Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum pemegang hak cipta terhadap pelanggaran akses  ilegal  melalui aplikasi Telegram serta mengetahui pelaksanaan penegakkan hukum pada hak cipta terhadap pengunduhan  ilegal  pada  internet.  Film atau karya sinematografi merupakan salah satu karya cipta yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Namun pada faktanya, banyak pihak lain yang menggandakan karya cipta tanpa izin dari pemegang hak cipta. Pelanggaran yang terjadi tidak hanya pada internet/VCD saja, tapi juga pada suatu aplikasi media sosial yaitu Telegram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan melalui penelusuran dokumen, studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi, yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sekarang masih terdapat film  ilegal  yang beredar di masyarakat dan belum akan kesadaranya bahwa mengakses film secara  ilegal  itu merupakan suatu bentuk pelanggaran. Pemerintah perlu adanya tindakan lebih tegas dalam mengawasi dan pemblokiran situs online yang tidak resmi/ilegal.  Pemerintah juga perlu melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai hak-hak yang dimiliki oleh pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta atas suatu karya dan mensosialisasikan mengenai akibat hukum dari pelanggaran hak cipta.Kata Kunci  : Film; Hak Cipta;  Perlindungan Hukum;  Telegram. 

Kaedah penulisan Arab Melayu itu sendiri berkosa-kata yang berasal dari Arab Melayu harus di tulis sesuai dengan tulisan bahasa Arab. Implikasi dari pergeseran kaedah penulisannya,  banyak kosa kata yang diadobsi dari bahasa Arab berbeda penulisan dari bentuk asalnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kesalahan bentuk penulisan Arab Melayu yang ditemukan dalam buku panduan baca tulis Arab Melayu untuk MDTA dan kesalahan-kesalahan bentuk penulisan Arab Melayu juga sering terjadi di sekitar kita kita. Contohnya pada nama jalan, bangunan, buku, bahan ajar dan masih banyak lagi. Akan tetapi peneliti akan memfokuskan penelitian pada bahan ajar atau buku panduan yang bersumber dari web online http://online.anyflip.com/yyyfv/nkwt/mobile/. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesalahan penggunaan huruf ڨ، ي، و dalam buku panduan baca tulis Arab Melayu untuk MDTA yang bersumber dari web online. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang analisis datanya menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, simak dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesalahan dalam bentuk penulisan Arab melayu, seperti penggunaan huruf ڨ، ي، و yang tidak tepat sehingga akan mempengaruhi fungsi huruf dan arti dalam penulisan Arab Melayu itu sendiri.

Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

Dilema keberadaan Bank Sampah Kampung Pulo yang berada di Tapos, Depok,  Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan kondisi hanya berfungsi setiap kali dalam seminggu, dan hanya segelintir warga yang sadar akan keberadaan bank sampah ini. Adapun banyaknya warga yang sudah berumah tangga disana lebih memilih membakar sampah rumah tangga di pekarangan rumah dengan menumpuknya terlebih dahulu. Hal ini menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan dari asap pembakaran sampah, dan juga dari bau sampah yang menggunung, maupun beredarnya lalat di pekarangan warga. Melalui Program pengabdian prodi Teknik Multimedia dan Jaringan, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta ini, dengan pelaksana para mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Jurusan Teknik Informatika, melakukan Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah di bank sampah kampung pulo kelurahan tapos kota depok. Kegiatan ini dibuat untuk membantu para karang taruna dan  penggerak bank sampah agar mengembangkan pogram bank sampah mereka menjadi lebih efisien dalam mendata hasil sampah yang dikumpulkan, untuk dapat diproses lebih lanjut. Selain itu program pengabdian juga melaksanakan sosialisasi kepada warga Kampung Pulo dalam bentuk pelatihan untuk kesadaran memilah sampah, dan membawa ke bank sampah untuk ditabung.

KISS Semarang adalah sebuah UMKM yang berlokasi di Mangunharjo, berdiri sejak tahun 2010. UMKM “KISS” Semarang telah melakukan media promosi dengan menyebarkan brosur. Namun dalam media promosinya belum optimal. Penulis tertarik untuk membuat media promosi dengan membuat web design berupa katalog agar dapat menarik daya beli produk dan lebih mengefisienkan media promosinya.Desain web design mengacu pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis AIDA+S: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action dan Satisfaction. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menetapkan KISS Semarang sebagai subjek penelitian, data yang diperoleh untuk keperluan penelitian menggunakan teknik seperti wawancara, observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan dalam industri merupakan ujung tombak suatu industri dalam menghasilkan produk-produk baru yang dibutuhkan pasar. Hampir 4% biaya yang digunakan untuk penelitian dan pengembangan, bahkan untuk industri farmasi dan komputer lebih dari 4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji coba lapangan, desain web termasuk dalam kategori baik dan mampu mempromosikan produk. Setelah dilakukan uji validasi dan revisi web dari media sebelumnya maka web design tersebut layak untuk digunakan dan dipublikasikan.

Infografis adalah alat atau media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dalam bentuk visual, baik berupa spanduk, baliho, poster, dan lain sebagainya. Di era sekarang ini, teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat baik di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan maupun perkotaan, sehingga infografis ini juga dapat disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun infografis sebagai media informasi protokol kesehatan di era pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti mengamati secara detail objek yang akan diteliti dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan objek yang akan diteliti, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.

Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. This study aims to analyze the effect of GDP per capita and literacy rates on the number of poor people in Central Java in the 2015 and 2016 periods. This data analysis uses the panel data method using the Eviews 9 application and consists of the Chow Test (Likelihood Ratio), Hausman Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Partial Hypothesis Test (t test) & Simultaneous (F Test), Determination Value and Correlation.

Religious moderation is one of the efforts to deal with differences in religion. Religious moderation can be manifested in a moderate attitude in dealing with cultural, ethnic, taste and religious differences. Religious moderation can produce a harmonious, peaceful life order, and create a society that respects each other in the midst of existing differences. There are many media that can be used to convey messages of religious moderation, one of which is through film. This study aims to analyze the values of religious moderation contained in the film Kebun Krecek on the Krecek Media Youtube channel. The theory used in this study is Roland Barthes' semiotic theory to analyze signs through the processes of denotation, connotation and myth meanings. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained from this study are that there are two actors/actors of different religions namely Hindus and Muslims who are still good friends and help each other even though they have different religions. The scenes in the film also represent the values of religious moderation that they apply in their daily life, namely the scene of lending a bicycle to a Muslim friend so they won't be late for Friday, sharing drinks and snacks, and inviting friends to eat together. at home.

UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.
