The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) have on Increasing Income (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 25, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the proposed hypotheses.The research results are as follows: (1). E-Commerce (X1) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (2). Product Innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y). (3). Business capital (X3) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (4). E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y).

Service quality is one of the main things that are considered in the company. Customer assessment of service quality is very important for service providers, because it affects the company's performance and position in the market. Service quality as a result of the perception of the comparison between customer expectations with the actual performance of services. In other words, there are two main factors that affect service quality, namely expected service (expected experience) and perceived service (service received). Meanwhile, the total quality of a service consists of 3 main components, namely: technical quality (consisting of: search quality, experience quality, credence quality), functional quality, and corporate image. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Loyalty. This type of research uses quantitative as many as 170 respondents. With the analysis technique in this study using SEM analysis. The results of this study partially show that the service quality variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Brand image has no effect on Consumer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has no effect on Consumer Loyalty.

This study aims to determine the status and responsibility of maintaining adopted children after divorce between adoptive parents. Due to the discussion of the topic of the status and responsibility of the maintenance of adopted children, there has been no discussion that has a focus on the rights of adopted children. The divorce of the child's adoptive parents creates uncertainty for the child regarding the existing legal status, not infrequently the perception among the community about the position of the adopted child and the condition of the adopted child who is a child who is maintained and considered like a legitimate child results in the fulfillment of all maintenance for the adopted child in terms of maintenance to provide welfare and protection of the adopted child. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this study are adopted children whose adoptive parents divorce will not change the legal status of the adopted child towards both adoptive parents and Child Maintenance and Protection becomes an obligation of these parents to be responsible, maintain, and prioritize the rights of adopted children even though they are divorced in accordance with several existing laws and regulations and forms of division in fulfilling maintenance obligations Basically, it does not have special provisions because the most important thing is to prioritize the welfare of the child through the maintenance of the child until the child has grown up. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status dan tanggung jawab pemeliharaan anak angkat setelah perceraian antara orang tua angkatnya. Dikarenakan pembahasan topik mengenai status dan tanggung jawab pemeliharaan anak angkat belum ada pembahasan yang memiliki fokus pada hak-hak anak angkat. Perceraian orang tua angkat anak menimbulkan ketidakjelasan bagi anak tersebut mengenai status hukum yang telah ada, tidak jarang persepsi diantara masyarakat mengenai kedudukan anak angkat tersebut serta keadaan anak angkat yang merupakan anak yang dipelihara dan dianggap layaknya anak sah mengakibatkan harus terpenuhinya segala pemeliharaan terhadap anak angkat keadaan dalam hal pemeliharaan untuk memberikan kesejahteraan dan perlindungan anak angkat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu Anak angkat yang orang tua angkatnya bercerai tidak akan merubah status hukum anak angkat tersebut terhadap kedua orang tua angkatnya dan Pemeliharaan dan Perlindungan anak menjadi sebuah kewajiban orang tua tersebut untuk bertanggung jawab, memelihara, dan mengedepankan hak-hak anak angkat walaupun sudah dalam status bercerai sesuai dengan yang tercantum pada beberapa Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang ada dan Bentuk pembagian dalam pemenuhan kewajiban Pemeliharaan pada dasarnya tidak memiliki ketentuan khusus karena hal terpenting adanya tetap mengedepankan kesejahteraan anak melalui pemeliharaan anak tersebut sampai anak tersebut telah dewasa.     

