Abstrak:
This study examines the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Berkat Mandiri Expedisi using a descriptive quantitative method with a randomly selected sample of 104 employees. Simple linear regression analysis shows that job satisfaction has a significant influence on turnover intention, with a regression coefficient of -0.450, a significance value of 0.000, and a t-value of -5.294, which is smaller than -t-table (-1.659). Additionally, the standardized coefficient (Beta) of -0.350 indicates that job satisfaction contributes to reducing turnover intention. These findings confirm that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the employees' intention to leave the company. Therefore, the company should focus on improving employee well-being, better reward systems, and a supportive work environment to reduce turnover rates. Further research is needed to explore other factors that also contribute to turnover intention, such as work pressure, career opportunities, and work-life balance.

Abstrak:
This study was motivated by the need to understand the impact of changing the education curriculum on elementary school students. Curriculum changes often pose challenges in their implementation, especially in terms of literacy in elementary school students. In addition, there are factors that influence student literacy such as the change from the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum, lack of support and attention from parents to students, and support from student schools. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of changing the education curriculum on elementary school students. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature study design. The literature review was conducted by examining information collected from primary and secondary data sources, including citing relevant references. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum also raises concerns about students' basic skills, especially in terms of reading because many students in Indonesia have difficulty reading, which can have a negative impact on their learning achievement in the future. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding and implementation of the independent curriculum in children's literacy

Abstrak:
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Social Studies (IPS) for class VIII C students at MTs Negeri 1 Pasuruan through the implementation of the cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by Educaplay media. The background of this research is based on the low student achievement, with only 06,25% of students scoring ?70 in the pre-action stage. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Each cycle included two meetings. The results showed a gradual improvement in student learning outcomes: 46,88% in the first cycle, 59,38% in the second cycle, and 78,12% in the third cycle. This increase was due to improvements in teaching strategies, including engaging introductory activities, contextualizing materials with students’ surroundings, and group-based reward systems. The implications of this study indicate that the TGT model assisted by Educaplay successfully fosters an active, enjoyable, and competitive learning environment, which positively impacts students’ academic performance. This model can serve as an effective alternative teaching strategy for teachers seeking to enhance student engagement and achievement in the classroom.

Abstrak:
Research aims to design and develop a boiler system for heating Marine Fuel Oil (MFO) 180 CST by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology to enhance efficiency and operational monitoring. The methods used include boiler system design, selection of types and materials according to international standards, and the implementation of an optimal combustion system. IoT sensors are strategically placed to monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and fluid flow in real-time. The collected data is transmitted to a cloud platform, enabling remote monitoring and automated performance analysis through a web or mobile-based application.. The research results indicate that IoT integration in the boiler system improves fuel heating efficiency, optimizes energy consumption, and facilitates easier monitoring and process control. Testing includes pressure tests, combustion efficiency, steam capacity, and material durability, with real-time monitoring to support performance analysis and early problem detection. Operational data evaluation allows for design adjustments or system settings to further enhance energy efficiency. With this innovation, the boiler system can operate more optimally, support energy efficiency, and facilitate predictive maintenance for sustainable industrial operations. The implementation of IoT in this system is expected to improve safety, effectiveness, and automation in boiler management, making it a more reliable and modern solution.

Abstrak:
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group counseling in improving students' social skills in schools through an analysis of 20 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. The results of the review show that group counseling is effective in developing various aspects of students' social skills, including interpersonal communication, cooperation, empathy, and confidence. Various approaches are applied in the implementation of group counseling, such as modeling techniques, role playing, assertive approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and group discussions. The program also creates a safe space for students to share experiences, gain emotional support, and learn to manage emotions and build positive social relationships. Factors that support the success of the program include counselor skills, a good program structure, and support from teachers, parents, and the school environment. Based on these findings, group counseling can be considered as one of the effective strategies to support students' social and emotional development and improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstrak:
Modern education often emphasizes cognitive and technological aspects, while spiritual aspects are often neglected. In fact, in Islamic educational philosophy, the integration of spiritual values ??is an important part in forming the character of students who are moral and competitive. This study aims to (1) analyze the concept of Islamic educational philosophy from the perspective of integrating spiritual values, (2) identify spiritual values ??that can be integrated into the modern education system, and (3) explore effective strategies in their implementation. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach to relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that Islamic educational philosophy emphasizes a balance between intellectual and spiritual aspects to form individuals who have high moral awareness. Spiritual values ??such as monotheism, morals, and worship can be adapted into a modern curriculum through contextual and experience-based learning methods. The implementation of this integration strategy includes a holistic approach in the curriculum, teacher training, and the creation of a learning environment that supports the spiritual growth of students. Thus, the integration of spiritual values ??in modern education contributes to the formation of a more complete and balanced character.

Abstrak:
The movement of gold prices, which has continued to increase over the past year, is one of the backgrounds for this research. This research aims to determine the influence of financial behavior, income and lifestyle on gold investment decisions in the sales marketing of Toko Mas Jawa Solo Area. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 71 respondents, obtained using a saturated sampling technique. Research data was processed using SPSS, where hypothesis testing was analyzed using the t test and multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstrak:
This study examined the effect of using Blind Map media on student learning outcomes in Social Science subjects at State 46 Pekanbaru Junior High School. Due to the low level of achievement and understanding of the material, this study used a quantitative experimental approach. Approximately 80 seventh grade students were purposively identified, with grades E and D as the experimental and control groups respectively. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the Blind Map media on learning outcomes, with t observation = 24.670 > t table = 0.304 and t observation = 24.670 > t table = 0.304, indicating the rejection of H?. The effect size of 2.859 indicates a slow rate of change, suggesting that increased use of the Blind Map media can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to test and determine how important the influence of Independence and Work Experience is on audit quality at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in East Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative because it has conducted tests using SPSS such as respondent identity, gender, age, last level of education, length of service and also conducted classical assumption tests, namely data validity, data reliability, data linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient test, correlation coefficient test and also partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. This study proves that the influence of independence and work experience as variables that are very influential, an auditor must have these two integrities with a responsible basis in order to provide good and quality audit results.

Abstrak:
Financial performance describes the financial position of a company that is analyzed to provide an overview of the company's performance during a certain period. Several factors that influence financial performance include asset management, liquidity, and capital structure. This study aims to identify the effect of asset management (TATO), liquidity (CR), and capital structure (DER) on financial performance (ROA) in food and beverage companies for the period 2019-2023, both individually and together. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data through access to the Indonesia Stock Exchange website or the official website of the related company. Sample selection using the Purposive Sampling technique, resulting in 14 companies from a total population of 42 companies. The analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination. The data processing process uses SPSS version 23. The results of the t-test (partial) show that the asset management and liquidity variables have no effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the capital structure variable shows a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The results of the F test (simultaneous) indicate that asset management, liquidity, and capital structure together have a significant effect on financial performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.406 indicates that 40.6% of the variation in financial performance is explained by the three variables, while the remaining 59.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
