Ergonomic exercises can lower blood pressure by restoring the elasticity of blood vessels and improving blood flow. The research method used was a case study involving 2 different respondents. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of applying ergonomic exercises to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive clients. This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects in this study were two individuals with the same case in two different families with hypertension. Those who were given the same treatment where blood pressure was measured pre and post doing ergonomic exercises. The implementation was carried out 3 times a week for a duration of 30 minutes. The results of the study showed that the blood pressure of the respondents experienced a decrease in blood pressure in systole 14-37 MmHg and diastole 4-15 MmHg. The application of ergonomic exercises is effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers.
 
 
 

Satisfying excellent service will definitely have an impact on achieving a standard value of satisfaction for patients or service recipients. Patient satisfaction is the best assessment of the description of the diversity of service quality received by patients. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction at the general polyclinic at the Mamburungan Health Center, Tarakan City, by applying the RATER concept, namely responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy, and reliability. This research is descriptive quantitative using the Cross Sectional Study method conducted on 165 respondents, using a questionnaire, with the result that the quality of service is good, and patient satisfaction at the Mamburungan Health Center is satisfied. The results of the data analysis test Rho Spearman's P value (Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 and ? 0.05 which proves that there is a significant relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction in the general polyclinic at the Mamburungan Health Center, Tarakan City. It is hoped that the Mamburungan Public Health Center can further improve quality services by creating separate examination rooms so that patient privacy can be better maintained, not combining multiple services so that patient privacy and comfort can be increased, and building cleanliness, service rooms, tidiness, and the appearance of officers so that they can be further improved so that maximum patient satisfaction can be achieved.
 

The crime of corruption is one part of a special crime in addition to having certain specifications that are different from general crimes. White Collar Crime is a term applied to people who wear ties who have high intelligence and commit criminal acts of corruption. As we all know, corruption is an extraordinary crime. Not only because it costs the state money, but it has an impact on all development programs, the low quality and quality of education, the low quality of facilities, equipment and infrastructure, as well as the problem of poverty that has not been addressed. Corruptors have taken away people's rights, human rights, and are against humanity. The principles of democracy which uphold transparency, accountability and integrity, as well as the security and stability of the Indonesian nation are threatened due to corruption crimes. Many corruptors who have been found guilty by the court and undergoing training in correctional institutions can quickly return to society because they have obtained their rights as correctional inmates, one of which is obtaining the conditional release program. The role of the Medan Class I Correctional Center is needed to realize the effectiveness of mentoring clients for criminal acts of corruption who are undergoing conditional release so that they can be accepted in society. Guidance provided to clients who have committed criminal acts of corruption must be carried out under supervision to determine the effectiveness of each guidance program provided until the guidance is finally terminated.

HIV and AIDS are very dangerous diseases, and they are a serious concern for the government of the NTB province. The spread of this disease is almost throughout the NTB province. Data from the NTB Provincial Health Office in 2021 shows that the health centers with the highest number of HIV and AIDS cases are among males. This research aims to determine the percentage of the population who died due to HIV/AIDS based on age and gender in the NTB province in 2020. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative descriptive research is used to determine the percentage of the population who died due to HIV/AIDS based on age and gender in the NTB province in 2020. Researchers used interviews and documentation. Respondents were selected using purposive random sampling, where the researchers themselves determined who would be the informants for the study. The results of the research show that there are people who are concerned and active in dealing with AIDS, but many are not involved in AIDS prevention due to various factors. Combating AIDS requires active participation from multiple parties, including the government, the community, those who are infected, and those who are affected.