Hysterectomy has become a separate concern for patient, many women describe their post-hysterectomy sexual life as influenced by relationship problems for quality oflife and sexual relationship with her partner. It is undeniable that women's sexual function is an important component of quality of life and activities of daily living. This study aims to determine the relationship between sexual function and quality of life in post-hysterectomy women. This type of research is a quantitative research within 46 sample. The sampling technique in this study was by Consecutive Sampling, at April 28 – June 2 2023. The results of the study state 41-50 years old majority (52,1%), work (89,1%) and higher education (71,1%). Based on the results of the spearman rank test obtained a p-value of 0.147or  > 0.05,  meaning that there was no relationship between sexual function and quality of life in post-hysterectomy patients. Suggest:For next researcher recommended to analysis the age specially is Pnemenopouse.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan analisis sentimen ke dalam sentimen positif atau negatif. Dalam penelitian ini data sentimen diambil dari Twitter dengan topik pemekaran Papua. Karena SVM memiliki kelemahan dalam pemilihan fitur pada saat pengklasifikasian maka diterapkan fitur optimasi algoritma SVM menggunakan feature selection. Dua metode feature selection yang digunakan adalah Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dan Genetic Algorithm (GA). Tweet yang diambil sebanyak 839 data tweet, yang kemudian dibagi menjadi 640 data untuk proses training dan 199 data untuk proses testing. Proses pengolahan data dibagi ke dalam dua tahap yakni data training dan data testing. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak empat model yaitu dengan algoritma SVM, SVM+PSO, SVM+GA, SVM+PSO+GA. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan SVM+PSO+GA memperoleh nilai akurasi terbaik sebesar 95.00% dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0.912

The study aims to determine the effect of personality and work motivation on employee performance at Badan Pusat Statistik office in Central Lombok Regency. The data collection method used is the census method using primary data collected directly from the respondents using a questionnaire. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population number in the study was 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Management and Utilization of Zakat Funds on Mustahik Income Levels at BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as well as the population and sample in this study as many as 48 people who received zakat funds at BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results of the research based on partial hypothesis testing show that the Zakat Fund Management variable has a negative and not significant effect on Mustahik's Income Level, with a value of -0.938 <2.0141. While the variable Utilization of Zakat Funds has a positive effect on Mustahik's Income Level, with a value of 2.822 > 2.0141. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that the Management and Utilization of Zakat Funds has a significant effect on Mustahik's Income Level at BAZNAS of North Sumatra Province, with a value of 4.143 > 3.20.

Evaluasi reaksi atau evaluasi kepuasan merupakan bentuk evaluasi paling umum digunakan dalam pelatihan karena kemudahan dan sifatnya yang lekat dengan pelatihan. Meskipun mengandung wawasan yang dapat bernilai dalam peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan, namun penelitian terkait reaksi peserta masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis sentiment terhadap evaluasi reaksi peserta e-learning menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine dan Deep Learning. Reaksi peserta berupa komentar diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori apresiasi, saran dan kritik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model Naïve Bayes memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan SVM dan Deep Learning dalam prediksi sentimen komentar peserta dengan tingkat akurasi, presisi dan recall masing-masing sebesar 82,54%, 68,08% dan 69,81%. Prediksi sentiment reaksi peserta menggunakan model Naïve Bayes diperoleh hasil 70% berupa apresiasi, 16% berupa saran dan 14% merupakan kritik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis analisis evaluasi reaksi pelatihan dan menambah literatur implementasi text mining pada domain human resource analytics. 

Pengolahan data, khususnya pembuatan indeks penyakit dan tindakan, berperan penting untuk kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi indeks penyakit, khususnya penyakit pasien rawat inap, dengan memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. Meskipun indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap telah dikomputerisasi dan diintegrasikan dengan SIMRS di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung, terdapat hambatan yang menghalangi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap, yaitu proses yang masih dilakukan secara manual memakai perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel. Akibatnya, pencarian menjadi kurang efisien dan memakan waktu lebih lama karena harus diperiksa satu per satu berdasarkan abjad. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, metode agile dipilih untuk digunakan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu mentransformasikan sistem informasi indeks penyakit pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit AMC Bandung menjadi lebih terproses dan terintegrasi dengan SIMRS, serta mempermudah petugas dalam mencari informasi pasien secara keseluruhan dan membuat laporan indeks pasien lebih mudah dan maksimal.
