Abstrak:
Sudoku is a digital game that is included in the type of logic-based puzzle game where the goal is to fill in the puzzle with random numbers. Therefore, in this research it is proposed to use Artificial Intelligence which contains the Depth First Search Algorithm to track the number of possible solutions that lead to only one so that it becomes efficient. This game has different levels of difficulty such as easy, medium and difficult. The time and complexity of execution will vary depending on the difficulty so it is proposed to use Android Studio software. The experimental results prove that there is an increase in playing the Sudoku game quickly and accurately by applying the Depth First Search Algorithm method. This is proven by the ability to complete this game using the Depth First Search Algorithm using the Android Studio programming language. The average time at the easy level is 11:04 minutes, at the normal level is 10:52 minutes, at the hard level is 25:46 minutes, and at the extreme level is 38 minutes.

Abstrak:
Education is one of the most important things for people to have. Many people are competing for education to increase their abilities. Technology plays a big role in developing access to education to make it easier with many online applications and online classes education becomes easier. However, there are still many unresolved problems in this field of education, namely the emergence of the phenomenon of incompatibility between educators and students so that student interest decreases dramatically because of this. And also, the lack of learning materials taught that are not school subjects such as programming. Therefore, the author and team designed an application where this application can find students a learning mentor outside of school so that they can increase their knowledge. The application also provides a matching feature based on the student's personality so that the student can find a suitable tutor.

Abstrak:
Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a communication technology that plays an important role in improving operational safety and efficiency in the shipping industry. AIS allows ships to exchange real-time data on identity, position, speed, and direction, which helps prevent collisions and facilitates maritime traffic management by port authorities. In addition, AIS functions in search and rescue operations by providing accurate information on the location of ships in trouble. In terms of security, AIS allows monitoring of suspicious ships, thus helping in preventing illegal activities in the waters. This study aims to design and develop a prototype AIS receiver based on LoRa, Arduino, and LCD HMI. The LoRa module was chosen because of its ability to transmit data over long distances with low power consumption, which is suitable for the maritime environment. Arduino is used as the main microcontroller to control the system, while the LCD HMI serves as the display interface for the received data. After the hardware and software design was completed, the system was tested through functional testing and performance measurements using a spectrum analyzer to evaluate the strength of the LoRa signal at various distances. The test results show that the AIS receiver is able to receive data well up to 15 meters on land and 13 meters at sea, with a delay of 100 milliseconds. System performance degrades at longer distances due to environmental interference and signal attenuation. These findings provide insight into the effective limits of LoRa communication in maritime applications and can be used as a reference for frequency testing and optimization of LoRa-based long-range communication systems.

Abstrak:
The ability to speak English is an essential skill for students, yet many face challenges in this area, particularly due to low self-confidence and limited vocabulary. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-confidence and vocabulary mastery on the speaking skills of Class D students in the English Language Education program, Stambuk 2023, Medan State University. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through a questionnaire completed by 15 respondents. The research results indicate that students with high self-confidence and good vocabulary mastery are more fluent in speaking, while students who lack confidence or have limited vocabulary tend to experience difficulties in expressing ideas. These findings emphasize that enhancing self-confidence and enriching vocabulary can improve students' speaking skills. Therefore, a communication-based learning approach and more interactive speaking practice are recommended to enhance students' speaking abilities.

