The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of independent learning at Pangilen 3 Sampang Public Elementary School from the point of view of George E Edward III. The research was conducted qualitatively with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews; observation and documentation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques: triangulation of sources, techniques, and confirmability. The results of the study show: (1) Communication Factors: (a) transformation, well conveyed. (b) clarity, and understanding of how to implement the policy. (3) consistency, the contents of the policy are not confusing. (2) Resource factors: (a) human: principal: decides the 2013 curriculum face to face. Teacher: independent curriculum learning training. Students: take part in face-to-face learning. Community: supports face-to-face learning. (b) Finance: School Operational Assistance. (c) Equipment: learning media. (d) Information: Minister of National Education and District Education Office. (e) Authorities: District Education Office – supervisor – the school principal – Teacher. (3) Disposition factors: schools accept and implement existing policies. (4) Bureaucratic Structure Factors: school principals - teachers - students.

Pemuda merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang dinilai mampu memberikan perubahan positif bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pekan sehat pemuda merupakan kegiatan yang diprakarsai oleh pemuda sebagai bentuk keprihatinan dan kepedulian akan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Banyaknya perilaku tidak sehat di masyarakat sekitar melatarbelakangi munculnya kegiatan pekan sehat pemuda. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama menggerakkan masyarakat untuk peduli dengan permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar. Pekan sehat pemuda dilaksanakan di RT 06 RW 01 kelurahan Kasin, diikuti oleh 22 ibu dan 28 prelansia dan lansia. Serangkaian kegiatan dijalankan, yang meliputi gerak jasmani, edukasi kesehatan serta pemeriksaan kesehatan masyarakat. Masyarakat mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan mulai awal sampai dengan akhir, dengan sangat antusias. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan masyarakat menyatakan sangat puas dengan kegiatan pekan sehat pemuda. 

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the mind mapping-based PBL model to student learning outcomes using Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles with the research sample of all students in class XI IPA 6 SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga consisting of 33 students. This study used a qualitative approach and processed descriptive analysis with research instruments, namely observation sheets and pretest and posttest questions. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes based on the application of mind mapping-based PBL models in economics subjects. The advice given in this study is that economics teachers can develop PBL models in implementing economic learning.

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

Akomodasi merupakan orientasi sosial yang bermakna keutuhan sosial demi menjauhi serta mendamaikan kegentingan, pertikaian yang saling berkaitan. Seumpama bentuk kegiatan akomodasi yang bermanfaat mempersiapkan perlengkapan guna melengkapi keperluan. provinsi jawa barat terdapat tempat wisata yang ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara oleh sebab itu pengunjung menggunakan fasilitas akomodasi yang tersedia di setiap daerah, wisatawan nusantara ramai menginap di villa sedangkan wisatawan mancanegara lebih memilih hotel berbintang. Penelitian ini memfokuskan bagaimana pengelompokan wisatawan daerah wisata akomodasi dan jenis wisatawan terbanyak yang ramai berkunjung menggunakan algoritma k-means, analisis ini memakai metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Teknik pengumpulan data atau pengumpulan data bersumber dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dengan tujuan kiranya menjadi pengetahuan untuk wisatawan serta mampu mempublikasikan wisata di media sosial dan diharapkan akan lebih meningkat jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung dan meningkatnya pembangunan sarana dan prasarana di setiap daerah akomodas.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa daerah akomodasi yang ramai dikunjungi adalah Kota Bandung dengan jenis wisatawan yang datang yaitu pengunjung  dalam negeri (Nusantara).

Information Technology (IT) will always be present if discussed continuously. From day to day, IT is constantly overgrowing, focusing on helping meet human needs in various fields. One of them is the field of communication, namely smartphones. This article develops a web-based decision support system for selecting smartphones using Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique. The results obtained in this study produce decisions in the form of selecting smartphones based on smartphone data that has been collected, namely brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, and Oppo), price, operating system, ram, storage capacity, and battery. From the test results to determine ranking, the final value is 0.538, included in the best ranking category, so this system suits users. The resulting smartphone selection system can be used to simplify and speed up the determination process.

Along with current technological developments, security for data information residing on websites is very vulnerable to crimes in the internet world such as attacks on security holes in the database layer or often known as SQL Injection. SQL Injection attack is a method to insert SQL commands as input through an application, namely Kali Linux, in order to gain access to the database. This attack can find out usernames, passwords, and other data that is in the database. So that the SQL Injection attack is one of the most popular attacks and is often used to take advantage of security holes in the system because of how easy it is to use it. This study aims to test the level of effectiveness of SQL Injection attacks using the tools in it against a website. Testing the effectiveness is done by doing a comparison between the three tools that are in SQL Injection. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the tools in SQL Injection are the accuracy of database search times and the accuracy of information from the database.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penulis menggunakan 37 orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari 37 orang populasi menggunakan rumus Sloven. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil dan koefisien korelasi nya 0,898, sehingga apabila diinterprestasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan sangat kuat. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa pengaruh kompensasi (X1) dan motivasi (X2) kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 87,4% dan sisanya sebesar 12,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 1.981+0,417X1 + 0,515X2 yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel Kompensasi (X1) dan motivasi (X2) atau nilai tertentu maka akan bertambah peningkatan variabel Y (kepuasan kerja) sebesar koefisien regresi 0,417 dan 0,515. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara nilai t hitung dan t tabel didapat bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 3.233>2.030 dan 4.241>2.032. dan nilai signifikasi 0,05%. Karena t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka ada pengaruh variabel kompensasi(X1) dan motivasi (X2) yang signifikan dan simultan yaitu nilai F hitung 117.769> F tabel, terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dan hipotesis yang diajukan, diterima

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengembangan Kecerdasan Kinestetik Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B Melalui Kegiatan Tari Kreasi. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang Pengembangan Kecerdasan Kinestetik Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B Melalui Kegiatan Tari Kreasi di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang yaitu bagaimana kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini sebelum diterapkan kegiatan menari, bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan menari dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak, dan apakah kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini kelompok B dapat dikembangkan melalui kegiatan tari kreasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum diterapkan kegiatan menari  anak cenderung menyukai kebudayaan negara lain seperti tarian orang dewasa di YouTube atau di aplikasi Tik-Tok. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menari dipandu oleh guru tari dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak dan mengenalkan budaya tanah air. Kecerdasan kinestetik anak kelompok B di TK PGRI 04 Kartini Semarang dapat berkembang dengan baik melalui kegiatan tari kreasi.

The diversity of languages in Indonesia is one of the advantages possessed by Indonesia as a multicultural and multilingual nation. The variety of languages speakers use is not the same; changes occur in various languages because speakers of a language usually make contact or relationships with speakers of other languages and occur over a long period. The comparative method is one of the methods used to compare languages in detail and systematically to prove historical or historical relationships between these languages. Comparative studies are always related to lexicostatistical calculations called internal reconstructions. This research is classified as descriptive research. In this study, the data were explained to obtain an adequate description of the research object without any manipulation or treatment of the subject and research object. The subject of this research is Balinese folklore with the title I Kedis Cangak (Pedanda Baka), which can be found on the page https://www.komangputra.com/av/kedis-cangak  The technique used in this study is note-taking, in which the author carefully reads the folklore I Kedis Cangak (Pedanda Baka) and then notes every word that has something in common with Indonesian. The results of this study were the number of syllables, sound patterns, affixes, and basic word patterns in the folklore I Kedis Cangak (Pedanda Baka). The results of this study are the similarities and differences between BB and BI at the phonological level. These similarities and differences relate to the type and number of phonemes, diphthongs, clusters, and syllable patterns in BB and BI.
