Banana Ledre is a food product processed from banana which is a type of snack. Processing of agricultural products aims to add value to this product because it can be sold at a higher price than fresh product. Banana ledre made by U.D. Dua Putri Dewi, Malang City uses several inputs other than banana as raw material. In the production process, efficiency in the use of inputs is an important thing that needs to be considered by entrepreneurs. Technical efficiency is a measure of how well resources or production inputs are used in the production process to provide optimal results. This study aims to analyze the technical efficiency of the use of production inputs consisting of raw materials, labor, and wages in producing banana ledre. The method used to analyze technical efficiency is Cobb Douglas production function regression analysis. In order to do the analysis, the production function is transformed into a linear model. The research hypothesis was tested by comparing the value of bi with a value range of 0-1. The results showed that the use of production cost factors was not efficient. This is based on the b1 value of 1.474 where this value is greater than 1. The use of working hours is inefficient based on the b2 value (-0.515) which is less than 0. The use of work wages is efficient based on the b3 value (0.059) which ranges from 0-1. Based on these results, entrepreneurs need to review the use of raw material costs and working hours in the production process. Things that can be done include finding raw material suppliers that offer lower prices and optimizing working hours as efficiently as possible.

Anggaran berasal dari RAB Universitas.   Identifikasi kebutuhan pemustaka metode yang digunakan menyebar katalog buku ke dosen dan staf karyawan yang ada di fakultas disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan melihat history peminjaman buku yang sering dipinjam.   seleksi bahan pustaka di UPT perpustakaan melalui Judul bahan perpustakaan yang dikirimkan dari fakultas yang sudah melalui proses seleksi, Judul-judul Bahan perpustakaan yang di reques dari mahasiswa dan Judul-judul bahan perpustakaan yang masih berjumlah   1eksemplar. Sistem Pengadaan bahan pustaka UPT Perpustakaan ada   3 yaitu melalui   pembelian, hadiah atau sumbangan dan terbitan sendiri.</p><p class="BasicParagraph"><em>The title of this research is the acquisition of the Semarang University central library. Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR)is one of the two standard for mesh networks. OLSR is a link state routing protocol, which use hallo message and topology control (TC) to determine the link state information across the mobile ad-hoc network. OLSR is widely used in the wireless mesh network. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer which can be used as a node router to replace the function of a router in a wireless mesh network. In this research, Raspberry Pi is used as a router nodes to determine the performance of routing protocol OLSR. The parameters used to measure its performance is self-configure time, self-healing and bandwidth usage. The test results showed that the use of routing protocols OLSR on the Raspberry Pi in a wireless mesh network proved able to repair itself if there is a problem on the network since it has ability to self-configure and self-healing.

 AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan gramatikal yang terdapat pada teks terjemahan (Indonesia-Inggris) para mahasiswa Universitas Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 366 kalimat yang diteliti terdapat 547 kesalahan gramatikal pada teks abstrak para mahasiswa. Kesalahan terbanyak adalah pada penghilangan kata sandang atau article yaitu sebanyak 189 kesalahan. Ketidaksesuaian antara subjek dan kata kerja menjadi jenis kesalahan kedua yang sering terjadi dan pembentukan kalimat yang tidak lengkap menjadi jenis kesalahan terbanyak ketiga. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman para mahasiswa dalam menerjemahkan teks masih kurang karena mengabaikan struktur kalimat bahasa sasaran yang baik dan benar.Kata Kunci: kesalahan gramatikal; abstrak; terjemahan  AbstractThis is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe a grammatical error in translated abstract texts (Indonesia-English) written by students of Semarang University. The result showed that there were 366 sentences containing 547 grammatical errors made by the students. The most grammatical errors made by the students are the omission of the article with 189 errors. Following the omission of the article was the subject and verb agreement and the third most errors occurred was the sentence fragment. It can be concluded that the students understanding in translating the text is lack and they are ignoring the sentence structure of the target language.Keywords: grammatical errors; abstract; translation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah Total Plate Count (TPC), pH, Aw dan sensori pada lumpia basah kemas non vakum dengan berbagai lama pemanasan. Hasil penelitian ini   diharapkan   dapat   memberikan   informasi   ilmiah   kepada   produsen   lumpia   basah   dan masyarakat tentang pemanasan sebagai salah satu cara untuk memperpanjang umur simpan pada lumpia basah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 5 kali, yaitu perlakuan tanpa pemanasan (P1), lama pemanasan 5 menit (P2), lama   pemanasan 10 menit (P3), dan lama pemanasan 15 menit (P4) pada penyimpanan suhu ruang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA, dan apabila ada perbedaan akibat perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range (DMRT) pada taraf 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan nyata terhadap TPC, pH dan Aw, namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap sensorinya. Semakin lama pemanasan pada lumpia basah kemas non vakum menunjukkan TPC   mengalami penurunan, pH mengalami kenaikan dan Aw       mengalami kenaikan, sedangkan semakin lama penyimpanan (sampai hari ke-4) menunjukkan   TPC   mengalami   kenaikan,   pH   mengalami   penurunan,   dan   Aw   mengalami kenaikan

