Mental health has now become a global health problem for every country, where the process of globalization and the rapid progress of information technology has an impact on the social and cultural values ??of society. Clients with mental disorders have several problems, including a self-care deficit. The method used was assessment, implementation and evaluation with a sample size of 5 respondents with the inclusion criteria being clients who experienced self-care deficits. The results showed that all 5 respondents experienced self-care deficits, the actions taken were identifying the client's abilities, teaching the client in personal hygiene and helping the client to carry out personal hygiene. The nurse's task is to be able to provide professional nursing actions in order to reduce problems and achieve targets to increase the client's independence in carrying out self-care, marked by the client being able to fulfill personal hygiene needs independently.

Pemilihan rumah sakit untuk layanan medis merupakan faktor penting dalam  menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan. Namun kenyataannya masayarakat sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan rumah sakit terbaik. Penentuan rangking Rumah Sakit sangat penting karena dapat berpengaruh dalam kinerja yang diberikan dalam setiap rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan kriteria dan urutan Rumah Sakit terbaik yang ada di Kota Kediri. Dalam hal itu peneliti membuat sistem yang merekomendasikan rumah sakit terbaik untuk membentu masyarakat dalam menilai rumah sakit tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) untuk menganalisa kriteria, melakukan perhitungan, dan merangking alternatif rumah sakit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online dengan cara kuesioner. Hasil dari perhitungan yang dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Google Spreadsheet dan perhitungan sistem menghasilkan hasil akhir dengan nilai yang akurat. Dari hasil perhitungan Rumah Sakit terbaik yang mendapatkan peringkat tertinggi adalah RSUD Gambiran dengan nilai (0,764930) diikuti RS Bhayangkara dengan nilai (0,658203) kemudian RSUD Baptis dengan nilai (0,650173) lalu RS Muhammadiyah dengan nilai (0,620741) dan urutan terakhir RS Kilisuci dengan nilai (0,235069).

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan virus yang dapat memicu kerusakan pada sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia, menyebabkan infeksi pada orang yang terkena serta dapat mengurangi sistem kekebalan tubuh dan jika tidak segera disembuhkan akan terjangkit penyakit lain yang disebut dengan Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrom (AIDS). Kebutuhan obat ARV bagi ODHA mempengaruhi kebutuhan stok obat yang harus dipasok pemerintah ke Kabupaten/Kota. Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan kebutuhan obat dari pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota, serta penerimaan permintaan obat, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pencatatan dan pelaporan mutasi obat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami bagaimana rangkaian proses pada supplier, dan penyimpanan obat agar obat tidak mengalami kekosongan atau kelebihan stok dengan menganalisis Rantai Pasok dan melakukan peramalan pada metode Double Exponential Smoothing yang didapatkan hasil presentase error terkecil pada obat Tenofovir dengan nilai MAPE 14,7%.

Jasa ekspedisi di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang mengesankan seiring perkembangan e-commerce yang tak tertahankan. Kebutuhan akan jasa ekspedisi tidak terelakkan mendukung perkembangan masyarakat yang menempatkan e-commerce sebagai gaya hidup. Banyaknya pilihan dan tawaran jasa ekspedisi, sering membuat masyarakat lebih selektif dalam memilih jasa ekspedisi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan bobot kriteria terbaik berdasarkan preferensi pengguna dan menentukan urutan jasa ekspedisi terbaik yang bisa dipilih untuk melakukan pengiriman produk. Sistem dibangun menggunakan algoritma Weighted Product (WP) untuk menganalisis kriteria, melakukan perhitungan, dan merangking alternatif jasa ekspedisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai perusahaan ekspedisi. Sistem dirancang untuk mengakomodasi preferensi pengguna dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria sesuai dengan kepentingannya. Hasil dari uji sistem menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Weighted Product (WP) mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang akurat dan efisien untuk jasa ekspedisi terbaik, dengan peringkat tertinggi: JNT dengan nilai bobot V sebesar 0,215, diikuti oleh Shopee Express: 0,213, JNE dengan nilai 0,195, SiCepat: 0,186, dan Anteraja: 0,191. Dengan adanya sistem ini, konsumen dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih informatif dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam memilih jasa ekspedisi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan memberikan solusi yang bermanfaat bagi konsumen maupun pelaku usaha.

