Ultrasound Assisted Ethanolic Extraction of Ipomoea reptans Poir Leaves Antioxidant Activities, Total Phenolic and Flavonoids

																		Abstrak:
																		Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves contain phenolic and flavonoid compounds that can reduce free radicals and prevent diseases such as cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, and cancer. The drawback of conventional extraction is that it takes a long time, so a shorter extraction method is needed, one of which is the ultrasonic method. This study aims to test the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves extracted by ultrasonic method and determine the total phenolic and flavonoid content. Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves were extracted using the ultrasonic method at 50oC for 30 minutes with 70% ethanol solvent to obtain ethanol extract of Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves. Antioxidant activity test of ethanol extract of Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves using DPPH method and vitamin C as a comparison. Determination of total phenolic content using gallic acid with a maximum wavelength of 745.20 nm and operating time of 120 minutes. Determination of total flavonoid content using quercetin with a wavelength of 439.60 nm and operating time of 30 minutes. The results showed that the antioxidant activity of Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves obtained an IC50 value of 40.62 ppm (very strong). 																		Abstrak:
																		Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif, mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website terintegrasi STEM, dan mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website terintegrasi STEM Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dengan metode pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada uji coba skala besar sebesar 72 peserta didik dengan dibagi menjadi 2 kelas, yaitu 36 peserta didik digunakan untuk kelas kontrol dan 36 peserta didik digunakan untuk kelas eksperimen. Kelas kontrol diberikan perlakuan media pembelajaran powerpoint terintegrasi STEM dan kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website terintegrasi STEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website terintegrasi STEM sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,31 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Peningkatan pemahaman konsep pada kelas kontrol mendapatkan N-Gain Score sebesar 0,44 dengan kriteria sedang sedangkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep pada kelas eksperimen mendapatkan N-Gain Score sebesar 0,66 dengan kriteria sedang. Media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis website terintegrasi STEM efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran apabila dibandingkan dengan media pembelajaran powerpoint. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan adanya hasil skor rata-rata postest eksperimen lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil skor rata-rata postest kontrol dan terdapat perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang ditunjukkan dengan uji T sampel independent test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 2-tailed sebesar 0,003 (<0,05).

																		Abstrak:
																		The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and feasibility of the simple harmonic vibration practicum e-module assisted by the Phyphox application, the level of students' science process skills after using the e-module, and students' responses to the e-module. The method in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this study were 60 students of class XI MIPA 5 and XI MIPA 6 SMAN 1 Tengaran who were taken by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using questionnaires and tests. This study obtained the following results: (1) the results of the E-module practicum validation test by experts obtained a percentage of 73,44% with feasible criteria; (2) the results of students' science process skills were obtained by an average percentage of 78.96% who met the good criteria; and (3) the results of the student response test to the practicum e-module obtained a percentage of 87.25% with excellent criteria. Judging from these results, the simple harmonic vibration practicum e-module assisted by the phyphox application in this study is declared valid and can be used to train students' science process skills.

