This study to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Senyum Sehat Sejahtera. This study uses quantitative research with an descriptive approach. In this study saturated sampling was used as a sampling technique, as many as 20 employees at the company as samples in this study. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

The aim of the study was to describe the application of the jigsaw type cooperative model theme 8 sub theme 3 in fourth grade students at Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School, to describe the increase in student learning activity with the jigsaw type cooperative model theme 8 sub theme 3 in fourth grade students at Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School, to describe the increase in student learning outcomes with cooperative model type jigsaw theme 8 sub theme 3 in class IV SD Muhammadiyah Kemiri. The low level of healthy behavior of the Indonesian people in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic raises high concern. Various unhealthy behaviors are still carried out by the community. The low level of public knowledge, lack of support for prevention attitudes and the low availability of prevention infrastructure are still phenomena faced by the community.Knowledge, attitudes, and availability of covid prevention infrastructure are associated with covid 19 prevention behavior. The purpose of the study is to determine the determinants of covid 19 prevention behavior during the pandemic. The research design used cross sectional. The population is all Fikes X students who live in the dormitory, a sample of 71 people was obtained using the Slovin formula, and simple random sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire that is distributed to students with the help of a google form. Data analysis using multiple regression test with the help of SPSS version 17. The results of the study are known. The results of the study found that knowledge was not related to covid 19 prevention behavior (p value 0.413). Attitudes and availability of prevention infrastructure are related to covid 19 prevention behavior (p value 0.01). The two variables are more dominantly influential in the behavior of preventing covid 19. It is recommended for further researchers to add other behavioral determinants such as family support, support from health workers, socio-economic. Rendahnya perilaku hidup sehat masyarakat Indonesia di era pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan keprihatinan yang tinggi. Berbagai perilaku tidak sehat masih dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat, kurangnya dukungan sikap pencegahan dan rendahnya ketersediaan infrastruktur pencegahan masih menjadi fenomena yang dihadapi masyarakat. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur pencegahan covid berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan covid 19. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui determinan perilaku pencegahan covid 19 di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fikes X yang tinggal di asrama, sampel sebanyak 71 orang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan angket yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan bantuan google form. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian diketahui. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan covid 19 (p value 0,413). Sikap dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana pencegahan berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan covid 19 (p value 0,01). Kedua variabel tersebut lebih dominan berpengaruh pada perilaku pencegahan covid 19. Disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk menambahkan determinan perilaku lain seperti dukungan keluarga, dukungan tenaga kesehatan, sosial ekonomi.

(2) To determine whether there is a significant influence between cash turnover on return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) To determine whether there is a significant influence between Inventory turnover on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) To determine whether there is an effect of Total asset turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover Simultaneously on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. This type of research is associative research, where the population is the financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for 12 years with a sample of 10 years. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, T test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test and f test, it shows that (1) Total assets turnover partially does not have effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (2) Cash turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (3) Inventory turnover partially has no effect on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (4) Total assets turnover, Cash turnover, and Inventory turnover simultaneously have an influence on Return on equity at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk.

In the world of education, the issue of job satisfaction and performance has become the main concern for academics. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, education and training, and protean careers on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research to obtain and collect data and information that refers to the research problem. Data collection techniques based on field research were carried out in kindergarten private schools spread across regencies/cities in West Java Province. The population in this study were all Private Kindergarten (TK) Principals of 1,503 people. Sampling using random sampling and proportional sampling as many as 316 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, and education and training variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The protean career variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for school principals.

Warunk AIUEO is a place to eat that provides menus are usually served by food stalls. This restaurant usually crowded with young people, provides main menus such as noodles, bread, and various kinds of rice. Warunk AIUEO established since 2014, is able to increase fast food noodles but still at affordable prices. Therefore, this study aims to see what factors motivate consumers to visit this place based on the profile characteristics of consumers. This study used questionnaire as a tool for data collection, respondents are limited who live in Bandung. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The variables in the questionnaire are 14 manifest variables which are processed using factor analysis to reduce the number of variables to 3 factors which represent the 14 initial variables. These three factors are reliability, assurance, and serviceability. The results of the factor analysis are then used to input cluster analysis data, which aims to group respondents based on their characteristics when deciding to visit Warunk AIUEO. Cluster analysis shows that 3 clusters are formed which are labeled modern, functional, and simple.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Wings Air airline service quality at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport, to determine the effect of Wings Air airline passenger complaints at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport and to determine how much influence service quality and passenger complaints have on employee performance.
This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire), while secondary data was obtained from PT. Wings Air, articles and website internet. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test.
The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value is 82.002 and a sig value of 0.00 is less than 0.05.

In the development of the country's national education, it certainly requires policies that are able to make education more advanced. The role of policy itself is very crucial because it can help someone make decisions by providing information collected through research and analysis processes, classifying and clarifying problems that reveal discrepancies in goals and efforts, suggesting new possibilities and suggesting how to interpret ideas or ideas into a policy that is easy to implement and implemented. After policy making is carried out, of course it is necessary to apply or implement it to see the results of the policy. The purpose of implementing the policy itself is to set a direction so that the policy objectives can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of policies in the education system itself by reviewing the stages and approaches in implementing educational policies.

This study have a purpose to review the validity of HGB as an object of mortgage rights and consequences of HGB as an object of mortgage rights without consent of holder of management rights. HGB is another type of land right, on top of the land management rights with the approval of the management rights holder, may be imposed with a mortgage. However, it is often found that HGB holders impose mortgage rights without the consent of management rights holders, so the legitimacy and legal consequences need to be questioned. Against this background it is important to carry out more analysis for the legality and legal consequences of HGB as an object of mortgage rights without the approval of holder of management rights. The applied research strategy uses a normative juridical with qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and statute approach. The newness of this study is not only discuss how to imposition mortgage rights on HGB, but will also  discussion focused on validity and consequences if HGB as an object of mortgage rights is implemented out without consent of holder of management rights. The conclusion that can be cited from this discussion is that HGB as object of mortgage without consent of holder management rights does not have legal validity and as a result the imposition of mortgage rights can be requested for cancellation and can be null and void by law with a ruling from a court. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk menelaah mengenai keabsahan HGB sebagai objek hak tanggungan dan akibat hukum dari HGB sebagai objek hak tanggungan yang dilakukan tanpa adanya persetujuan pemegang hak pengelolaan. HGB merupakan salah satu hak atas tanah yang berdiri di atas tanah hak pengelolaan dan dapat dibebani hak tanggungan dengan persyaratan harus disetujui oleh pemegang hak pengelolaan. Namun, seringkali ditemukan pemegang HGB membebankan hak tanggungan tanpa persetujuan pemegang hak pengelolaan, sehingga keabsahan serta akibat hukumnya perlu dipertanyakan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, penting adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai keabsahan dan akibat hukum HGB sebagai objek hak tanggungan tanpa persetujuan pemegang hak pengelolaan. Metode penelitian bersifat yuridis normatif dengan teknik pendekatan yang menggunakan undang-undang dan metode analisa berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah pembahasan tidak hanya membahas mengenai bagaimana membebankan hak tanggungan terhadap HGB, namun akan difokuskan juga kepada keabsahan dan akibat hukum HGB sebagai objek hak tanggungan dilakukan tanpa persetujuan pemegang hak pengelolaan. Kesimpulan yang dapat dikutip dari pembahasan ini adalah HGB sebagai objek hak tanggungan tanpa persetujuan pemegang hak pengelolaan tidak memiliki keabsahan secara hukum dan akibatnya, pembebanan hak tanggungan tersebut dapat dimintakan pembatalan dan dapat batal demi hukum dengan putusan pengadilan.
