Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business entities owned by individuals who have a role and contribution to the Indonesian economy. The presence of MSMEs greatly supports the national economy. Internally, the MSME sector needs to empower employees and build a better management system to maintain its business image. On the other hand, problems related to branding also often occur among MSMEs, these two problems faced by MSMEs can be solved by implementing an image management strategy. One of the motivations for implementing this strategy is how they want to influence and benefit others [13].

Facilities are important in the service business, where good enough facilities can make passengers feel satisfied and comfortable while in that place. Similarly, the waiting room facilities at the airport are used by passengers to wait before entering the plane. The waiting room provided must feel comfortable and safe, to provide the best performance to airport service users. This study aims to determine the effect of waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction and to find out how much influence waiting room facilities have on passenger satisfaction at Depati Amir Pangkal Pinang Airport. This research was conducted at Depati Amir Airport Pangkal Pinang, this type of research used quantitative methods. Data sources in this study used primary and secondary data. While the data collection technique in this study used questionnaires distributed to passengers using Likert scale. The sample used in this study used 100 respondents. The data were tested using instrument tests, simple linear regression and hypothesis tests in the form of T tests and determination coefficient tests.

The development of the world accompanied by rapid technological developments requires every individual or institution to continue to follow the development of information technology so that they can provide satisfactory service which is the main goal that must be achieved by every government and private institution, which includes the world of education, namely schools, especially the delivery of information. One of the delivery of information is by SMS. The old system of delivering information, among others, is by attaching grades to each class or for job vacancy information through job vacancies information boards so that the delivery of information is felt to be less fast and also if the school area is very large and the means of communication are inadequate. With this SMS-based information system, it can be a solution to solve existing problems in addition to cheap and fast SMS technology, as well as with a website system display that can be accessed by all parties who use it, an effective and efficient job will be achieved in supporting activities on the internet. schools to become educational and training institutions for producing professional and independent workers can be achieved.

Early Childhood Education is the most basic level of education which is expected to be a strong foundation for maximizing children's abilities so that they are able to live independently and benefit the environment. The coaching program must be designed, planned, and implemented carefully according to the characteristics of the child. Learning in early childhood is held interactively, fun and motivates children to participate actively. The 2013 curriculum includes the development of aspects of the curriculum structure, the learning process with a scientific approach, and an authentic assessment. Scientific approach (scientific) is learning based on facts/phenomena that can be explained by logical thinking, inspiring students to think critically, analytically and accurately in identifying, understanding and solving problems. For this reason, researchers are interested in examining the effectiveness of the scientific approach with the help of the natural environment to increase the creativity of children aged in TK Pembina Limpung. The data were obtained from 30 children which were divided into the control group and the experimental group. Then it was analyzed using SPSS Version 19. The results showed that in the experimental class the scientific approach assisted by the natural environment was quite effective in increasing the creativity of children in the Pembina Kindergarten, Limpung sub-district.

Metode bernyanyi menjadi salah satu cara yang digunakan guru di dalam kelas untuk mengajar. Bernyanyi menjadi kegiatan yang familiar kepada anak-anak karena sangat menyenangkan dan membangun semangat. Penggunaan metode bernyanyi sangat baik untuk menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini yang sedang berada di fase emas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh metode bernyanyi pada perkembangan kognitif anak usia 4-5 tahun yang berada di tahap pra-operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan mencari data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dengan guru, dan asesmen dengan metode tanya jawab kepada murid kelas TK A di sebuah TK yang berada di kota Surabaya. Peneliti menggunakan nada lagu yang diubah liriknya menjadi lagu baru. Lagu tersebut memuat materi di setiap pertemuan dan dinyanyikan bersama dengan anak-anak di kelas. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa lagu merupakan media efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam menghapal kosa kata baru untuk anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan hasil tes tertinggi mencapai rata-rata nilai yaitu 97,5. Melalui wawancara dengan guru juga dinyatakan bahwa metode bernyanyi sangat efektif dan mudah diterima oleh anak

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and the company's brand image on customer satisfaction in Semarang Herborist Oemah. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling, namely taking sample members based on certain criteria. The certain criteria used as samples are; 1). Consumers who buy products from Oemah Herborist are individual customers, not corporate customers (business customers). 2). Oemah Herborist Semarang consumers are those who buy Herborist products for the 2021 period. 3). Customers have purchased Herborist products at least 2 times. Based on the samples taken with certain criteria above, 100 people (respondents) were obtained. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with SPSS tools. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t count > t table, namely 2.941 > 1.984 and a probability value of 0.004 <0.05, product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a t count > t table, namely 3,331 > 1.984 and a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05 while brand image has no effect and is not significant on consumer satisfaction with a t count < t table, namely 1.101 < 1.984 and a probability value of 0.273 > 0.05. The suggestion in this study is that companies should pay attention to the pricing process and consider several price indicators so that prices will not be a problem for consumers. Companies must also maintain the quality of their products to maintain consumer satisfaction.

This training has several goals, namely to open insights, and observers ofIndonesian teachers about gender equality in everyday life, giving insight to analyzethe value of inequality/ gender equality, and compile teaching materials Indonesian perspective of gender equality. Implementation of this training method is applied intwo stages: the preparation stage and implementation stage. Preparation stageincludes internal coordination (: preparatory concepts, preparation of materials) andthe coordination of external (: contacting a speaker, contact the PDM Bumiayu,Bumiayu Dikspora contacted, and invited the school). Implementation stage is thestage of core training employed by interactive lectures, questions and answers, andtutorials. Training lasted for one day and 13 participants teachers. This is evident fromthe responses of the material, examples, and instructional materials containing ilutrasigender inequality

The purpose of this study was to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis techniques and utilizes SWOT analysis to achieve research objectives. The results of this study include, first, the strengths of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the high population of Indonesian people and the high number of puskesmas operating in Indonesia. Second, the weakness of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the low level of mental health literacy and the low number of health facilities providing mental health services. The three opportunities for community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the development of information technology and the development of communication technology. Fourth, threats to community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the high use of social media by adolescents and the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then this research also formulates four strategies based on SO, ST, WO and WT.
