The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created  social  grade  which  lead to the conflict.  This became  a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the  racism  in  such  movie.  The  researcher  used  a  qualitative  descriptive method,  and  the  research  material  was  a dialogue  from  the  movie  "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The  Butler  movie.  Attitudes  is  a  pattern  of  thinking  or  feeling  about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice  rarely  occured  in the  social  life  because  black  people  can  not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth and capital structure on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the customer good sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample used in this study is manufacturing companies that consist and profit in Indonesia Stock Exchange throught 2018-2020. The method of data collection used is purposive sampling with criteria. The data analysis is using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that sales growth does not significantly effect on financial performance. Artikel ini membahas analisis struktural tokoh Hanif dalam novel Meraih Bintang karya Muhammad Afrilianto yang memiliki kepribadian luar biasa berkat didikan orang tuanya. Novel ini terinspirasi dari kehidupan masa lalu pengarang, dan Novel ini mengusung konsep realis yakni dengan mendeskripsikan nama tempat dengan jelas pada saat proses konflik. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji Novel Meraih Bintang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ekspresif dan Pendekatan Objektif. Aspek Kepribadian tokoh Hanif dimaknai dari berbagai sikap yang diekspresikan Hanif dalam bersosialisasi dengan teman, kerabat dan orang tua dalam sudut pandang sastra. Hal ini bisa menjadikan teladan dan motivasi bagi semua orang dalam balutan karya sastra.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2010 reported that 60% of the causes of death of all ages in the world are due to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). Diabetes Mellitus is ranked 6th as the cause of death. Data obtained at the Binjai Army Hospital suffering from type II diabetes mellitus in 2022 there were 430 cases. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between long suffering and complications with the Quality of Life of Women With Type II Diabetes Mellitus at binjai Army Hospital in 2022". This study is observational analytic with a Cross Sectional design where the way data is collected at once at the same time until the number of samples is met as many as 120 people. Data were analyzed using simple logistic regression and multiple logistic regression tests.
From the results of the bivariate analysis obtained for a long time suffering there was a significant influence on the quality of life of women with type II diabetes mellitus, where in obtaining an OR value of 2.688 with 95% CI: 1.226 – 5.895, showed that respondents who suffered from ≥ 5 years 2.688 times greater had a poor quality of life compared to respondents who suffered from < 5 years. Based on complications, obtained a p value > 0.05 meaning that it did not have a significant influence between  complications with the quality of life of women with type II DM. It is recommended to health workers to intensify health promotion activities, socialization and provide education about a healthy lifestyle including regulating a healthy diet, controlling blood sugar levels and carrying out sufficient activities to neutralize fat levels and blood sugar levels in the body.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the sales volume of salted fish in the Aulia Putri company, Kecipir Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The population in this study was salted fish resellers at Aulia Putri Company. The sample in this study was 65 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to salted fish resellers at aulia putri company. This study used multiple linear regression analysis tools. The hypothesis was tested with the t test and the F test. Test results showed that (1) the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3.752 > t table 1.668; (2) the price has a positive and significant effect and is significant to the sales volume of salted fish partially with a calculated t value result of 3,488 > t table 1,668; (3) product quality and price simultaneously positively affect the sales volume of salted fish in aulia putri company with F count 7,091 > F table 3.14 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Komunikasi dalam kegiatan penyuluhan agama sangat diperlukan dikarenakan penyuluhan membutuhkan orang-orang dengan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Dalam hal ini, ketika penyuluhan agama di lakukan oleh penyuluh yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik maka tujuan dari penyuluhan tersebut akan tersalurkan ke masyarakat dengan baik. Komunikasi adalah suatu proses ketika seseorang atau beberapa orang, kelompok, organisasi, dan masyarakat menciptakan, dan menggunakan informasi agar terhubung dengan lingkungan dan orang lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemaparan materi kepada para penyuluh agama Kristen di Kabupaten Toba. Kegiatan dilakukan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama (PPA) IAKN Tarutung guna meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Kristen di Kabupaten Toba. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan penyuluh dalam setiap kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat binaan mereka masing-masing.
 
Communication in religious counseling activities is very necessary because counseling requires people with good communication skills. In this case, when religious counseling is carried out by extension workers who are able to communicate well, the purpose of the counseling will be transfered to the community well. Communication is a process when a person or people, groups, organizations, and society create and use information to connect with environment and other people. The method which is used in this activity was to explain material exposure to Christian religious educators in Toba Regency. The activity was carried out by Pendidikan Penyuluh Agama (PPA) of IAKN Tarutung in order to improve the communication competence of Christian Religion Counselors in Toba Regency. It is hoped that the results of this activity can increase the knowledge of religion counselors in their activity to educate the society.

The covid pandemic has had a major impact on the business of a state-owned airline that has awards in the world of international aviation, namely Garuda Indonesia. This big impact is in the form of a decrease in flight activities so that it affects airline revenues due to regulations issued by the government such as lock down, social distancing and others. From this regulation, Garuda Indonesia's airline business suffered losses. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the cause of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia. 2) To find out the impact of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia against aircraft operations at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection instruments were interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents at Garuda Indonesia and the air transportation unit at the Airport Authority Office IV. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researchers carried out 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that 1) There are 3 factors that cause losses to Garuda Indonesia airline, namely the covid pandemic, aircraft rental financing and corruption cases in the procurement of ATR and Bombardier aircraft. 2) The impact given to GA's losses in terms of operations, there are 2 factors, namely operating activities which are few compared to the time slot owned by Garuda Indonesia, which is certainly different from the period before the covid pandemic, and a reduction in the operational route of Garuda Indonesia aircraft, namely BDO-DPS which did not propose this route for operation in 2022 with the reason to reduce Garuda Indonesia's cost burden which is certainly different from the period before covid, this route was operated.

The purpose of this research is that researchers want to see language acquisition in the field of syntax for a 6-year-old child named Rizky Ramadhan. The source of the data that is the object of this research is the speech or oral utterance of a 6-year-old child named Rizky Ramadhan in the field of syntax. The method used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in this study used listening, interviewing and recording techniques. The results of this study indicate that a 6-year-old child named Rizky is able to produce words and sentences in every activity. This can be proven from his daily speech with his interlocutor, namely the researcher, biological mother, and also the child's brother. The theory used in analyzing Rizky's speech refers to Abdul Chaer about sentence classification which includes news sentences (declarative), interrogative sentences (interrogative), imperative sentences, and exclamation sentences (interjective). The results of this study are that Rizky has been able to utter 22 declarative sentences, 15 interrogative sentences, 9 imperative sentences, and 8 interrogative sentences. sentence form as shown in the results.
