<p><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan 40 responden dan populasi sesuai kriteria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Van Techno Saa. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menguji kemampuan variabel independen (X) dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dengan variabel intervening (Z). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 40 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Pengalaman kerja dengan kompetensi yang berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi komunikasi meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.</span></p><p><em><span>This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and communication on labor productivity with competency as a mediating variable. Sampling used non-probability sampling with 40 respondents and a population according to the criteria. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Van Techno Saa. The analytical methods used are classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis and Sobel test. This is done by testing the ability of the independent variable (X) to provide an indirect influence on the dependent variable (Y) with the intervening variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of 40 respondents, it shows that work experience has a significant influence on productivity, communication has a significant influence on productivity, competence has a significant influence on work productivity, work experience and communication have a significant influence on competence. Work experience with competencies that function as communication mediating factors increases labor productivity.</span></em></p>

Poor water quality will be the start of disease for shrimp and cn cause stress. Poor water quality can affect growth, metabolic processes and survival. Shrimp become low. The aim of this research is to find out whether the optimal quality management for the survival of vannamei shrimp (litopenaeus vannamei) at the reborn vannamei farm is optimal. The data alalysis method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analiysis techniques.The survival percentage of vaname shirmp from plot A 93,78%, plot B 92,68%, plot C 92,40% and plot D 90,38%. All plot showed a high survival rate from the standard value set by PT. Proteina Central Prima or CP Prima.

Indonesia as an agricultural country rich in natural resources, relies heavily on agriculture to support its economy, especially in Central Java where the majority of the population are farmers. However, many rural areas, such as Tegalrandu village in Srumbung, Magelang, face challenges due to limited agricultural knowledge and resources. This study aims to empower farmers in Tegalrandu by improving their agricultural practices through the use of compost as a sustainable fertilizer. This study uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology, which focuses on local strengths and assets to catalyze community-driven development. Participants included local farmers who were engaged through a series of workshops and hands-on training in compost production using household waste and natural activators. The results showed that farmers successfully produced high-quality compost, leading to improved soil health and crop yields. In addition, the community showed increased knowledge and confidence in sustainable agricultural practices. This study underscores the importance of participatory approaches in agricultural development, highlighting the potential of composting to not only increase crop production but also foster economic resilience among rural farmers. The implications extend beyond local agricultural practices, suggesting that similar empowerment strategies can be applied in other rural contexts to promote sustainability and community development.

Al-Ghazali menghasilkan sekitar 300 karya dalam setahun yang mencakup berbagai macama bidang ilmu yaitu logika, filsafat, akhlak, fiqh, tafsir, tasawuf, politik, dan ekonomi. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode fiqh dan filosofis sulit diterima. beberapa karya tulisan hasil pemikiran nya antara lain 'Ulm al-Din, al-Mustasifa, Mizan al-Amal, dan al Tibr al Masbuk fi Nasehat al Mulk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang mana dipahami sebagai metode penelitian yang menggunakan informasi deskriptif yang diperoleh dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari objek yang diteliti. teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi dokumentasi mulai dari kitab-kitab keagamaan dan keuangan negara dan kegiatan produksi. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa didalam pemikirannya khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi Imam Ghazali menekankan pentingnya konsep keadilan disetiap teorinya. Didalam ekonomi Islam, distribusi kekayaan harus adil dan memparhatikan kebutuhan orang-orang yang kurang mampu. beliau secara tegas menolak riba (bunga) yang dianggap sebagai bentuk ekosploitasi ekonomi yang tidak bermoral. ia mengedapankan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang melarang praktik-praktik yang tidak adil.

