Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital is a Class D Hospital owned by the Indonesian Air Force located in Pakis, Malang Regency. Electronic Medical Records are currently used as a form of transformation of the health care system in Indonesia. Based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, it states that all Health Facilities in Indonesia must organize Electronic Medical Records no later than December 2023. However, the use of Electronic Medical Records has not been widespread in health facilities in Indonesia. So, the purpose of this research is to develop an online Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital outpatient registration application. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection using observation and interview methods with one of the medical record officers at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital. From the results of the study, the design of online registration of outpatients at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital to reduce the risk of errors in entering patient data to be registered. The test results show success in use as expected

Numerical literacy is a vital skill in daily life and plays an important role in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study aims to develop an assessment instrument that can measure the numeracy literacy of grade V elementary school students in understanding and applying the concept of comparative scale. This study uses a development method using a 4D development model for the stages of define, design, develop, disseminate The assessment instrument developed consists of various questions designed to test students' understanding of the comparative scale. The trial was carried out on a sample of grade V elementary school students to validate this assessment instrument. The results of the trial show that this assessment instrument has good validity and reliability in measuring students' numeracy literacy skills. This study aims to develop a support system that improves performance evaluation and facilitator roles at BBPPMPV-BBL Medan. The system is expected to simplify performance evaluation, enhance resource management effectiveness, and assist facilitators in carrying out their tasks optimally. The research findings indicate that this support system provides more accurate, structured, and effective performance evaluation, while enhancing facilitators' ability to maintain focus, manage time, and resolve conflicts. Implementing this system at BBPPMPV-BBL Medan contributes to increased productivity, efficiency, and performance quality, and enables proper recognition of high-performing individuals or teams.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of market risk, business risk, financial risk, profitability (ROA) on stock returns both partially and simultaneously in automotive companies. listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis methods used are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), F test, and T test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear analysis using the SPSS version 29.0 program. The results of this research are that market risk, financial risk, and profitability (ROA) have a negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, business risk has a positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the work environment on the loyalty of the Semarang Provincial Social Service. This research uses quantitative research approach with questionnaire method. The population in this study is the Social Rehabilitation and Social Empowerment division at the Central Java Provincial Social Service with a sample of 30 respondents from the two divisions. The sample for this study was selected using a random sampling procedure. By using SPSS 27.0 for Windows, data will be collected through questionnaires that have gone through Descriptive tests, Assumption Tests, Norma;itas Tests, Linearity Tests, Correlation Tests, and Regression Tests. Based on the results of all the tests mentioned above, the loyalty of employees of the Central Java Provincial Social Service is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment at the Central Java Provincial Office.

This research aims to determine the feasibility and develop e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker on the theme of 9 objects around us subtheme 1 single and mixed objects in class V of SDN Loji 2 Bogor City. The method used by Research and Development (R&D) is the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, implementation, Evaluation) model, but this research is only up to implementation. They are producing e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker with 19 student respondents. To test the feasibility, validation sheets of media experts, linguists, and material experts were used with results obtained in the suitable category for use in learning. The results of the research from the validator instruments of media experts, linguists, and material experts obtained an average of 92.45% and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average of 90.63%. Based on the results of research and development of e-book teaching materials using kvisoft flipbook maker, it can be categorized as suitable for use by students in the learning process.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, dimana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam masyarakat primitif, pendidikan formal tidak ada dan setiap anak belajar dari lingkungan sosialnya tanpa adanya guru tertentu yang bertanggung jawab atas kelakuannya. Namun, dalam masyarakat yang lebih maju, pendidikan formal di sekolah menjadi lembaga sosial yang penting dalam proses sosialisasi individu agar menjadi anggota masyarakat yang diharapkan. Pendidikan formal di sekolah memiliki peran besar dalam membentuk kepribadian individu, dimana hampir seluruh kelakuan individu dipengaruhi oleh orang lain. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya lingkungan pendidikan yang mencakup lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak baik secara sadar maupun tidak sadar.

Training on making soap from used cooking oil in Wonotenggang Village is an initiative to reduce household waste. The village community showed high enthusiasm in participating in this training. In addition to aiming to reduce waste, this training also provides an opportunity for participants to gain new experiences in managing used cooking oil effectively. Through this activity, the community can utilize the information they have obtained and be able to innovate in making soap from used cooking oil.

This study uses the Make a Match learning methodology in class XI-B1 SMAN 9 Surabaya to increase student learning outcomes on short story text content. 36 students participated in two cycles of the study. Following the implementation of the Make a Match learning paradigm, the results demonstrated a significant increase in student participation and learning outcomes. Despite some students still falling short of the KKM, the number of students in cycle 1 who received good and very good categories grew. Every student outperformed the KKM in cycle 2, with 41.7% placing them in the outstanding group and 58.3% in the good category. This approach worked well to increase overall student participation and learning results.