Playing and children are a unity that is commonly claimed in many places. Playing and children are like a whole for both traditional and modern games. Nowadays, children prefer modern technology-based games which can be played at home without meeting other friends. In fact, interacting with friends can have a positive impact on the socialization process of children. This socialization process will slowly emerge when children play with their friends and hence traditional games are the right choice for this process. At the same time, traditional games that are slowly displaced by technological developments will indirectly be preserved again if we start to play it again. The method used in this paper is literacy study. The location of this research was in Ujung Biru Hamlet, Brayo Village, Wonotunggal District.  Nyadran activities in Ujung Biru Hamlet are held in the month of Muharrom because Muharrom is not the Hijri New Year. This study aims to compare and predict the prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in various sub-districts and healthcenters in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) between 2018 and 2022. The data was sourced from the Disease Management Section of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office. The research examines the number of individuals with DM and the percentage of DM patients receiving healthcare services according to established standards. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, there was an increase in the number of patients with DM in across West Nusa Tenggara. The population of DM patients increased annually from 2018 to 2022, with the most significant increase in 2018 and 2019. However, the number of DM patients who received healthcare services according to standards was decreased in 2019. This suggests a pressing need to enhance the healthcare system in West Nusa Tenggara to improve access and the quality of care for individuals with DM. This study offers valuable insights into the challenges and advancements in healthcare services for DM patients in West Nusa Tenggara. The findings of this study serve as a foundation for improved policies and more effective health programs aimed at the issue of Diabetes Mellitus in the West Nusa Tenggara region.

Panduan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) yang telah disahkan dalam Keputusan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 136 Tahun 2022 mejadi pedoman yang jelas dan mengikat mengenai adanya kewajiban bagi BUMDesa untuk menyusun Laporan Keuangan. Berdasarkan fakta dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Berkah Jaya Kabupaten Pekalongan, sejak berdirinya sampai akhir tahun 2023, belum menyusun Laporan Keuangan BUMDesa. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelola BUMDesa Berkah Jaya tidak memahami siklus akuntansi dan proses penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDesa. Kondisi ini menjadi unsur kelemahan dalam pengelolaan BUMDesa tersebut. Dalam rangka memberikan pemahaman mengenai Proses Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan BUMDesa maka dilaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yaitu Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan bagi pengelola BUMDesa Berkah Jaya Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh perangkat pengelola BUMDesa Berkah Jaya Kabupaten Pekalongan. Pada akhir kegiatan, keterampilan penataan serta pengelolaan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku dan wajib disusun sebagai perwujudan tata kelola keuangan BUMDesa Berkah Jaya yang taat asas telah dapat dipahami oleh peserta.

Aside from being a source of learning for the learning community, childhood literacy is also the basis for childhood competing in the revolutionary 4.0 era, ranging from infrastructure development, expansion and learning performance which will become an asset of Indonesia. Simultaneous collaboration efforts with multi-effect players are needed to improve the public literacy index. One of the efforts is through the Reconstruction of digital library learning for early childhood education. The analysis technique in this research is the content analysis.

. Tofu is a soybean product which is very popular and widely produced in Indonesia. Tofu is white in color and has a soft and creamy texture. This study aims to analyze buying-motivation factor, reference group, consumer income, and the place of buying influence the decision on the number of tofu-buying at the KLB Tofu Factory and to determine the dominant factors influencing the decision to buy tofu. This research was conducted at the KLB Tofu Factory, Jalan Pelabuhan Ketapang 1, Kelurahan Bakalan Krajan, Kecamatan Sukun, Malang City. The study’s sampling method is sampling accidental. The study’s population is 525 people and the sample is 84 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. Data were collected using questionnaires from 84 respondents who were samples from tofu consumers who bought tofu directly at the KLB Tofu Factory. The analytical tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis using the f test (simultaneous), t test (partial); and the dominant factor influencing the decision on the number of tofu buying at the KLB Tofu Factory is determined by comparing the beta value (?) or the magnitude of the beta coefficient (?) on the results of the t test (partial). The results show that simultaneously the independent variable (X) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) the number of tofu buying. Variables that partially have a significant effect are buying motivation, reference group, and consumer income. While the place of purchase variable has no significant effect on the number of tofu buying. The dominant factor that influences the number of tofu purchases is buying motivation. The value of the beta coefficient (?) of buying motivation is greater than the value of the reference group, consumer income, and place of purchase.
