resulting in insufficient implementation of technology in the curriculum. Thus, the goal of this community service is to introduce infographics and advertisements using the Canva application, aimed at enhancing the creativity of the students at SDN 1 Rejosari. This community service activity began with the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation stage showed a percentage of 90 – 100% in understanding the introduction to the material presented, but in practice, only 65% was achieved. Therefore, further action is needed, specifically continuous training on infographic and advertisement design using Canva.

Examining how the Islamic monetary system uses money to build a stable and just economy is the aim of this study. Money is not to be hoarded or handled like a commodity, according to the Islamic monetary system, which views it as a public good and flow notion that functions as a medium of exchange and a unit of value. In Islam, money serves primarily as a medium of exchange, a standard of payment, and a gauge of value, speculation and wealth hoarding are prohibited. In contrast to traditional interest-based systems, the Islamic monetary system places a higher priority on mechanisms that allow for profit-and-loss sharing. Because hoarding money can slow down economic turnover and produce stagnation, it is forbidden in Islam. This is because money must continue to circulate in order to preserve economic viability.  QS Al-Hasyr: 7 and QS At-Taubah: 34–35, which explain hoarding of wealth and promote the use of money for the good of society, both highlight this principle of wealth sharing. Using data from pertinent literature and journals, this study employs a qualitative methodology based on literature reviews. Furthermore, This study is expected to provide the groundwork for a more effective sharia monetary policy that encourages equitable and balanced economic growth.

Research on place attachment (an individual's emotional bond with their environment) and pro-environmental behavior (attitudes and actions to protect the environment) is important to understand how an individual's emotional bond with their environment can influence pro-environmental behavior, especially for students. This study aims to evaluate the level of place attachment and pro-environmental behavior among junior high school students in Samarinda and examine the correlation between the two variables. This study used a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research sample consisted of 378 junior high school students in Samarinda who were randomly selected. Data were collected using questionnaires. The results showed that the level of place attachment of junior high school students in Samarinda was 3.75 which was categorized as moderate, while the level of pro-environmental behavior was 3.58 which was also categorized as moderate. A positive but very low correlation existed between place attachment and pro-environmental behavior. This study shows the importance of considering place attachment factors in developing approaches to improve pro-environmental behavior among secondary school students.

This study aims to explore the strategies employed by teachers in addressing the needs of students with dyslexia in elementary schools. Specifically, the research seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of the approaches utilized by teachers at SD Negeri 03 Karangbangun when supporting dyslexic students. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, documentation, and data processing aligned with the research focus. To ensure data validity, triangulation techniques were employed by comparing findings from observations and interviews. Data analysis was conducted interactively. The participants involved were fourth- and fifth-grade teachers, as well as a fifth-grade student with dyslexia. The findings of this study indicate that the strategies used by teachers to support dyslexic students in elementary schools include: (1) providing individualized assistance through extended learning time focused on activities such as spelling, reading, and writing; and (2) utilizing information technology-based tools, such as Word Wall or engaging instructional videos, to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment for dyslexic students.

Introduction: This article examined how internet regulations in Indonesia, specifically the Electronic Information and Transactions (EIT) Law, impacted freedom of expression in the digital space from 2008 to 2021.
Methods: Qualitative research was conducted, employing a case study approach, utilizing literature studies and analyzing articles related to the EIT Law and freedom of expression violations.
Findings: The study identified 371 instances where the EIT Law was used to prosecute individuals, often those exposing criminal activity online, highlighting a concerning trend of criminalizing victims. Articles 27, 28, and 29 were particularly problematic due to their ambiguity, creating opportunities to suppress online discourse. This analysis revealed a concerning pattern of the EIT Law being used to restrict digital freedom of expression and public participation, aligning with Althusser's (1970) concept of a repressive state apparatus. The research identified the government, entrepreneurs, and the police as the primary actors utilizing the EIT Law, often to the detriment of civil society members, reflecting the concept of hegemony. This study recommends further research into the EIT Law's impact on digital freedom of expression, focusing on the legislative process, the experiences of those affected by the law, and comparative analyses with other countries. Investigating the evolving landscape of digital rights about state control and corporate.
Originality: This manuscript addressed a significant gap in existing literature by providing an in-depth analysis of the practical implications of Indonesia's Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law on digital freedom of expression.

This article explores the mechanisms of supervision and legal protection within state administration. Ensuring legal protection for citizens is a vital aspect of governance in democratic nations. Laws serve as tools to regulate rights, obligations, and legal entities, enabling them to fulfill their duties and receive fair treatment. Additionally, the law functions as a protective framework for legal subjects. The legal relationship between the state and its citizens can be governed either by state administrative law or civil law, depending on the state's role and position in upholding the law. The government may act as a civil legal entity or a public official, subjecting its legal actions to either the Civil Code or state administrative law. Mechanisms for supervision and legal protection in state administration include embedded supervision, functional supervision, and external supervision. Furthermore, citizens are afforded legal protection through administrative law mechanisms such as administrative law provisions, administrative appeals, and administrative courts.

Puskesmas Kosambi employs Non-PNS staff whose discipline, particularly regarding attendance and work location, needs to be evaluated. The previous manual attendance system was found to be ineffective in monitoring staff discipline. This study aims to develop a mobile-based attendance system equipped with GPS radius and selfie photo features to improve the accuracy and management of attendance. The GPS radius feature ensures that staff can only clock in within the designated area, such as the Puskesmas area, while the selfie photo feature verifies the identity of the staff member clocking in. This study involved 24 Non-PNS staff members and used the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group staff based on their discipline levels. The results showed that the system was effective in improving staff discipline, with 11 employees categorized as highly disciplined, 10 as moderately disciplined, and 3 as lowly disciplined. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system can improve attendance monitoring and enhance work discipline at Puskesmas Kosambi.

Excessive gadget use among children in the digital era causes various negative impacts, such as motor development disorders, immune system issues, and reduced social interaction. The community service program at Kampung Lali Gadget (KLG), located in Dusun Bendet, Pagerngumbuk Village, Sidoarjo, aims to reduce children's gadget dependency through a traditional games-based approach and learning by game. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving the community in every stage, from needs identification to evaluation. The results demonstrated positive impacts, including increased social interaction among children, reduced screen time, and heightened awareness of gadget-related risks among parents. Additionally, the program fostered new community structures, such as mentoring groups and local leadership, to support its sustainability. This approach proves that integrating traditional games with innovative learning concepts can effectively address gadget dependency while promoting sustainable social transformation.
