This study aims to determine the effect of service performance and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank BRI Kangean Unit. Sources in collecting data in this study through secondary data sources through literature studies from literature books, journals, the internet and articles that support the research. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire (questionnaire) to 38 respondents. The data processing test technique was carried out with validity and reliability tests, t tests and f test.
The results of the study show that service performance has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Service performance and customer satisfaction together have no effect on customer loyalty. So in other words H1 is accepted, H2 is rejected and H3 is rejected. Quality Service performance at the Bank Bri Unit Kangean office is quite high but customer satisfaction is still low.

The introduction of the basics of Islam from an early age is something that is important because the age of a child is very crucial or something that really needs attention in building and educating the character of the child. Early childhood learning and experiences are things that will stick in the minds of children and affect a little or a lot during their adolescence and adulthood. The purpose of introducing the basics of religion is to instill the foundation of Islam in children's lives and hope that they will become human beings who have a good and good Islamic spirit. The method that will be used is to ask questions and give rewards and punishments. Because children from an early age curiosity must use a reward or punishment, something simple, and the punishment is light. This follows the inclination of children's nature. Salah satu pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sektor informal yang merasakan dampak signifikan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi bisnis pedagang kaki lima agar mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dalam usaha-usaha yang akan dilakukan (PKL) di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Subjek peneilitian ini berju mlah 7 pedagang kaki lima di SD Karangasem. Dari hasil penelitian, Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Pedagang kaki lima di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial, antara lain, facebook, instagram, Whatsapp, telegram, serta tergabung dalam usaha online lainnya seperti shopee, go-food, dan grap-food. Dengan menggunakan media sosial pembeli dan pedagang dengan mudahnya melakukan transaksi tanpa harus bersentuhan. maka dapat diuraikan bahwa strategi bertahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dengan memperhatikan daya beli konsumen di masa pandemi covid-19 ini.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, Loan Debt Ratio and Operational Cost of Operating Income on Return On Assets in Rural Banks in Buleleng Regency. The type of data from this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data.
The problem in this study is whether third- party funds affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency, whether the loan debt ratio affects the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng, whether operational costs of operating income affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency and whether third-party funds, loan debt ratio and operating income operational costs affect the return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng regency.
The results of this study are that third party funds have a negative and significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency, loan to debt ratio has a negative but not significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng, operational costs of income operational has a negative and significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency and third party funds, loan to debt ratio, and operational costs of operating income have a significant effect on return on assets in rural banks in Buleleng Regency

The fact of industrial development is that in Wanarejan village, Pemalang city is famous for the production of woven fabrics and is a characteristic of the village. so the purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of developments contained in the home industry of weaving in the village of Wanarejan. In this study, the population used were entrepreneurs of goyor woven fabrics. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with descriptive data type, which is trying to present objective facts in accordance with the conditions that occurred at the time the research was conducted. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the production of woven sarongs is still in demand by people in Pemalang City and in other cities. Sales of this woven sarong export to various countries. Woven fabric products have their own characteristics because of the use of simple weaving techniques with non-machine looms, thus adding a more beautiful, smooth and neat impression. The hallmark of the goyor woven sarong that makes it a fashion with its traditional characteristics lies in its design and good quality level.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and learning environment on learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is an analytical approach, namely a quantitative approach and descriptive and verification methods. The samples used in this study were all students of class XII one of the Senior High Schools in the city of Bandung, so the number of samples used in this study were 123 samples. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS v25 a The results showed that the results of the T-Test of teachers' professional competence had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation, the learning environment had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation. In accordance with the results of the F test is a significant effect on learning motivation.

The purpose of this system is expected to be able to process data efficiently and accurately, the second goal is to assist the financial management unit (UPK) on the input of loan installments in order to facilitate data processing so that it does not make calculation errors and records incorrectly and can improve services to self-help groups. The community (KSM) is better as a borrower, the third goal is to facilitate monitoring of the evaluation of loan funds that can be monitored and evaluated at any time, both the rate of loan repayment and the level of loan congestion.
 

Koperasi Serba Usaha Syariah BMT Lantabur adalah salah satu koperasi yang berbasis Syariah yang ada di Samarinda. Koperasi ini bergerak dalam bidang pembiayaan barang pada anggota/nasabahnya. Ketika ingin melakukan pengajuan pembiayaan, para nasabah direpotkan dengan mendatangi kantor koperasi. Oleh karna itu dibutuhkan aplikasi untuk mempermudah para nasabah koperasi dalam melakukan pengajuan pembiayaan. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan prototipe dan metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data serta pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Black Box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pengajuan pembiayaan murabahah pada KSU Syariah BMT Lantabur samarinda, yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu para nasabah dalam pengajuan pembiayaan

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, where almost all have used and developed information systems in such a way that they are able to advance and develop their business well. The existence of a good information system will produce information according to needs. Good information is information that can be presented in a timely manner, useful and reliable. One of the important information systems in an institution or agency is the Accounting Information System. Along with the increasingly rapid development, the use of computers plays an important role in various fields that support each other in aspects of life. This includes financial data and information processing systems that cannot be separated from everyday life. Because without a financial data and information processing system, activities within an organization, company or agency will not run smoothly as expected, both in terms of time and accuracy and speed of the resulting performance. This becomes an obstacle to the activities and implementation of existing activities in an organization, company or agency. Recording cash flows using books is considered less effective in terms of time and accuracy. Recording that must be done many times sometimes causes some errors so that there is often a difference between the real balance and the cash book.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of paylater on product repurchase at Shopee E-commerce. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data as a reference. The population in this study is people who have bought products using Shopee Paylater more than 1 time at Shopee Indonesia and the sample is 125 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions in total. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, followed by hypothesis testing after the assumption test is met. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) Trust (X1) is negative towards repurchase (Y). (2) Ease (X2) has an effect on repurchase (Y). (3) security (X3) has an effect on repurchase (Y). (4) Trust (X1), convenience (X2) and security (X3) affect repurchase (Y).
