Monitoring is the routine process of collecting data and measuring progress on program objectives. Monitor changes that focus on processes and outputs. Monitoring provides raw data to answer questions, while evaluation is putting the data into use and thus providing added value. Management of equipment at the Research and Development Center of the Department of Religion Semarang is a very important thing to do, because the equipment is one of the company's assets, so that inventory data on these assets must always be maintained in order to provide clear information and facilitate maintenance. The process to ensure that the accuracy and clarity of the information is maintained so that the data recapitulation and data reporting process can run well is monitoring the data. The analytical method used in the development of this system is based on a structured analysis method, where the tools used to model data flow are DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), diagrams for modeling relationships between data are E-R diagrams. This client-server based asset and inventory data monitoring system for the Research and Development Center of the Semarang Department of Religion consists of several access rights, namely the right of access as admin by the LAN & Desktop Support section, and the Manager.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh fraud pentagon dalam mendeteksi kemungkinan terjadinya kecurangan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016 sampai 2018. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang terdapat pada website BEI dan website perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa target keuangan, sifat industri, dan pergantian auditor memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Namun stabilitas keuangan, tekanan eksternal, ketidakefektifan pengawasan, rasionalisasi, pergantian direksi, dan jumlah foto CEO tidak berpengaruh pada kecurangan laporan keuangan.

Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar bagi negara namun pajak terutang dapat membebani dan mengrangi laba persaaan. Tax saving merupakan upaya perusahaan untuk menghemat pajak terutang namun juga memperhatikan sudut pandang stakeholder atas kinerja manajer dalam mengelola perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor detrminan berupa: struktur modal, sales growth, penyusutan, dan keahlian keuangan komite audit yang mempengaruhi tax saving. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada klasifikasi industri consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan terdapat 69 data amatan perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan hipotesis diuji dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa sales growth dan penyusutan berpengaruh terhadap tax saving. Sedangkan struktur modal dan keahlian keuangan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax saving.

This research aims to examine the effect of system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and the net benefits of using information systems in accounting learning. Data in this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 70 students Accounting Study Program. This research is a descriptive quantitative study and uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that system quality and information quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information quality and user satisfaction had a positive effect on net benefits, but system quality did not affect net benefits. The results of this study can be used as consideration in making improvements related to the implementation and use of the f-learn in accounting learning and education.

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.
 

<p><em><span>The cassava-based food business in Kendal Regency has the potential to develop, especially in the villages of Limbangan, Patehan and Kalibareng. This study aims to reveal the financial strategy in business management which is one of the determinants of business success. The data required is primary data related to internal and external factors that determine business financial management. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 IMK actors. The data were analyzed using descriptive techniques and SWOT analysis. The findings show that the strength of internal factors is in the form of selling prices according to market prices and business transactions through savings accounts. While the weaknesses include simple financial administration, insufficient capital, inaccurate production cost calculations, no financial planning, fully cash payment terms, and no separation of business finances from households. Meanwhile, opportunities from external factors are in the form of marketing certainty and financial support from the community. Threats include business competition and volatile cassava prices. This study recommends a financial management strategy for IMK actors in the cassava-based processed food sector .The strategy is a combination of Aggressive, Turnaround, Diversification and defensive strategies.</span></em></p><p>Usaha makanan berbasis ketela di Kabupaten Kendal cukup berpotensi untuk berkembang, terutama di desa Limbangan, Patehan dan Kalibareng.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi keuangan dalam pengelolaan usaha yang menjadi salah satu penentu kesuksesan usaha.Sampel Penelitian adalah 10 pelaku IMK sektor makanan olahan berbasis ketela di desa Limbangan, Patehan dan Kalibareng.   Data yang diperlukan berupa data primer terkait dengan faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang menentukkan pengelolaan keuangan usaha.   Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 pelaku IMK.Data dianalisis   menggunakan tehnik deskriptif dan analisa SWOT. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan dari faktor internal berupa harga jual sesuai harga pasar dan transaksi usaha melalui rekening tabungan. Sedangkan kelemahannya antara lain administrasi keuangan yang masih sederhana, modal belum memadai, perhitungan biaya produksi belum tepat, belum ada perencanaan keuangan, syarat pembayaran yang sepenuhnya tunai, dan belum ada pemisahan keuangan usaha dengan rumah tangga.   Sementara, kesempatan dari faktor eksternal berupa kepastian pemasaran maupun adanya dukungan keuangan dari masyarakat. Ancamannya antara lain adanya persaingan usaha serta harga ketela yang masih fluktuatif. <p><em>The purpose of this paper is to obtain a work stress model from scientific literature published from 2017 to 2020, where in one of the years, 2020, there was a covid-19 pandemic which had an impact on work stress.</em><em> This study uses a literature review on work stress including antecedents, consequences, work stress management and the type of work/profession studied in research on work stress from 2017 to 2020. Based on the results of literature studies, </em><em>the antecedents that most often appear in research on work stress are role conflict, workload, and leadership, while the consequences that often arise are  <em>burnout</em>, job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, and intentions  <em>turnover</em></em><em>. Work stress management involves individual and organizational levels. While the profession that has been mostly researched on the topic of work stress are paramedics and employees of the banking industry.</em><em></em></p>

Diabetes mellitus type 2 is most often occurring and cause acute vascular diseases of vascular perifer and the loss of perifer blood circulation. One management of peripheral blood circulation in people with diabetes mellitus is to use diabetic feet spa therapy. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of diabetic feet spa to peripheral blood circulation after and before therapy of diabetic feet spa. The type of the study belongs descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, experienced mild peripheral blood circulation disorders who did not have ulcer wounds, and had the will and willing to follow a diabetic feet spa. Analysis of peripheral blood circulation was carried out descriptively and measured by the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). The results of the case study showed that there was an increase in peripheral blood circulation subjects in both subjects, in subject I  from 0.83 (mild) to 0.92 (normal) and in subject II from 0.88 (mild) to 0.95 (normal) after being done therapy for diabetic feet spa. It is suggested to Puskesmas officers need to treat spa diabetics as one of the peripheral blood circulation management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Elderly is an end stage in the span of human life. Age that is not young makes the elderly vulnerable to degenerative diseases such as insomnia. Insomnia is a condition where a person has difficulty sleeping, especially sleeping at night. Foot soak therapy is a therapy using warm water which aims to overcome insomnia. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of foot bath therapy with warm water to insomnia in the elderly. This type of research belongs to descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with criteria for elderly who were over 60 years old and experienced mild, moderate and severe insomnia. The form of intervention was the application of foot soak therapy with warm water for 2 days. The measuring instrument used was an insomnia rating scale questionnaire. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease in the score of insomnia after doing foot bath therapy with warm water, proven in subject I from a score of 28 (weight) to a score of 25 (mild) and in subject II from a score of 26 (mild) to a score of 24 (mild).