																		Sistem perbankan sangat bergantung pada kepercayaan pelanggannya, sehingga peran Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) sangat penting dalam menjaga kepercayaan ini. Sementara itu, memerangi kejahatan siber dan memastikan perlindungan hukum bagi pelanggan adalah aspek penting dalam menjaga keamanan sistem keuangan. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran LPS dan penyedia dompet digital DANA dalam melindungi pelanggan dan memberlakukan langkah-langkah hukum terhadap kejahatan siber. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis literatur dan regulasi yang relevan mengenai perlindungan pelanggan dan keamanan siber. Temuan penelitian menegaskan peran penting LPS dalam menjaga kepercayaan, mekanisme perlindungan hukum, penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan siber, dan upaya DANA untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi kejahatan siber. 																		Retail investment in emerging markets has experienced rapid growth, driven by technological advancements and increasing public awareness of financial management. However, behavioral biases often influence retail investment decision-making, such as overconfidence and herding, which can undermine portfolio performance. This study aims to identify the key behavioral biases affecting retail investors' decision-making in emerging markets and analyze their impact on investment performance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey of 200 retail investors with in-depth interviews to gain qualitative insights. The results reveal that overconfidence bias dominates, with a prevalence of 70%, followed by herding bias at 50%, anchoring at 40%, and loss aversion at 60%. Overconfidence bias showed a significant positive correlation with investment returns (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), while herding (r = -0.48, p < 0.03), anchoring (r = -0.35, p < 0.05), and loss aversion (r = -0.60, p < 0.02) had negative impacts on portfolio performance. This research contributes to the behavioral finance literature by highlighting the unique conditions of emerging markets, such as low financial literacy and limited access to information, which exacerbate the effects of behavioral biases. As a practical implication, the development of behavioral finance-based educational programs is recommended to help investors understand and manage these biases. 																		Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multimedia interaktif dapat membantu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi yang melibatkan peserta didik dan pengajar. Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa materi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif, yang menggabungkan teks, gambar, suara, dan unsur interaktif, efektif dalam mendorong minat belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas bahan ajar ini meliputi kualitas konten, desain antarmuka, serta dukungan teknis dan pedagogis dari pengajar. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan resistensi terhadap metode pembelajaran baru masih menjadi hambatan dalam penerapannya. 																		This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership supervision in efforts to improve the performance quality of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Economic Affairs Section at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision greatly depends on clear objectives, performance indicators, periodic evaluations, and open communication between leaders and staff. Although there are challenges such as ineffective communication and imbalanced workloads, proposed solutions include improving communication and utilizing technology to enhance supervision and employee performance. Optimal supervision has been shown to play a key role in improving PNS performance, with an emphasis on monitoring, evaluation, and skill development. Despite challenges like limited resources and ineffective communication, solutions such as training, open communication, and technology can improve supervision efficiency. Most PNS show a positive attitude towards management and supervision, although there is still room for improvement in communication and skill development. 																		Female prisoners face various challenges during detention, including the loss of their roles as mothers, social isolation, and privacy restrictions. During detention, female prisoners may feel bored, fear violence, and have difficulty building trust. They need to engage in emotion regulation and forgiveness to maintain their mental health. Sometimes, female prisoners experience difficulties in emotion regulation. Previous research has indicated that difficulties in emotion regulation impact the forgiveness process. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotion regulation and forgiveness among female prisoners. The research method used is quantitative with a convenience sampling technique. A total of 190 female prisoners aged 18-65 years completed the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Short Form (DERS-SF) and Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS) questionnaires. Spearman Correlation Analysis yielded r = -.324 and p = .001 < .01. The results indicate a negative and significant relationship between difficulties in emotion regulation and forgiveness. This means that the stronger the difficulties in emotion regulation, the weaker the tendency toward forgiveness. This conclusion can also be interpreted to mean that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotion regulation and forgiveness. In other words, the stronger the ability in emotion regulation, the stronger the tendency toward forgiveness. The research findings are expected to provide important insights into the development of more effective interventions to support emotion regulation and forgiveness, as well as the social reintegration process of female prisoners. Additionally, these findings can serve as a foundation for the development of further research ideas to explore the factors that influence emotion regulation and forgiveness.

																		Latar Pendahuluan : Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan gigi sangatlah penting, terutama dalam hal menjaga kebersihan gigi. Dengan pengetahuan yang memadai, seseorang dapat memengaruhi sikap dan perilakunya dalam merawat kebersihan mulut, selain itu Periode usia anak sekolah 6-12 tahun adalah salah satu kelompok yang rentan akan penyakit gigi dan mulut. Tujuan: Tujuan umum pada penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan kebersihan gigi dan mulut dengan perilaku menyikat gigi pada siswa kelas II dan III di Sekolah Dasar  Negeri Cimone 8  Kota Tangerang. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Teknik Sampel: Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Jumlah Sampel: jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi karena dimana jumlah sampel 100 siswa-siswi sama dengan jumlah populasi dan semuanya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Analisis Data: Analisis data mengunakan uji Chi Square test. Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan  ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kebersihan gigi dengan perilaku menyikat gigi pada siswa kelas II dan III di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Cimone Kota Tangerang, dengan nilai p=0,003 < 0,05.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan anatar pengetahuan tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut terhadap perilaku menyikat gigi. Saran: Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat bekerja sama dalam upaya pelayanan asuhan kesehatan gigi dengan Program Studi Kesehatan Gigi untuk memberikan promosi kesehatan gigi secara kontinyu sehingga siswa sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan budaya tindakan pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dengan benar.
