Abstrak:
Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha mereka. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami konsep keuangan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi keuangan kepada UMKM di Sendangmulyo yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi ini menuntut UMKM untuk bertahan agar tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan langsung melalui tutorial di lapangan, mengajarkan cara pembuatan laporan keuangan serta penerapan literasi keuangan. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM di Sendangmulyo dapat memahami pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik, mampu menyusun laporan keuangan yang benar, serta memprediksi harga jual dan keuntungan produk yang mereka pasarkan

Papaya is a fruit that is very popular with people because it contains many benefits. In Marga Bhakti Village there are quite a lot of papaya fruit trees, one of which is in the yard, but the residents of Marga Bhakti Village use papaya fruit only for consumption in the form of fresh fruit or cooked as a vegetable. The aim of this creative economic activity is to utilize papaya into high quality products. For this reason, candy is chosen which is very popular with the public. Abstrak:
This study began with differences in views from several researchers about the relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. With the results of this study, the research we conducted tried to conduct research by implementing business process agility so that there is a significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. This study was conducted by collecting data through direct distribution of questionnaires or through the use of Google Forms to respondents who are SME owners in Central Java Province. The sampling technique was carried out purposively with the criteria that SMEs have been operating for at least 5 years, where the number of samples obtained was 211 SME owners who met these criteria. The data was analyzed using Amos 22, where the results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and business process agility and a positive and significant relationship between business process agility and marketing performance.

Abstrak:
The training of Community Sports Cadres on Organizing Safe and Healthy Matches is motivated by the increasing number of sporting events which often ignore safety and health aspects. This activity involved 40 participants from the local community and the South Jayapura district youth organization. The aim of the activity is to increase understanding and skills in organizing matches in accordance with safe and healthy standards. The training method applied includes several steps, namely a pretest to measure participants' initial knowledge, followed by an education and training session that includes theory and practice, then ending with an evaluation. After the session, a posttest was carried out to assess the increase in participants' understanding. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge; The percentage of participants who understood the material rose from 67% of participants who understood and 33% of participants who did not understand during the pretest to 93% of participants who understood and the remaining 7% who did not understand after education and training. The conclusion of this activity shows that the training succeeded in achieving its goal of increasing the capacity of safe and healthy sports cadres. The resulting suggestion is the need to carry out similar training on a regular basis to continue to educate and empower the public in the safety and health aspects of organizing sports.

A smart village is a modern development effort to overcome problems. A bright town is a principle that includes concept development and technology implementation. This principle helps villages overcome issues that occur in villages, such as environmental problems, sanitation, environmental pollution, infrastructure, technological backwardness, and others. For this reason, this final report discusses the implementation of smart villages in Teratak Village, Muara Kaman District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Research for Smart Village activities uses descriptive research methods consisting of activity targets, strategies, and implementation. The target of community service and Smart Village activities is, of course, the entire community of Teratak Village. All activities in the Smart Village are carried out in collaboration with officials, village officials, village organizations, and school residents, not forgetting the Teratak Village community. As for its implementation, Smart Village uses several different methods. Smart Village is an activity that consists of six main programs where the programs are grouped into superior group work programs, namely making directional signs, healthy living education, planting TOGA (Family Medicinal Plants), reactivation of social media accounts, activation of posyandu and dengue fever education. , and waste collection activities. Apart from that, there are also seven other work programs, namely socialization of TOGA planting, making village maps, digital literacy education, developing village profile websites, socializing the importance of fish in children's growth and development, stunting education, and socializing the use of waste with eco-bricks.

Abstrak:
Increasing community literacy in environmental management is a strategic step to realize sustainable development. One practical approach that can be implemented is through community-based education. This article examines how local communities can become agents of change in increasing public awareness and understanding regarding environmental issues, such as waste management, natural resource conservation, and adaptation to climate change. Through a participatory approach, community-based education encourages direct community involvement in designing and implementing environmental programs that suit local needs. Case studies from various regions show that collaboration between communities, government, and the private sector can increase the effectiveness of educational programs and create long-term impacts. The work programs are processing organic and inorganic waste, processing agricultural land, planting trees, preventing dengue fever and making anti-mosquito spray, providing information related to Hoaxes and phishing link modes, and collecting data on MSMEs. Apart from that, there are also work programs regarding learning posts, introducing waste banks, making street signs, and creating village websites. The results obtained from this activity are an approach to the community through social activities carried out with residents and increasing community insight through the outreach and training programs provided. Apart from that, village facilities can be improved by creating street signs and village websites. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a practical guide in developing a sustainable community-based education model for environmental management.

Abstrak:
Achievement motivation is an important factor in achieving individual success, especially among teenagers. This research aims to explore the influence of social support from parents, teachers and peers on students' learning motivation at SMA N 1 Ngemplak, Boyolali. According to Santrock (2003), achievement motivation is the desire to complete tasks in order to achieve success. However, low levels of parental concern and conflict within the family often hinder students' learning motivation. Interviews with students show that many of them feel less supported, both at home and at school, which has a negative impact on their enthusiasm for learning. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, involving class XE-6 students and collecting data through questionnaires about social support and learning motivation. The research results show that there is no significant relationship between social support and learning motivation, with a p-value of 0.166, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05. Nevertheless, this research confirms the importance of environmental support to increase student learning motivation.

Abstrak:
Training programs are very important for futsal coaches to achieve goals and maximize the team's potential. Through training programs, coaches can design effective training sessions to develop individual and team skills and develop appropriate playing strategies. The main problem faced is a lack of understanding of exercise programs and skills in creating effective exercise programs. This training involved 37 participants and used a structured method, including pretest, education, theoretical and practical training, mentoring, posttest and evaluation. The aim of the activity is to increase participants' knowledge and skills in designing futsal training programs that are effective and suit the needs of athletes. The training results showed a significant increase based on pretest and posttest data, the percentage of participants who understood the training program increased from 40.5% to 94.6%. Improving the quality of futsal coaching in Jayapura City is expected to improve athlete performance and advance the development of futsal sports in Jayapura City.

This study aims to understand the influence of content marketing and influencer marketing on otak-otak purchasing decisions in Bintan Regency. The method used is a quantitative survey with online data collection via Google Form to 59 respondents aged 15-40 years who have consumed otak-otak in the area. Data were analyzed using SPSS software based on consumer behavior theory and the AIDA model, which focuses on how content and influencers can influence purchasing interest.The results of the study show that content marketing and influencer marketing significantly influence otak-otak purchasing decisions. Interesting content and trust in influencers can increase consumer interest and desire to buy the product. This finding shows the importance of the right digital marketing strategy in supporting local MSMEs to be able to compete and increase sales of regional products.However, this study has limitations in small samples and is limited to certain areas, so the results do not represent the entire population of otak-otak consumers in Bintan Regency. However, this study provides a practical contribution for MSME actors and local marketers to design more effective and targeted digital marketing strategies. Academically, this study enriches the study of digital marketing and consumer behavior in the local food industry.
