In Marga Bhakti Village there are quite a lot of papaya fruit trees, one of which is in the yard, but the residents of Marga Bhakti Village use papaya fruit only for consumption in the form of fresh fruit or cooked as a vegetable. The aim of this creative economic activity is to utilize papaya into high quality products. For this reason, candy is chosen which is very popular with the public. It is hoped that it can improve the economy in Marga Bhakti Village, Sinar Peninjauan District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

Ecoprint is a textile printing technique that uses natural materials, such as leaves, flowers, and plant stems, to create patterns on fabric. This method is environmentally friendly, reduces the use of hazardous chemicals, and produces unique motifs that cannot be repeated. The process involves direct contact between organic materials and fabric, similar to batik techniques but without special tools. Ecoprint is increasingly popular in the world of art and fashion as a sustainable alternative. The target of this PKM is children in Marga Bhakti Village, so that they can learn about the dangers of synthetic dyes and natural dyes and foster environmental literacy. The method applied in this PKM activity is to directly train children in Marga Bhakti Village to carry out eco-print activities directly. This activity can improve the knowledge and skills of children in Marga Bhakti Village. By introducing and also practicing eco-printing through eco-print making training attended by children, it will be able to improve creativity, skills and foster environmental literacy.

Background : Menstrual pain is caused by an increase in prostaglandin production triggered by a decrease in estrogen and progesterone hormone levels. Among the non-pharmacological approaches that can be used to reduce pain during menstruation is yoga therapy. Objective: The purpose of this literature review is to examine the relationship between yoga exercises and dysmenorrhea in reducing pain intensity among adolescents. The research method used in this literature review study is to obtain from the search for scientific research articles using the google scholar data base. As many as 279 articles were obtained and then identification and screening were carried out, so that 5 random articles were obtained that fit the criteria. The population in all five studies consisted of adolescent girls. Results: The findings from the five studies show that there is a relationship between yoga exercises and dysmenorrhea in reducing pain intensity among adolescents. Conclusion: It is recommended that adolescent girls, especially those who frequently experience dysmenorrhea, practice yoga exercises regularly to minimize the pain level during menstruation.

This study began with differences in views from several researchers about the relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. With the results of this study, the research we conducted tried to conduct research by implementing business process agility so that there is a significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. This study was conducted by collecting data through direct distribution of questionnaires or through the use of Google Forms to respondents who are SME owners in Central Java Province. The sampling technique was carried out purposively with the criteria that SMEs have been operating for at least 5 years, where the number of samples obtained was 211 SME owners who met these criteria. The data was analyzed using Amos 22, where the results of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and marketing performance. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between digital marketing innovation and business process agility and a positive and significant relationship between business process agility and marketing performance.

This research aims to prove the influence of work ability, motivation and work stress on the performance of village officials throughout Kaliori District. The population in this study was village officials throughout Kaliori District using a saturated sample, namely a total of 167 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially work ability and motivation have a positive effect and work stress has a negative effect, all of which are significant on the performance of village officials throughout Kaliori District. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.734, as is the variability of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which can be explained by independent variables which include work ability, motivation and work stress, amounting to 73.4%, while 26.6% is explained by variations in other variables not explained in this research.

Anemia in pregnant women is the main cause of bleeding and infection which is a major factor in maternal death. A woman who experiences bleeding after giving birth can suffer from severe blood deficiency (anemia) and experience long-term health problems. With a rate of 305 per 100,000 live births, Indonesia has a high maternal mortality rate (MMR) when compared to other ASEAN countries. The MMR target is 70 per 100,000 live births in 2030, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), 2017; WHO, 2022). Currently, the rate of anemia in pregnant women is still high. Based on 2018 RISKESDAS data, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 48.9%, meaning that 4-5 out of 10 pregnant women suffer from anemia. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) or Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is an important indicator of the level of public health and is a sensitive indicator in describing the welfare of society in a country. . This research uses a cross-sectional strategy, using numerical data through a retrospective survey with a sample of 35 people. Research Results Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that p.value = 0.003 and α = 0.05, where the P.value (0.003) < α (0.05) there is a relationship between maternal parity and the incidence of anemia. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that p.value = 0.005 and α = 0.05, where the P.value (0.005) < α (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of anemia. The Community Service Program (KKN) provides students with the opportunity to directly contribute to society, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the role of KKN-MB Posko 43 students in supporting the blood donation program in Penggaron Kidul Village, Semarang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation during the implementation of the KKN program. The research findings show that KKN students played a significant role in raising public awareness about the importance of blood donation through intensive socialization and education. In addition, students also contributed by facilitating blood donation activities through coordination with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and the local village government. The impact of this activity was reflected in the increase in the number of blood donors in the village, as well as the establishment of a sustainable blood donor community. The study concludes that the involvement of KKN students can have a positive impact on the sustainability of blood donation programs in rural areas, and this model is expected to be applied in other regions.

Keterbatasan sumber daya guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kendal menyebabkan keterampilan siswa untuk berwirausaha kurang mewadahi dalam memperkuat kompetensi lulusan yang tidak melanjutkan ke jenjang Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah mensosialisasi dan mendemonstrasikan pembuatan soygurt nangka berempah sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan survei, koordinasi, persiapan, pembagian kuisioner pre-test, penyampaian materi, mendemonstrasi pembuatan soygurt nangka berempah serta evaluasi kegiatan melalui pembagian kusioner post-test dan meminta testimoni kegiatan serta produk pada peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata sebesar 10,26% setelah mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Peserta dengan tingkat pemahaman sangat tinggi meningkat sebesar 33,33%. Bioteknologi pangan yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan dapat menarik sebanyak 35,71% siswa untuk berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, peserta yang awalnya belum mengerti dan belum pernah membuat soygurt nangka berempah menjadi lebih memahami dan menjadi memiliki gambaran dalam pembuatan soygurt nangka berempah.

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha mereka. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami konsep keuangan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi keuangan kepada UMKM di Sendangmulyo yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi ini menuntut UMKM untuk bertahan agar tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan langsung melalui tutorial di lapangan, mengajarkan cara pembuatan laporan keuangan serta penerapan literasi keuangan. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM di Sendangmulyo dapat memahami pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik, mampu menyusun laporan keuangan yang benar, serta memprediksi harga jual dan keuntungan produk yang mereka pasarkan

Soil microorganisms have an important role in improving soil health and supporting sustainable organic agriculture. They contribute to the decomposition of organic matter, management of nutrient cycles, control of pathogens, and improvement of soil structure. This research explores the role of microorganisms, such as bacteria, mycorrhizal fungi, and actinobacteria, in supporting soil fertility by increasing the availability of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for plants, as well as improving soil quality by increasing water retention capacity and reducing erosion. These microorganisms also act as biocontrol agents that inhibit pathogens, thereby reducing the need for chemical pesticides. However, managing soil microorganisms faces major challenges due to environmentally unfriendly agricultural practices, such as the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. This research emphasizes the importance of implementing sustainable agricultural principles to conserve soil microorganisms and maintain the health of the soil ecosystem as a whole. This study aims to provide insight into the role of soil microorganisms in increasing organic agricultural yields and recommend more effective and environmentally friendly management. These findings are expected to support the development of more productive and sustainable organic agriculture.