Due to fierce competition between organizations, the relevant organizations need to develop every resource they have, especially Human Resources. Good employee performance may improve the quality of organization. This happens through vigor, dedication and absorption in work, which is called engagement. To improve this, employees need to feel happy and comfortable with their work. This study aims to determine relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement. The subjects in this study were 114 employees of PT. Sumatera Berlian Motors selected with the purposive sampling method. The results of data analysis with the Pearson Product Moment showed coefficient of r = 0.315 and a significance value of 0,000 (p &lt;0.05). This shows that there is positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely there is positive relationship between psychological well-being and work engagement.

Kelancaran bongkar muat harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan penggunaan alat yang sedang beroperasi serta memerlukan perawatan yang baik untuk mendukung agar kapal bongkar muat equipment di dermaga tidak terkena  demmurage (denda biaya keterlambatan, biaya tambahan  yang harus  dikeluarkan  pencharter). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui proses penanganan bongkar muat equipment dengan double crane, serta mengetahui hambatan dalam proses penanganan bongkar muat, dan cara pengurusan dokumen bongkar muat oleh PT. Samudra Indah Sejahtera yang berada di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif ini dilaksanakan di PT Samudra Indah Sejahtera Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang dilakukan selama 7 bulan, November 2018 - Mei 2019. Dengan menggunakan teknik data seperti observasi untuk melihat langsung kegiatan bongkar muat, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui proses penanganan bongkar muat equipment dengan double crane yaitu dengan Proses penanganan bongkar muat, Hambatan dalam proses penanganan bongkar muat dan cara mengurus dokumen bongkar muat.

In this study, an analysis of legal potential and waqf land disputes is used using ID3 Algorithm to classify potential land disputes based on the status of the land deed, owner's name, location of waqf and its use so that it can produce data on the ownership rights of waqf land which has the potential for legal disputes and no legal disputes. research shows that potential legal problems are still present. The ID3 algorithm is able to produce information as a basis for reducing disputes and the loss of waqf land.

Abstract The employee attendance is proof of the presence of an employee in the office or where he works. It is one of the factors assessing the discipline of an employee, whether the employee often arrives late, permits, or does not enter work. On CV. Sumber Lumas Semarang, the owner will cut the salary out for employees who arrive late or those who do not work for specific reason. Because of that, there are employees who do unfair to their manual attendance to avoid salary deductions. Another reason is the human error, calculation error, which was conducted by the owners. There are many ways that can be done by the owner to collect data. One of them is using fingerprint attendance machines. By using it, an employee cannot do the attendances unfair and the owner will also calculate employee salaries easily. It is because the fingerprint machine is able to detect employee data and their attendance hours through fingerprints of each employee. Attendance information system using fingerprint machine will be applied to solve the problems. By using this system, it is expected to avoid fraud in employee attendance and help the owner to calculate the salaries accurately

The study aims to analyze the public relations work suitability of PT Medco E&P Malaka related to community empowerment and social responsibility on Education and Training of 40 Acehnese Children in PPSDM-Cepu. International Standard Ambulance given for Pidie Jaya and the support from Medco E&P Malaka in the event Sail Sabang 2018 conducted by the company and press-released by Serambi Indonesia online in 2018. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed in this study. The results showed that the point of view of journalists/media is dissimilar from the point of view of a company in writing a text. When media tend to publish articles based on a press release distributed by a company, then the company s image and reputation will be affected and become positive.