The academic world is an important focus in doing assignments, which is a process that is full of obstacles because there are many challenges that students must go through while working on it. In Indonesia, there has been a threat to the well-being of students in the form of academic stress and there are various cases of the consequences of this pressure. This article aims to outline the importance of overcoming student stress in the academic field, as well as efforts to overcome the problem based on a biblical perspective on stress. Qualitative method with analytic descriptive approach, which explains the situation under study in detail through descriptive presentation. Qualitative research methods through literature studies related to "Theological Review of Academic Stress" can be accessed by reviewing journal articles and studying theories from the literature that support this research. This research can produce relevant data through analyzing various sources of information found by the researcher through explanations based on the researcher's observations of existing data. In the next stage, the research will explore the biblical or theological perspective on stress, relating it to academic stress. The research shows the results of the complexity of academic stress with implications for mental, emotional, and physical well-being as well as the quality of academic achievement. The theological perspective highlights how important it is to manage everyone's worries and stress based on a correct understanding of theology.
 
 

Perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja semakin meningkat. Pengetahuan remaja yang rendah tentang bahaya seks bebas disertai dengan kurangnya peran orangtua dalam pengawasan remaja menjadi penyebab munculnya perilaku seksual pranikah. Orangtua yang menjalankan fungsinya sebagai edukator dalam keluarga, diduga mampu menurunkan perilaku negatif remaja yakni perilaku seksual sebelum nikah.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan peran orangtua dengan pengetahuan seks pranikah remaja di Universitas X Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi adalah semua mahasiswa di Universitas X Malang, dengan sampel sejumlah 135 orang mahasiswa, menggunakan accidental sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner, dan Analisa data menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir setengah responden (48,9%) mempunyai peran orangtua dengan kategori yang baik; Sebagian besar responden mempunyai pengetahuan keluarga yang baik (71,9%); serta ada hubungan antara peran orangtua dengan pengetahuan seks pranikah pada remaja (p=0,001). Direkomendasikan peneliti selanjutnya untuk menambahkan kajian peran orangtua lebih yang spesifik berkaitan dengan pengetahuan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja

This research is motivated by the increasing development of sharia banking, the competition in the banking industry will become more competitive and it will become increasingly difficult to maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the influence of Sharia Financial Literacy, Digital Marketing and Brand Image on customer loyalty. This research is included in Quantitative research. The population of this research was customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, East OKU Regency, a sample of 96 respondents was taken using calculations using the lemeshow formula. This research data analysis was assisted by using SPSS 26 software to make it easier for researchers to carry out calculations. The results of this research show that sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The calculated F value is 42,488 and the significant value is 0.00 so that Sharia financial literacy, Digital Marketing and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant positive effect.

This research was conducted because of the emergence of cases of environmental pollution due to excessive production activities and the lack of awareness of business actors towards environmental conservation. Since the emergence of COVID-19 in Indonesia, the demand for medicines and other consumer products has increased. Public demand for companies to continue to care about environmental sustainability to reduce the negative impact of company activities on the environment. One concept that can be applied by management to handle problems that occur between the environment and the company is the concept of eco-efficiency. The purpose of this study is to, first, test the effect of eco-efficiency on firm value, second, test the effect of eco-efficiency on firm value with profitability and leverage as moderating variables. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 using purposive sampling method. This research analysis method uses simple regression analysis and moderating analysis regression (MRA). This study provides evidence that environmental management implemented by the company can significantly provide good company value, besides that the high level of profit earned by the company can moderate the relationship between eco-efficiency and company value with a positive effect but in this study leverage cannot moderate the eco-efficiency relationship.
 
 

The aim of the research is to determine the impact of discounts on customer interest in Kazana cosmetics MSMEs in the field of struggle. The hypothesis in the research is that discounts have a positive impact on consumer interest. The type of research used is descriptive research. By using primary and secondary data sources. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis data and qualitative analysis. The research results found that from this analysis price has a positive or significant influence on buying interest. The existence of price discounts will increase consumer buying interest, meaning that if the price discount is higher it will influence the high tendency of consumers to be interested in making purchases.

Handling diseases in children under five years is very important in public health because they are vulnerable to serious diseases such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and malnutrition. Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.
