This article explores a community service initiative aimed at enhancing literacy among children in Rejatengah Village, Indonesia, as part of the national effort to develop Indonesia’s Golden Generation by 2045. The project was conducted by a team from Al Maksum College of Teacher Training and Education over a one-month period, targeting children aged 6 to 9 years. The initiative involved comprehensive educational activities, including literacy assessments, interactive workshops, and parental involvement, to foster a supportive learning environment. Significant improvements in literacy skills were observed, attributed to the innovative teaching methods and community engagement strategies employed. The establishment of a permanent educational resource center has ensured the sustainability of educational efforts, serving as a model for similar interventions in other rural areas. This project not only highlights the critical role of community-based educational programs in enhancing literacy but also demonstrates the potential of such initiatives to contribute to broader national development goals.

Training programs are very important for futsal coaches to achieve goals and maximize the team's potential. Through training programs, coaches can design effective training sessions to develop individual and team skills and develop appropriate playing strategies. The main problem faced is a lack of understanding of exercise programs and skills in creating effective exercise programs. This training involved 37 participants and used a structured method, including pretest, education, theoretical and practical training, mentoring, posttest and evaluation.  The aim of the activity is to increase participants' knowledge and skills in designing futsal training programs that are effective and suit the needs of athletes.  The training results showed a significant increase based on pretest and posttest data, the percentage of participants who understood the training program increased from 40.5% to 94.6%. Improving the quality of futsal coaching in Jayapura City is expected to improve athlete performance and advance the development of futsal sports in Jayapura City.

This research aims to analyze modern business practices within Islamic business ethics and the challenges and opportunities in implementing modern business practices from the perspective of business ethics in Islamic law. The implications of the application of Islamic business ethics in modern business practices can be seen in efforts to create a balance between profit and morality, as well as addressing socio-economic problems that often arise in today's business world, such as unfair distribution of wealth, exploitation of labor, and environmental damage. The urgency of this problem is increasingly relevant when today's business world prioritizes the principle of profitability which sometimes conflicts with ethical values. Phenomena such as market manipulation, monopolistic practices, and exploitation carried out by large companies show the importance of implementing business ethics in Islam that emphasizes balance and sustainability. Therefore, it is important to conduct a more in-depth study of how the principles of Islamic business ethics can be adapted and integrated into modern business practices so that they not only provide economic benefits but also provide broad social benefits to society. The implementation of these ethics can also help increase public trust in the business world and create a more equitable and sustainable business environment. This type of research will use a qualitative approach and literature analysis to analyze Islamic economic values and business ethics. The qualitative approach involves a thorough examination of primary and secondary sources related to Islamic economic principles and ethics. This process will include an analysis of texts related to the topic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis terhadap praktik bisnis modern dalam etika bisnis Islam dan tantangan dan peluang dalam menerapkan praktik bisnis modern dalam perspektif etika bisnis dalam hukum Islam. Implikasi dari penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam praktik bisnis modern dapat dilihat dalam upaya menciptakan keseimbangan antara profit dan moralitas, serta menanggulangi masalah sosial-ekonomi yang sering muncul dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, seperti ketidakadilan distribusi kekayaan, eksploitasi tenaga kerja, dan kerusakan lingkungan. Urgensi permasalahan ini semakin relevan ketika dunia bisnis masa kini mengedepankan prinsip profitabilitas yang kadang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai etika. Fenomena seperti manipulasi pasar, praktik monopoli, serta eksploitasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan besar menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan etika bisnis dalam Islam yang menekankan pada keseimbangan dan keberlanjutan. Penting untuk melakukan kajian lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dapat diadaptasi dan diintegrasikan dalam praktik bisnis modern, agar tidak hanya memberikan keuntungan ekonomi, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat sosial yang luas bagi masyarakat. Implementasi etika ini juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap dunia bisnis dan menciptakan lingkungan usaha yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis pustaka untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai ekonomi dan etika bisnis Islam. Pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang terkait dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi dan etika Islam. Proses ini akan mencakup analisis teks-teks yang terkait dengan topik tersebut.

Postpartum infection is likely to originate from infected perineal suture wounds. These suture wounds are caused by episiotomy or infected incisions and due to tears in the birth canal or perineal tears. This study aims to determine the Effect of Green Betel Leaf Boiled Water in Accelerating Perineal Wound Healing at the Beutong Ateuh Health Center, Beutong Ateuh Banggalang District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2024. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research method with a Post test with control group design. The population is all postpartum mothers who experience grade I-II perineal wounds at the Beutong Ateuh Health Center, Beutong Ateuh Banggalang District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, as many as 22 people. The number of samples used was 22 people obtained using the Total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test value. The results obtained in this study were from 22 respondents, there was a difference in the effect of green betel leaf decoction in accelerating the healing of perineal wounds in the intervention group and the control group with the independent sample t test obtained results for the value of p = 0.000 meaning p <0.05.