Chicken and duck eggs are highly nutritious food products that are popular among the Indonesian community. However, their perishable nature leads to a decline in quality if not further processed. The salting process is a simple preservation method that can also enhance the flavor of salted egg products. To produce salted egg products with high organoleptic quality preference, a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is implemented as a quality decision-making method based on: (1) the experts viewpoints on the importance level of organoleptic criteria, and (2) the scores of organoleptic tests for the criteria of texture, taste, and appearance. In this study, chicken and duck eggs were processed into salted eggs using a salting mixture made of a blend of scouring ash and table salt with a mass ratio of 5:4 and 5:6, resulting in product combinations coded as CE-5/4, CE-5/6, DE-5/4, and DE-5/6. Data processing results on the importance level from the experts viewpoints using the AHP method resulted that the criteria for texture, taste, and aroma had final priority weights of 0.244, 0.617, and 0.139, respectively. Final decision-making using the SAW method indicated that the highest to lowest final preference scores were obtained by products CE-5/4, DE-5/4, DE-5/6, and CE-5/6, with the final preference scores of 0.979, 0.963, 0.931, and 0.906, respectively. The results demonstrated that AHP and SAW were successfully implemented to assist in making decisions regarding the quality of salted egg products based on their organoleptic characteristics.

The digital transformation driven by advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has reshaped the media industry landscape in Indonesia. Although many media companies have adopted AI to enhance content efficiency and relevance, challenges in integrating this technology remain a significant issue. This research aims to explore the impact of AI implementation on the production, distribution, and consumption of media content in Indonesia, while also identifying the challenges and opportunities the industry faces. The methodology employed in this study is a case study approach, involving an analysis of several prominent media platforms in Indonesia, such as Kompas.com and Detik.com. Data were collected through interviews with industry practitioners and content analysis of published materials. The findings indicate that AI implementation has improved content personalization and operational efficiency but has also raised concerns about user privacy and the social implications of automation. The conclusions of this study underscore the importance of developing balanced strategies to harness AI's potential while addressing emerging ethical and social challenges. This research provides practical recommendations for stakeholders in the media industry to effectively and sustainably integrate AI into their operations.

This research is motivated by the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance sales and business sustainability. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of AI adoption on the operational efficiency and sales of MSMEs, as well as to identify the challenges encountered in implementing this technology. The research methods used include in-depth interviews with ten MSME owners and a questionnaire survey involving 50 MSME participants. The findings indicate that AI implementation, particularly through the use of chatbots and data analytics for marketing, significantly enhances operational efficiency and sales, with approximately 70% of respondents reporting increased sales. However, the study also identifies key challenges such as high implementation costs, limited technological literacy, and uneven digital infrastructure. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of support from the government and relevant institutions in providing financial incentives and training programs to encourage broader AI adoption among MSMEs.

In today's digital era, advances in technology and science are growing very rapidly. Of course, advances in technology and science affect various things. One of them android-based gadgets is utilization to make it easier to find information or knowledge that can be easily accessed. This research aims to design and create an application for the introduction of endemic animals in Indonesia. Endemic animals are species that only exist in certain places and are not found in other places, such as islands, countries, or other geographic areas. Android is an operating system that has an open source nature that allows it to make it easier to recognize and access information about Endemic Animals in Indonesia. The research method for designing and making applications uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The method begins with planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The final result of this research is an application for the introduction of endemic animals in Indonesia based on android. This application was successfully made with appropriate material and quiz features. Function testing on each feature is done with the black box method to ensure the material runs well to display images and material and the function on the quiz feature can function properly. Tests were also conducted with 3 android devices with different versions, namely versions 10, 12, and 13.

This study evaluated the impact of papaya leaf (Carica papaya L.) supplementation in bran feed on body weight and body size of chickens (Gallus domesticus). Three groups of chickens were fed with papaya leaf flour supplementation to see the efficiency on chicken growth. This study was conducted for 28 days at the "Rinael Farm" Farm, Pulerejo Village, Manggis, Mojosongo, Boyolali, Central Java. This study was implemented through an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) design that included three treatments and three repetitions: P0 (no supplementation), P1 (10% supplementation), and P2 (20% supplementation). The results of the study proved that 10% and 20% papaya leaf supplementation did not have a significant effect on chicken weight (P> 0.05). However, papaya leaf supplementation had a significant impact on the characteristics of chicken body size, with a p value <0.001. Papaya leaf supplementation increased chicken body size, with group P1 experiencing the most significant and consistent increase, while group P2 showed greater variation in growth. Supplementation with 10% papaya leaves (P1) proved to be the most effective in increasing chicken growth efficiency.

Work life balance is a problem experienced by health workers, one of which is in the nurse group. Nurses are faced with high role demands, where the tasks and responsibilities of activities that need to be completed at the same time, this will cause an imbalance in their personal lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work-life balance in nurses at the hospital. This correlation research design uses a crossectional approach. The research sample taken using total sampling amounted to 41 nurses. The research data was taken with a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that most (63.4%) nurses experienced heavy workload, and most (56,1%) nurses experienced currently work-life balance. Based on the results of the analysis using an ordinal scale with the Spearman Rho test, the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and the value = ?0.517, then H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between workload and work life balance in nurses at the hospital. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the hospital will pay attention in handling the tasks and responsibilities experienced by nurses so that nurses are able to manage time in completing their work to be maximized and directed without thinking about matters outside of their work.
