The population of this study included companies listed on LQ 45 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The sample used in the study consisted of 13 companies. Sampling techniques with targeted sampling. Double linear regression analysis is used as the data analysis technique. The results of this study show that a company’s profitability, liquidity, and size do not have a significant negative impact on stock returns and systematic risk had no major positive impact on the return company shares incorporated into the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s LQ 45 indicator. Adjusted R2 is 0,016. It can than be understood that the 1,6% variation in the price to earnings ratio percentage of companies listed on the LQ 45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be accounted for by the four independent variabels: systematic risk, profitability, liquidity, and company size. Employee performance plays an important role in the success and sustainability of the company. Effective management of employees is the key to achieving organizational goals, and factors affecting employee performance have become a major concern in human resource management. Although many studies have been conducted with respect to these factors, there are variations in results and findings. And those who study the factors of delegation, authority and responsibility for employee performance have not been many. So the title of this study is to study the Influence of Delegation, Authority, Responsibility on Employee Performance. This study uses a survey method of a sample of employees from various levels of hierarchy in Agency "X". The data collected is then analyzed using statistics i.e. by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that a higher level of delegation from superiors had a positive impact on employee performance. It was also found that clear authority and well-defined responsibilities contributed positively to employee performance. It can be concluded that the independent variables tested, namely delegation, authority, and responsibility, have a significant influence on the performance of employees in organization "X". Furthermore, policies and practices that support more effective and efficient management of human resources, including management training that understands the importance of delegation and the granting of appropriate authority, can be applied to the organization of "X" and other organizations.

At the National Teacher's Day commemoration event in 2019 the Minister of Education and Culture or the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated the concept of "Free Learning Education". This concept is a response to the needs of the education system in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, Minister Nadiem Makarim said that freedom to learn is freedom to think, freedom to think is determined by the teacher, so the main key that supports the new education system is the teacher, where the teacher is tasked with shaping the future. front of the nation. The concept of Freedom to Learn is no longer an idea but rather a policy that will be implemented. Freedom to learn is a word that is often interpreted and explained as freedom in its true sense. The point of the problem is that there are still restrictions everywhere, especially in education, educators and students cannot feel sufficient autonomy to determine the direction of policy in learning and teaching because they are still regulated by regulations which make the implementation and evaluation process plans carried out seem limited and tie. The concept of Freedom of Learning is an agreement in reconstructing the national education system, by reorganizing the education system in order to support the progress of change and progress of a nation that adapts to changing times.

Traditional markets are transaction centers and supply networks for people's basic needs so that in traditional markets there is quite strong competitiveness between traders because in traditional markets many traders sell the same merchandise as other traders. Therefore, in serving consumers, traders must provide good service so that consumers feel comfortable and will return and become regulars at the shop. In traditional markets there is a relationship or personality relationship between sellers and buyers. This is related to the concept of social capital which is getting to know each other and in which there are also elements of trust, social networks and normative values ??between economic actors. Social capital in traditional markets plays a very important role in the existence of traditional markets so it is not surprising that the development of modern markets is increasingly widespread nowadays, but traditional markets can still survive and become a culture and necessity that is still very much needed by the local community to this day. The research method for analyzing Trader Interactions in Traditional Markets to Improve Economic Welfare in Tanggul Wetan Village uses descriptive methods. In this research analysis, we use social capital theory based on Pierre Bourdieu's perspective, which states that the definition of social capital is the amount of resources, actual or virtual, that are gathered in an individual or group because they have a long-lasting network of reciprocal relationships of acquaintance and more or less recognition. institutionalized (Field, 2011:23). We researchers use the concept of trust.

Understanding data processing for young researchers such as students is crucial to completing the final assignment. An important phase in determining research results after data collection in the field is completed is the data processing stage. This stage is often an obstacle for novice researchers due to the limited development of materials from lectures that have been attended previously. Therefore, this community service becomes a medium for solving problems, namely by holding data processing training carried out in the form of a workshop. This data processing workshop is used for data collected through secondary data and primary data which is carried out in providing materials and practices. This workshop uses the SmartPLS software tool, starting with an introduction to the software, terms of use, and data processing practices. This activity is carried out within the STIE Totalwin environment, namely by forming a community service team as a resource person and the activity implementation committee. The training that was carried out can be followed well. The implementation of the data processing workshop can be carried out and run smoothly. The benefits of this activity are felt by all parties involved in this workshop.

Abstrak:
Introduction: Surveillance is traditionally associated with negative authoritative monitoring to control society and often viewed as invasion of state authority that disregarded citizens’ right to privacy. However, ongoing technological advancements in networked, mobile and digital technologies facilitate social transformations in surveillance. Users of digital technology can also engage in surveillance. This research explored Malaysian social media users’ awareness and perception of social surveillance and investigated the manner of which social surveillance was utilised. Methods: Drawing upon a series of in-depth interviews conducted via Facebook messenger with a selected group of Malaysian social media users, this paper explored how Malaysians understand social media as a tool of surveillance and empowerment. Malaysians, being some of the most active users on social media platforms in the world were selected for this study. Findings: Findings suggested that surveillance did not merely subject individuals to scrutiny but also offered opportunities for empowerment because of that scrutiny. Empowerment through social surveillance brought benefits to individual users and also encourages an expansion of surveillance activities. However, most do not perceive such conduct as surveillance because the interviewees viewed institutional surveillance as actual surveillance while social surveillance as a concept was foreign to them. Originality: Surveillance studies is still an emerging field in Southeast Asia and is rarely taught as an independent subject in Malaysia. This perspective of this research considered the use of surveillance as a tool for empowerment and this is not an area that is studied much in this part of the world.
