The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

Keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya kesiapan dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Virgo. Jenis penelitianya Case Study atau Studi Kasus, dimana studi kasus ini adalah salah satu bentuk penelitian kualitatif yang berbasis pada pemahaman dan perilaku manusia berdasarkan opini manusia. Sabjek dalam penelitian ini berupa individu, instansi dan masyarakat sekitar. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan kategori dan interpretasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ditemukan dalam hal ini adalah seorang anak yang bernama Virgo yang jikalau ditanya siap dalam pembelajaran ternyata jika dilihat dari keadaannya belum siap sama sekali. Jika dilihat dari latar belakang seorang Virgo, Virgo dimanjakan dengan fasilitas dan di fasilitasi untuk segala macam les di rumah. Tapi dalam kesehariannya kurang bergaul dengan teman-temannya yang membuat Virgo canggung dalam kelasnya. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh guru yang masuk kedalam kelas, seperti pendekatan, menghangatkan suasana dalam pembelajaran, bahkan konsultasi dengan orang tua pun sudah dilakukan oleh pihak guru yang masuk ke kelas Virgo. Dengan demikian guru selalu memberikan strategi atau metode-metode untuk pembelajaran di kelas Virgo.  Dan diharapkan Virgo mampu mengikuti proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan tekun dan cermat.

One of the areas in Indonesia that is prone and still relatively high in narcotics abuse is the Province of Southeast Sulawesi. South Konawe Regency is one of the regencies that is a concern in eradicating narcotics trafficking and abuse because it is included in the red area. The villages in the South Konawe Regency area adjacent to the Lantari Jaya (Bombana) sub-district are meeting places between dealers and couriers. It's time to keep the village resilient against the threat of drug trafficking. This community service activity was carried out in Cialam Jaya Village, because there were several problems faced by the community, namely the low public awareness related to the prevention of narcotics trafficking and abuse as well as the lack of public knowledge and understanding of the modus operandi of narcotics distribution and the impact of drug abuse. narcotics. This community service activity is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely Problem Identification, Resource Identification and Legal Counseling. Through this counseling, participants are able to increase their knowledge and understanding of the dangers of narcotics which not only affects users, individuals as users, but also as a whole, both society and the state. Through this action, the public is reminded that efforts to prevent drug trafficking and abuse cannot only be imposed on law enforcement officers, but must come from families and communities. This prevention effort cannot separate them from the responsibility to interfere in every crime.</em><em></em></p><p>  </p><p>Peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika telah menjangkau seluruh pelosok wilayah di Indonesia termasuk masyarakat perdesaan. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang rawan dan masih tergolong tinggi dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika adalah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kabupaten Konawe Selatan merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang menjadi perhatian dalam pemberantasan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkotika karena masuk dalam wilayah merah. Desa-desa di wilayah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang berdekatan dengan Kecamatan Lantari Jaya (Bombana) merupakan tempat perjumpaan antara pengedar dan kurir. Saatnya untuk menjaga desa agar tetap tangguh terhadap ancaman perdagangan narkotika. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cialam Jaya, karena terjadi beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat yakni rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait dengan pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkotika serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap modus-modus operandi dalam pengedaran narkotika serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penyalahgunaan narkotika. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahap, yakni Identifikasi Permasalahan, Identifikasi Sumber Daya dan Penyuluhan Hukum. Melalui penyuluhan ini, peserta mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahamannya terhadap bahaya narkotika yang tidak hanya mempengaruhi penggunanya, individu sebagai pengguna, tetapi juga secara keseluruhan, baik masyarakat maupun negara. Melalui aksi ini, masyarakat diingatkan bahwa upaya pencegahan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba tidak bisa hanya dibebankan kepada aparat penegak hukum, tetapi harus berasal dari keluarga dan masyarakat. Upaya pencegahan ini tidak dapat memisahkan mereka dari tanggung jawab untuk ikut campur dalam setiap kejahatan.</p>

