Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan komersial syariah perbankan di Indonesia dengan Maqashid Syariah Index dan Comparative Performance Index. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data numerik. Data diperoleh dari 5 bank umum syariah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dari tahun 2016-2019. Analisis data menggunakan Maqashid Syariah Index dan Comparative Performance Index. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS) dengan pencapaian Indeks Maqashid Syariah tertinggi adalah 1,0881. Kemudian Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) memiliki pencapaian terendah dengan nilai 0,9238. Berdasarkan pengukuran CAMEL, bank dengan pencapaian tertinggi adalah Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) sebesar 144,87%. Sedangkan pencapaian terendah adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) sebesar 55,61%. Oleh karena itu, penggabungan BSM, BNIS, dan BRIS, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja indeks maqashid syariah dan Indeks Kinerja Komparatif. Begitu pula dengan Bank Muamalat sebagai bank syariah murni pertama yang mampu bangkit dan meningkatkan kinerja indeks maqashid syariah dan CAMEL.

In writing this aims to examine the hadith regarding the agreement in realizing peace on Multijasa Ijarah Financing at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri. By using a qualitative approach with thematic and interpretive data analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding. The results of the writing show that the Agreement on multiservice ijarah financing at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri has an important role in creating peace and justice. With clear, transparent, and fair agreements, the parties involved can carry out their business activities safely and smoothlyIn addition, the agreement refers to the hadith of the Prophet as a source of law governing peace in transactions. The agreement also functions as a risk control instrument and provides a dispute resolution mechanism. Thus, multiservice ijarah financing at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri can contribute positively to economic growth based on Sharia values.
 

Product development is one of the marketing strategies that aims to increase the company's competitiveness. To realize product development, companies are required to provide a wide range of product choices to consumers by taking into account the dimensions of product development itself. The purpose of this research is to find out how the new product development strategy is an effort to increase the company's competitiveness. the research method used is a literature study of several models adopted and outlined in a descriptive form. The results of this study state that the product development strategy is through a product development process by generating ideas, developing and testing product concepts. Strategies to increase competitiveness include new products for the world, new product lines, improvement of existing products, repositioning, cost reduction.

This research was motivated by the lack of use of instructional media during the learning process, especially in the material on Pancasila values ??in theme 1 sub-theme 1. Which found that classical learning completeness in Civics subjects on Pancasila values ??only got a percentage of 60%. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the SIVIORBOX learning media. This development research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The test subjects for this study were fifth grade students at SDN 1 Saarangmeduro, Rembang Regency. The validity of the SIVIORBOX learning media obtained from the results of expert validation obtained a percentage of the learning media validator by 88%, the language validator by 74%, the material validator by 96%, and the learning design validator by 77.3%. With an average of 88.83%. The practicality of the SIVIORBOX learning media was obtained from the results of the student response questionnaire and also the teacher's response questionnaire. in the small group test student response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 100% and in the large group trial obtained a percentage of 93.6%. Then the results of the teacher's response obtained a percentage of 100%. From the results of calculating student response questionnaires and teacher response questionnaires, an average of 98.4% was obtained. The effectiveness of the SIVORBOX learning media was obtained from the results of calculating student and teacher activity observation sheets. on the results of observations of student activity, a percentage of 93.71% was obtained and on the results of observations of teacher activity, a percentage of 100% was obtained. Then the average acquisition from the results of the questionnaire observing the activities of teachers and students was 96.85%. Then on student learning outcomes obtained classical mastery scores with a percentage of 94.73%

Chronic stress in hypertensive patients results in fatal complications. Information technology is more effective than face-to-face communication for stress management. It has been demonstrated that media technology is more appealing, of high quality, effective, and efficient. The goal of this study is to create a guided imagery app for Android that will help pre-elderly hypertensive patients feel less stressed. A research and development design was used for this project. In addition to application development through focus group discussions and professional consultations, as well as assessing the viability of utilizing the application, exploration of stress levels and evaluation of stress management are monitored. The study's older participants, who ranged in age from 45 to 59, had hypertension. 50 patients were involved in phase 1 data collecting utilizing the perceived stress scale questionnaire. 30 patients in phase 2 used a system usability scale questionnaire, which was modified and tested for validity again with 10 respondents. The inclusion criteria for primary hypertension patients undergoing treatment were pre-elderly, aged 45–59 years old, male and female, Muslim, able to read and write, own a smartphone and be able to operate it, and have no visual or hearing limitations. Purposive sampling was used and data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis. The results show a moderate level of stress (62%). The results of the due diligence got a value of 80.66 (good and proper). The development of an Android-based guided imagery relaxation application can be recommended to pre-elderly hypertensive patients as a medium that can be used independently at home to help control stress levels.

Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of educational activities as well as devotion to the community which is a learning tool for students to actively contribute to society and help solve the problems faced. Participation is independent participation or active initiative in various activities and situations within a group or society. The participation of KKN students in the community is shown in teaching activities conducted at SDN 1 Sumberagung. The implementation of this teaching activity is done using question-and-answer learning methods to encourage students and students to understand the material submitted, and train to express their opinions. The use of audio, visual, and audiovisual learning media is also done by KKN students so that students can feel a new atmosphere and learning activities are getting interesting.

Kalirungkut Village is one of the urban areas located in Rungkut Sub-district, Surabaya. The area of Kelurahan Kalirungkut is 2.58 km2, divided into 15 RWs (neighborhood units) and 86 RTs (community units) (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2016). The population of this neighborhood is approximately 22,949 people, consisting of 11,345 males and 11,604 females (Kalirungkut Village, 2022). Within the neighborhood, there are 11 active industrial companies, including 7 large-scale industries and 4 small-scale industries (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2019). The significant population and industrial activities in the area require a large amount of land, resulting in a reduction of agricultural land. Therefore, the objective of the community service activity is to create a sustainable farming strategy through the design and implementation of aquaponics. The community service method consists of three stages: survey and preparation, implementation of activities, and maintenance and monitoring of results. The outcome of the community service activity is the establishment of an aquaponics farming system located in the yard of one of the residents in Kalirungkut, namely Mrs. Ismudji Rahayuningsih.

Bintang Collection bergerak di bidang konveksi memproduksi pakaian wanita, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pakaian wanita ini. Bintang Collection perlu melakukan peramalan permintaan produknya melalui desain produk dan mutu/kualitas produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa desain produk, mutu terhadap  peramalan permintaan pakaian wanita di Bintang Collection Tegal.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel non random sampling, dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Data sekunder yang diperoleh akan dihitung dengan metode moving average. Data primer akan di analisa dan di uji dengan SPSS versi 25.Peramalan produksi tahun 2023 sebanyak 44.289 pcs dan permintaan sebanyak 38.289 pcs, diperkuat dengan hasil uji t Desain produk terhadap peramalan permintaan,  nilai thitung sebesar 1,850 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,850 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig.  0,019 < 0,05 artinya H1 diterima. Peramalan produk cacat tahun 2023 sebanyak 8.003 pcs. Hasil  diperkuat nilai thitung sebesar 9,980 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,980 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H2 diterima. Untuk meramalkan permintaan, Bintang Collection harus meramalkan desain dan mutu. Hasil survey ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung 66,318 yang artinya lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima. PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG Pagotan Madiun) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi gula, yang berlokasi dijalan raya Ponorogo, Pagotan, Geger, Kota Madiun. Masalah yang ada pada PG Pagotan Madiun pada saat produksi penggilingan masih mengabaikan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja yang dimana hal tersebut memungkinkan terjadinya potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja pada saat proses penggilingan. Metode Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control (HIRARC) merupakan metode yang digunakan dari menentukan jenis kegiatan kerja yang kemudain diidentifikasi sumber bahayanya sehingga di dapatkan risikonya. kemudian akan dilakukan penilaian resiko dan pengendalian risiko untuk mengurangi paparan bahaya yang terdapat pada setiap jenis pekerjaan. Sedangkan Job Safety Analisys merupakan metode yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap potensi bahaya yang ada dan untuk melakukan Langkah pencegahan terhadap risiko kecelakaan yang ada. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control didapatkan nilai risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan kategori High Risk sebesar 0,52 %, Moderate Risk sebesar 0,47 %, dan Low Risk sebesar 0 %.

The purpose of this article was to discusses the application of lecture collaboration as an effort to improve the pedagogical competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners in the Professional Ethics course in the Biology Education Study Program. The research method used is classroom action research, which involves a cycle of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting in order to improve teaching practices. This research was conducted in the context of the Biology Education Study Program, involving lecturers and teaching practitioners as research subjects. The classroom action research cycle consists of the stages of planning lecture collaboration, implementing lecture collaboration, observing the process and results of collaboration, and reflection to formulate subsequent improvements. The results showed that the application of lecture collaboration was effective in improving the pedagogic competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners. Collaboration allows them to share experiences, knowledge, and effective teaching strategies. In the context of Professional Ethics courses, lecture collaboration also increases student involvement and motivation in learning. These findings support the study's hypothesis and are also in line with the related literature on the benefits of collaboration in education. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing lecture collaboration as an effective teaching strategy in improving the pedagogical competence of lecturers and teaching practitioners, especially in the Professional Ethics course in the Biology Education Study Program
