Community service is carried out in Kalikurmo Village, Beringin District, Semarang Regency. The activities carried out were counseling and training on making compost from community food waste. The method of making compost uses the Takakura method. It is hoped that composting can add value to agricultural and household waste to replace the need for chemical fertilizers by making it yourself while maintaining soil fertility in Kalikurmo Village.

The importance of Regional Head Election is carried out to keep democracy going even though we are doing that in the pandemic. The first objective of implementing this community service is to disseminate knowledge sharing and discussions related to the implementation of Regional Head Elections in the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, using the Electoral Distancing method, we are disseminating information to participants to oversee the Regional Head Election by becoming participatory supervisors actively. This community service used the online group discussion method with 65 participants, randomly selected from various activities. This community service aims to increase the capabilities of participants, which is related to the importance of implementing regional head elections even though it was carried out amid the Covid-19 pandemic. When participants became aware of this issue means there is an awareness for following health protocols without reducing the essence of democratic responsibility. By doing this works, we hope that the community continues to oversee the regional head elections by becoming participatory observers

Community service activities are carried out in Kalkurmo Village, Beringin District, Semarang Regency. This activity is aimed at empowering the community through processing the jaging husk waste into decorative products with economic value. Activities are carried out in the form of training and mentoring until they become products. So far, corn husks, which have been used only as animal feed or baked goods, can actually be processed into decorative products with economic value. This activity is expected to motivate the people of Kalikurmo Village to use waste materials into products of economic value so that they can improve community welfare.

Information Systems Audit is a mechanism that aims to ensure the internal control in the internal system of an organization has been running in accordance with the design set in an effort to achieve the goals set by evaluating and testing every activity carried out in the organization. In this article, the community service activities in the form of an information system audit on the Farming System in the Department of Agriculture of Salatiga City are explained. The audit was conducted using COBIT. Based on the audit result, it was found that the information system at the Department of Agriculture of Salatiga City, which is the Pa'Tani System, has been running smoothly and is well managed according to the desired goals and needs

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Penelitian ini menguji faktor-faktor seperti: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Kesempatan Investasi, Kebijakan Hutang dan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan dan jumlah pengamatan (observasi) sebanyak 55 kali. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.idmetode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesempatan  investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, lalu kepemilikan manajerial dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.  Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Kesempatan Investasi, Kebijakan Hutang dan Kebijakan Dividen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengendalian internal atas penjualan barang dagangan pada Toko Sumber Rejo Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada Toko Sumber Rejo Semarang dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal atas penjualan barang dagangan masih belum bisa dikatakan baik karena tidak adanya struktur organisasi yang memadai serta masih adanya fungsi ganda dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab dan adanya kelalaian karyawan toko dalam pencatatan persediaan sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah fisik persediaan barang dagang dengan sistem stok persediaan barang.Kata Kunci: Toko Sumber Rejo, Pengendalian Internal, Penjualan Barang Dagang.

Pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola infrastruktur teknologi informasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata kelola infrastruktur teknologi informasi di MBS Yogyakarta. Pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas dilakukan dengan menilai kondisi saat ini dan kondisi harapan. Analisis gap antara kondisi harapan dengan kondisi saat ini digunakan untuk menentukan saran perbaikan dan pengembangan. Hasil rekapitulasi pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas pada domain BAI06 yaitu level 1 mencapai 82,14%, level 2 mencapai 83,9%, level 3 mencapai 83,09%, level 4 mencapai 81,9%, dan level 5 mencapai 84,77%. Hasil pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas pada domain BAI06 manage changes berada pada level 1 performed process sedangkan harapan yang ingin dicapai berada pada level 5 optimizing. Berdasarkan pengukuran tersebut terjadi kesenjangan 4 level sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan aspek yang belum dipenuhi. Saran perbaikan dan pengembangan berdasarkan kerangka kerja ITIL V3 antara lain: perlunya dokumentasi petunjuk pengelolaan inovasi teknologi informasi dan perbaikannya untuk mendukung tujuan bisnis, melakukan koordinasi dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan antar divisi, menerapkan pengelolaan perubahan darurat teknologi informasi.

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a Prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial.
The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of administrative payment transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present payment reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print payment reports with affectic and efficient results so as to support and accelerate decision making

The implementation of the right strategy to implement Entrepreneurship Education is believed to be able to foster student entrepreneurial interest. Thus it is hoped that the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Science, University of Semarang, as an important part of improving education and a place to produce quality people, needs to carry out entrepreneurial education strategically and comprehensively to support the government in reducing unemployment and producing technology-literate young entrepreneurs for the achievement of Indonesia. as a developed country in the year 2045.This study used a qualitative descriptive method based on the contribution of researchers as entrepreneurial activists and lecturers. From this study, it was found that the phenomenon of a lack of interest and entrepreneurial movement among students was revealed due to the lack of support from the tertiary education institution.