Culture and social life are one particle that becomes a binding unity, culture faithfully escorts the development of human civilization from pre-Islamic times to the perfect Islamic era as a teaching from ancient Greece to modern times like today. From this long process, culture basically has values that can traditionally be passed on to the next generations. Indonesia is a country that has a lot of culture, which consists of a collection of cultures that exist throughout the Indonesian homeland in the form of local culture. Foreign cultures continue to enter unstoppably into Indonesia which can erode or dilute the local culture owned by the Indonesian people. This problem lies in the need for the government's role in protecting Indonesian culture in the era of globalisation, such as in preserving local culture, the government must facilitate all forms of artistic activities held by the community, besides that the government also has a role to provide support in activities related to culture and open as much as possible the participation of young people or adolescents in maintaining its preservation. The research method used is descriptive method, the foundation of the research method is the philosophy of postpositivism. It aims to be able to determine whether the social and cultural life movement will succeed in having a broad impact and provide changes in living standards as expected.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyse the punishment of the perpetrators of fraudulent investment based on Decision No.2/Pid.B/2022/PN.JPA at the Jepara District Court. This case involved the defendant Yenimatul Anggraini who was sentenced to imprisonment for three years because she was found guilty of committing fraud which resulted in material losses for many victims. This research uses normative juridical method with case approach and legislation supported by primary and secondary data. The results showed that the criminalisation of the perpetrators of fraudulent investment is based on various considerations, including material losses experienced by victims, social and psychological impacts, and evidence presented during the trial. The judge considered the victim's testimony, evidence of fund transfers, and the overall impact on the victim's life. In addition, this research found that sentencing aims not only to punish the perpetrator but also to provide a deterrent effect and prevent similar incidents in the future. This reflects the importance of sentencing as a tool to protect society and provide justice for victims. This research recommends strengthening regulation and supervision of investment activities to prevent fraudulent investment. In addition, public education on the risks and signs of investment fraud needs to be improved to protect potential investors. Efforts to provide restitution to victims must be strengthened so that victims can recover from their losses. Sentencing policies also need to be further developed to ensure that the penalties imposed on perpetrators can provide an effective and fair deterrent effect. Cooperation between law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and educational institutions should be improved to create a more effective system in preventing and handling fraudulent investment cases.
Abstrak
Pemidanaan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan investasi bodong berdasarkan Putusan No.2/Pid.B/2022/PN.JPA di Pengadilan Negeri Jepara. Kasus ini melibatkan terdakwa Yenimatul Anggraini yang dijatuhi pidana penjara tiga tahun dikarenakan telah terbukti melakukan kesalahan dengan tindakan penipuan yang mengakibatkan kerugian materiil dan menimbulkan banyak korban. Tindak pidana penipuan investasi bodong ini semakin marak serta merusak kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem investasi. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode yuridis normatif melalui pendekatan kasus beserta peraturan perundang-undangan, juga data sekunder yang menjadi data utama yang didukung data primer. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya pemidanaan pada pelaku tindak pidana penipuan investasi bodong didasarkan pada berbagai pertimbangan, termasuk kerugian materiil korban, dampak sosial dan psikologis, serta bukti-bukti persidangan. Hakim mempertimbangkan alat bukti dan keterangan korban, seperti bukti transfer dana, dan dampak keseluruhan pada kehidupan korban. Pemidanaan tidak hanya memiliki tujuan menghukum pelaku melainkan juga membentuk efek jera serta menjadi pencegah akan adanya kejadian yang sama di masa mendatang. Hal ini mencerminkan pentingnya pemidanaan sebagai alat melindungi masyarakat dan memberikan keadilan bagi korban. Edukasi masyarakat mengenai risiko dan tanda- tanda penipuan investasi perlu ditingkatkan untuk melindungi calon investor. Upaya untuk memberikan restitusi kepada korban harus diperkuat agar korban dapat pulih dari kerugian yang dialami. Kebijakan pemidanaan perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk memastikan hukuman yang dijatuhkannya pada pelaku mampu menjadikan efek jera yang efektif dan adil. Kerjasama antara lembaga penegak hukum, lembaga keuangan, sekaligus institusi pendidikan perlu melakukan peningkatan untuk menciptakan sistem yang cenderung efektif dalam menjadi pencegah beserta menangani kasus penipuan investasi bodong.

Abstrak:
This study examines the application of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in chemistry learning at SMAN 1 Sreseh, with a focus on increasing motivation and understanding of concepts among students, especially Children with Special Needs (ABK: Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus). PjBL was chosen as an approach that can increase student engagement through the exploration of projects relevant to everyday life, allowing students to better understand abstract chemical concepts. The results showed that the application of PjBL could increase students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, with regular students experiencing a more significant improvement. Although ABK students show lower improvements, they also gain significant benefits in terms of understanding of chemistry concepts and active involvement in projects. This study confirms that PjBL is an effective learning method to increase motivation and understanding of concepts, especially for ABK students, in the context of inclusive education.

Abstrak:
The Automatic Identification System (AIS) is a maritime identification and tracking system that must be implemented on certain vessels in accordance with the regulations of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). One of the ways to enhance maritime safety on ships is by utilizing AIS. This research aims to develop a low-cost AIS intended for use on small vessels such as fishing boats. This study utilizes hardware components such as the GPS M8N, Arduino Nano, and LoRa RA-02 module. The LoRa module is chosen for its ability to transmit data over long distances with low power consumption, making it ideal for maritime applications. The Arduino microcontroller is responsible for controlling the entire system, while the GPS M8N is highly effective in achieving accurate positioning within meter-level precision. The Arduino Nano serves as the main component for receiving and processing data from the GPS M8N and LoRa RA-02, then transmitting the data to the receiver. The methodology and system design in this research follow an experimental approach, where at least one variable is manipulated to study cause-and-effect relationships. The test results of the AIS transmitter device indicate that it can successfully transmit call sign, latitude, and longitude data, with a maximum transmission range of 15 meters on land and 13 meters at sea.

Efficient and accurate fuel management systems are becoming increasingly important as energy needs and operational complexity increase in various industrial sectors. This study aims to design and implement a fuel flow monitoring and control system using a variable control valve. This system allows real-time monitoring of the level and flow of fuel in the service tank on the ship, as well as automated control. In its implementation, ultrasonic sensors, control valves are combined with LM2596 connected to Arduino nano for data collection, analysis and visualization. The test results show that this system is able to provide accurate data on the flow and level of fuel in the service tank on the ship by displaying the measurement results on the LCD and providing warnings via a buzzer. The LCD display shows the reading of the fuel level and valve opening in the tank. At a fuel level of 0 - 25% the valve will open 100% and requires an average filling time of 25 seconds, At a fuel level of 25% - 50% the valve will open 75% and requires an average filling time of 27 seconds, At a fuel level of 50 - 75% the valve will open 50% and requires an average filling time of 30 seconds, At a fuel level of 75 - 99% the valve will open 25% and requires an average filling time of 32 seconds.

The effort to implement good governance reflects the government's desire to apply good governance in the administration of regional government. A good government SPI can also influence the actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all staff to provide adequate assurance of the achievement of organizational goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government, to determine whether the internal control system moderates the effect of good governance on the performance of local government and to understand the Islamic Economic perspective on the effect of good governance on the performance of local government in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The method used employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, and the sample taken was 46 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, it is shown that poor governance will not affect the performance of the regional government at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. But the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will be able to improve the performance of the regional government, and the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will strengthen the influence of good governance on the performance of the regional government.