Car washes have become increasingly popular in some areas, but this growth has also had a negative impact on environmental quality, as untreated wash water is often discharged directly into car wash drainage systems without any prior treatment. This discharge of unfiltered wastewater can lead to high levels of COD (chemical oxygen demand) and surfactants in nearby water sources if carried out intensively. Much of the wastewater is often classified as waste. It is discharged by car wash operators into the drainage system and eventually into smaller waterways. In 2014, the Minister of the Environment highlighted the importance of managing cleaning waste due to its harmful effects on the environment and health. Based on the Pekanbaru Municipality's Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2003 on the payment of liquid waste treatment control permit, which stipulates that every industry must carry out waste treatment before discharging into the environment and each industry must also  pay a fee, this study will allow the design of absorption wells, which will be used to treat liquid waste from car washes, so that the wastewater absorbed into the ground is no longer a contaminated liquid waste. By treating the waste by the method of infiltration pits, it is hoped that the environment and the health of the residents around the laundry will be well preserved.

Planning effective English reading lessons is a complex task for teachers because of challenges such as variations in student ability levels, limited resources, and time constraints. This research aims to identify the main challenges teachers face in planning reading lessons, including improving students' reading comprehension, adjusting the level of support to students' abilities, and implementing reading strategies.  The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through semi-structured interviews with teachers from various levels of education. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify main patterns and themes.  The research results show that teachers face challenges in managing the diversity of students' reading abilities, selecting reading materials that are interesting and culturally relevant, and integrating technology into learning. Additionally, appropriate assessments for English Language Learners (ELL) students and the need to provide emotional support to students are also challenges. Limited professional training and resources contribute to this situation.  This research also concludes that successful learning to read English requires a multifaceted approach that includes learning adjustments, teacher training, collaboration, and access to a variety of reading materials. By providing adequate support for teachers, these obstacles can be overcome, so that reading learning becomes more effective and inclusive.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using a true or false strategy. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis with simple statistics and classroom action research procedures using 2 cycles of the Kurtlewin model. This research was able to obtain learning results in cycle I of 58.33%. After reflection, learning activities in cycle II became 83.33%, resulting in an increase of 25%. Then, the percentage of students who completed cycle I was 59.02% and students who completed cycle II was 77.08%, resulting in an increase of 18.06%.

The Anti-Bullying Program in Sinar Bhakti Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency aims to raise social awareness among elementary school children about the impact of bullying and the importance of social solidarity in the school environment. This community service uses a qualitative analysis method with a case study approach on elementary school children involved in the program. Data was collected through presentations and question-and-answer sessions with the students participating in the program, as well as observations of changes in their attitudes and social interactions during and after the program. This program is designed to provide a deeper understanding of bullying, both from the perspective of victims and perpetrators, and how it impacts individuals and communities. The results of this community service show that the program successfully increased students' understanding of bullying behavior and its effects on psychological, social, and emotional well-being. Additionally, the program strengthened empathy, cooperation, and solidarity among the students in Sinar Bhakti Village, as reflected in the positive changes in their social interactions, which became more inclusive and supportive. Most students who were previously unaware of the impact of bullying now recognize that such behavior is unacceptable in their social life. This program has proven effective in fostering a more positive anti-bullying culture among elementary school children in Sinar Bhakti Village and contributed significantly to the improvement of social awareness in their community.

Chronic diseases are degenerative conditions that significantly impact an individual's quality of life. Various degenerative diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and heart stroke, require immediate attention. Indonesia faces a dual burden in healthcare, grappling with both rampant infectious diseases and the rising prevalence of chronic degenerative illnesses. Therefore, health promotion efforts are crucial in preventing degenerative diseases among adolescents. This initiative targets teenagers due to their unhealthy lifestyle choices, which are evident in their smoking habits, poor dietary practices, insufficient consumption of fruits and vegetables, and a lack of physical activity. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance awareness regarding the prevention of degenerative diseases among youth and to address the emergence of such conditions in this age group. The results of the community service activities indicate a notable increase in average knowledge from 6.61 to 13.80 and an improvement in attitudes from 9.61 to 14.47. The community service activities were successfully executed, as evidenced by the smooth conduct of the events and the active participation of the adolescents. To improve health quality, it is essential to foster awareness and enhance education among teenagers about the prevention of degenerative diseases.

This study aims to analyze the business operations of LDR Café by examining the production, sales, and financial aspects. Given the increasingly competitive culinary industry, this study uses a field research methodology that includes observation, questionnaires, and documentation to collect primary and secondary data. The findings of the analysis indicate that non-financial factors, location, building materials, technology, and production processes are important things to consider. The marketing aspect also shows good potential with a significant increase in sales. In terms of finance, this business has been running along with the age of the project for seven years. The suggestions given include the development of more modern production technology, expansion of marketing distribution, and preparation of more detailed financial reports to monitor business performance. This study is expected to provide insight for culinary entrepreneurs in optimizing their businesses amidst tight competition.
