Abstrak:
Corruption is a serious problem that has become a concern in many countries, including Indonesia. Regional governments as entities responsible for the provision of public services and the use of public budgets have an important role in efforts to prevent and reduce corruption. Corrupt practices undermine public trust in the government, hinder economic, social and political development, and result in significant financial losses for the state and society. Corruption results in huge losses for Indonesian society and the economy. Public funds that should be used for infrastructure development, education and health services are often misused or siphoned off by corrupt parties. This impact can hinder improving the quality of life of Indonesian people and the country's economic growth. The crime of corruption is defined as a violation of people's rights, therefore the crime of corruption is included in the category of extraordinary crimes, where extraordinary methods are needed to overcome them (Butt, 2017).

Abstrak:
Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is a global problem in both developed and developing countries and is the cause of stroke as the second death and third disability. Efforts are needed to reduce and control the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (?) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

Through literature analysis, this study identifies various concepts, methods and practices related to Green Accounting. This concept includes carbon footprint measurement, product life cycle analysis, environmental impact evaluation and sustainability reporting. Methods such as input-output analysis, environmental cost analysis, and ecological value evaluation are used to measure and account for the environmental impact of a company's activities. The research results show that implementing Green Accounting can help companies identify opportunities for resource efficiency, reduce environmental risks, improve the company's image, and meet stakeholder demands regarding sustainability. However, challenges such as limited data, measurement complexity, and lack of uniform standards are still obstacles in implementing Green Accounting. The global perspective in this study highlights differences in the acceptance and implementation of Green Accounting in various countries and industrial sectors. Several developed countries have adopted regulations that encourage sustainability reporting, while developing countries still face challenges in integrating Green Accounting principles into their business practices. Thus, this research concludes that Green Accounting has an important role in encouraging corporate sustainability globally. Further research is needed to overcome implementation challenges and increase understanding of the positive impacts that can be generated through implementing Green Accounting in the context of corporate sustainability.

With the times, the modus operandi of crime has also evolved. It’s characterized by crime victims who are currently not only limited to adults, but children are also often victims. One of the crimes that often befall children is sexual abuse. Indonesia as a state of law has attempted to protect children from crime, for example by establishing laws and regulations. One form of protection is by providing rights for child victims of criminal acts, one of which is the right to restitution. However, in practice, the provision of restitution hasn’t t been optimally implemented. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of the provision of restitution that hasn’t been optimally implemented, especially in the case of Decision Number 133/Pid.Sus/2023/PN. This research uses empirical legal research methods with interview data collection techniques. Based on the results of the research, there are two factors that become obstacles in providing restitution for child victims. First, internal factors in the form of the absence of coercive rules if the perpetrator doesn’t pay restitution, administrative requirements for submitting restitution requests that burden the victim, and there are no rules that guarantee restitution is immediately paid by the perpetrator. Second, external factors in the form of the victim's lack of legal awareness and still focusing on punishing the perpetrator.

Plastic waste is a global problem that is increasing every year because it is difficult to decompose. This article discusses the growth in waste volume in Indonesia which is triggered by population growth, urbanization, and changes in consumption patterns, as well as the main challenges in waste management at the Bantargebang TPST. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this article highlights the need for a comprehensive approach to waste management, including the establishment of waste banks and increasing public awareness. The main challenges at the Bantargebang TPST include decreasing capacity and difficulties in handling single-use plastic waste. The proposed solutions include expanding TPST capacity, implementing environmentally friendly technology, increasing public awareness, developing adequate infrastructure, and greater funding allocation. Collaboration between the government, the private sector and the community is the key to overcoming this challenge and building a sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management system at the Bantargebang TPST.