Background: One of the non-pharmacological intervention techniques that can be used is the guided imagery relaxation technique. When doing Guided Imagery Relaxation it produces endorphins. Endohrpin is a neurohormone associated with pleasant sensations so it is expected to lower blood pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of Guided Imagery Relaxation on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This type of research is Quasy Experiment with a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the population that will be taken in this study is the community of the Cikalongkulon Cianjur Health Center in people with hypertension aged 45-70 years who do not experience complications and do not regularly take hypertension medication. The number of samples is 16 respondents. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test. Results: From the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank T-Test analysis, it shows that there is a significant effect between Guided Imagery Relaxation and a decrease in blood pressure in the Working Area of ??the Cikalongkulon Health Center, Cianjur p-value 0.002 (<0.05). Conclusion: From this study it shows that there is an effect of guided imagery relaxation on reducing blood pressure in the Working Area of ??the Cikalongkulon Health Center.

Riset ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengembangankan media asemen berbasis HOTS berbantuan aplikasi classpoint pada mata pelajaran layanan lembaga keuangan syariah, mengukur tingkat kelayakan media yang digunakan sebagai asesmen pembelajaran dan respon peserta didik mengenai media asesmen berbantuan aplikasi classpoint. Motode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek uji coba yakni kelas XII-Layanan Perbankan Syariah 2 di SMKN 2 Kota Mojokerto. Berdasarkan riset diperoleh hasil sebesar 91,60% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak dari para ahli grafis dan ahli evaluasi. Hasil nilai yang diperoleh oleh ahli grafis sebesar 89,75% dan ahli evaluasi sebesar 93,46%. Sedangkan persentase nilai yang diperoleh dari respon peserta didik terhadap media asesmen adalah sebsar 97,10% dengan kategori penilaian sangat layak. Menurut hasil uji coba terbatas mendapatkan respon yang baik dari peserta didik terhadap media asesmen berbantuan aplikasi classpoint dan mempermudahkan peserta didik dalam kegiatan asesmen pembelajaran. Dengan demikian diperoleh hasil akhir bahwa media asesmen berbasis HOTS berbantuan aplikasi classpoint dapat dinyatakan layak dengan diperoleh hasil akhir dengan rata-rata presentae ≥ 61%.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The sample used in this research is 10 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The method used is a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used include: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the return on assets and return on equity variables partially did not have a significant effect on stock prices, while earnings per share had a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the study simultaneously (return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share) have a significant effect on stock prices.
 

Introduction: Mother's Milk is the best life liquid that is needed by babies which contains various substances that are important for the growth and development of babies and in accordance with their needs. The importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is like nutrition in general, breast milk contains components of macro and micro nutrients. Macronutrients are carbohydrates, protein and fat, while micronutrients are vitamins and minerals. Each component of breast milk has its own benefits for the baby's growth. The lack of exclusive breastfeeding can be caused by various conditions, demographic, socioeconomic, and clinical factors greatly determine the continuity of breastfeeding. Objective: To determine the factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The method used in this study is the narrative review method with literature sourced from the Google Scholar and PubMed databases. Results: Of the 7 articles, there are 5 articles that discuss internal factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. Internal factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding according to the 5 articles reviewed are knowledge, education, occupation, age, attitude and parity. And from 7 articles there are 4 articles that discuss external factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. External factors that influence mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding according to the 4 reviewed journals are social culture, family support and support from health workers. Conclusion: Based on the 7 articles presented, it indicates that there are so many factors that trigger mothers not to give exclusive breastfeeding, both internal factors that come from the mother herself and external factors that come from outside the mother herself.

The aim of this research is to describe how the acculturation of Minangkabau culture influences Chinese ethnicity. Cultural acculturation can occur in all levels of society thanks to intercultural communication in society. This research was conducted in Padang City, Pondok Pondok Village, West Padang District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes research based on a description of the actual situation. Informants were determined using a "purposive sampling technique". In data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the influence of acculturation of Minangkabau culture on Chinese ethnicity can be demonstrated in ethnic Chinese marriages in Padang City by the practice of throwing turmeric rice. Then the ethnic Chinese of the city of Padang also adhere to the Minangkabau philosophy, namely "Dima Bumi Stepped on, Disina Langik Dijjuang" which means they must be able to adapt to their environment, and the bulek philosophy aia dek pambuluah bulek kato deck mufakat means deliberation and consensus.
